Abstract

This activity aims to provide reinforcement to physics teachers who are members of the Subject Teacher (MGMP) IPA of Parepare City. In particular, the objectives of this program are: formulating the problem making grid, constructing item items, analyzing item items, calculating the validity and reliability of the assessment instruments of physics learning outcomes to measure higher-order thinking skills. To achieve this goal, a workshop was held for Physics teachers who are members of the MGMP IPA Parepare City. This workshop was held at SMAN 5 Parepare for 4 weeks. The first week was reinforced in the form of presentations on the technique of making lattices, and grain formulation techniques. Then the participants were given the task of making a grid. The second week there was a discussion about the grid, then continued with the theory of the formulation of the items. After that, they were invited to present in groups. In the third week, there was a presentation by the service team about the item analysis technique followed by assigning tasks to participants. Last week there was a discussion about the items the participants had made to ensure that all items produced by the participants were included in the HOTS category. The results of this activity indicate that, over 87% of participants in the MGMP IPA of Parepare City are able to make items about Physics that are oriented towards higher-order Thinking skills.

Abstract

This program aims to increase housewives skill in inwaste management. This skill will improve the communityincome in Batang village of Bontotiro sub-district inBulukumba. The implementation of this program was carriedout in four stages, namely (1) identifying the potential waste atBatang village, (2) discuss with housewives about the potentialuse of waste, (3) training in the use of patchwork waste tomake accessories, (4) motivating housewives to innovate andfind other forms in using patchwork waste. The resultsobtained from these community service activities are (1)increasing motivation of housewives in managing patchworkwaste into economic goods, (2) improving the skills ofhousewives managing patchwork waste.

Abstract

Pundatta Baji Sub-district, Labakkang Sub-District, Pangkep Regency, there is an industrial processing of crab meat for export. In the production process, in addition to crab meat, the crab crabs also produce shells or crab shells. if it is not managed properly it can cause environmental pollution. Utilization of crab shells as one of the ingredients for fish feed rations. the waste has a protein content. Utilization of crab shell waste is a solution in repeating and one of the efforts to reduce the volume of waste that continues to increase in Pundatta Baji Sub-District, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. The purpose of the implementation of the Program is to increase the knowledge, skills and economy of the community by utilizing crab shell waste into fish food and the diversification of milkfish products. Implementation methods namely Lecture, Question and Answer Method, Demonstration Method, Monitoring and Evaluation. Activities 1. The implementation of the PKM-M Program can increase public knowledge about the benefits of recycled crab shell waste as fish feed in Pundatta Baji Village. 2. Feed making training improves community skills in applying technology to process crab shell shell waste into high-value milkfish feed. 3. Improving the economy of the community of Pundatta Baji Pangkep Sub-district in processing milkfish products for product diversification (milkfish). The results of PKM-M activities with feed training and product diversification supported by the community in Pundatta Baji Village were proven by respondents of 20 people indicating 65% were in the very high category.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM)  adalah pengawas dan kepala sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten  Gowa,  tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan  pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi pengawas dan kepala sekolah,  tentang penulisan penelitian tindakan sekolah bagi kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah dasar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Hasil  yang dicapai adalah:  Pengawas dan kepala sekolah dapat memahami materi yang diberikan dan membantu pengawas dan kepala sekolah memahami penulisan penelitian tindakan sekolah khususnya kepala sekolah di SD sebagai salah satu tugas kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah dasar. Peserta pelatihan adalah kepala sekolah, pengawas di Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Kabupaten Gowa. Diharapkan pengawas dan kepala sekolah,dapat mengerti dan memahami materi yang telah diberikan pada kegiatan ini, karena materi ini  dilengkapi dengan latihan penulisan proposal penelitian tindakan sekolah, sehingga kendala kepala sekolah, pengawas dan guru bisa membuat penelitian tindakan sekolah teratasi. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepala sekolah, pengawas dan guru diharapkan dilakukan pelatihan untuk semua kepala sekolah, pengawas di Kabupaten Gowa, sehingga  bisa membuat penelitian tindakan sekolah sesuai dengan kondisi sekolah masing-masing. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan, Penulisan Tindakan sekolah, Pengawas, Kepala Sekolah

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is a teacher at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pangkep, Pangke Regency. The problem is the environment of the Pangkep Tsanawiyah Madrasah School which has poor environmental drainage and lack of rainwater catchment areas. Therefore, these school teachers need to be equipped with knowledge on how to make water infiltration in a simple way, namely with the concept of Biopore Absorption Holes (LRB). The methods to be used are mentoring methods and participatory rural approach (PRA) methods. The mentoring method is carried out to increase the understanding of school teachers in dealing with environmental drainage, increasing understanding of cleanliness. The PRA method is carried out to generate a sense of belonging to partners for the products to be developed, and a sense of responsibility of partners towards the products and the environment around them. The main methods used in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities are lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and simulations. The results achieved are that the LRB can cope with flooding, as a disposal of organic waste, as fertilizer for plants because the organic waste stored in the LRB will turn into compost, and can be used as additional water absorption in the surrounding environment where there are more biopore holes. There are also more water catchment holes in the environment that can help absorb rainwater

Abstract

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was a the MGMP IPA of Bantaeng Regency. The problem with this dedication is that there are still many science teachers who have not mastered Nata de Coco biotechnology. While they as educators in junior high schools must master several applications of biotechnology to manage practicum in Biotechnology learning materials according to the curriculum. Biotechnology training is very appropriate for Science Teachers, so that their insights and skills in practicum management especially on biotechnology materials can be sufficient as an effort to increase the competence of professional teaching staff. The expected output target in this PKM activity is that science teachers have the knowledge and skills in Nata de Coco biotechnology. The results of this activity can be developed into one of the learning tools on Biotechnology material in junior high schools. The method used is: lecture, demonstration, discussion, practice and assistance. The results achieved were the response of science teachers to the process of making Nata de Coco, which on average 85% were in the good and very good categories. The response of science teachers to Nata de Coco biotechnology in learning science in class as much as 98% of teachers answered that Nata de Coco biotechnology can be applied in the classroom and can increase students' interest and science process skills, as much as 100% of teachers answer making Nata de Coco can help students understand the benefits biotechnology in everyday life, and as many as 88% of teachers answer making Nata de Coco according to students' abilities and suitable for application in biotechnology learning.

Abstract

Rural communities that have been touched by themomentum of democracy need to increase their awareness ofthe participation in the process of regional head electionsthrough political socialization. Political socialization isconsidered important in the process of political life. The aim ofthis program was to find out how to motivate people toparticipate in political succession through regional elections inSinjai Regency. The output of this program was to fostercommunity awareness to participate in creating a peaceful anddemocratic local election. The method used was deliveringpresentation to the public about the importance of participationin realizing a peaceful and democratic election. It was foundthat the understanding of the community in realizing apeaceful and democratic election was still lack. Theparticipants had a high level of enthusiasm in participating thissocialization which was proved by asking various electionrelatedquestions.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah Siswa SMA Negeri 8 Pinrang. Masalahnya adalah: (1) Kutipan yang ada di karya tulis ilmiah tidak sesuai antara kajian pustaka dan daftar pstaka, begitupun sebaliknya, (2) penulisan daftar pustaka tidak konsisten pada satu style misalnya style APA, (3) Siswa belum mahir menyusun daftar pustaka dengan tepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, observasi, wawancara, dan pelatihan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan dalam menyusun kutipan dengan baik dan benar, (2) mitra memiliki keterampilan menyusun daftar pustaka dengan berbagai style, (3) mitra memiliki kemampuan untuk mendapatkan referensi riset, dalam mengutip dan mensitasi dengan benar secara online maupun offline.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of Junior High School of 1 Duampanua. The problem is: (1) the low motivation of teachers in preparing scientific papers (KTI). (2) The lack of knowledge and ability of teachers in preparing scientific papers (KTI) as an activity to develop professionalism of teachers. The external target is the Junior High School of 1 Duampanua teacher. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, observation and direct practice. The results achieved are (1) partners have motivation in compiling scientific papers (KTI). (2) The partners have the knowledge and ability to compile scientific papers (KTI) as teacher professional development activities.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan di Dusun Paladang kabupaten Pinrang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk: a) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengolahan hasil perkebunan di Dusun Paladang di Kab Pinrang; b) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mitra dalam memahami tentang olahan lain hasil perkebunan; dan c) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam memahami pengolahan hasil perkebunan. Permasalahan mitra adalah: a) Kurang maksimalnya pengolahan hasil perkebunan di Dusun Paladang di Kab Pinrang; b) Rendahnya pengetahuan     pekebun tentang olahan lain hasil perkebunan; dan c) Rendahnya keterampilan keterampilan pekebun dalam mengolah hasil perkebunan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, dan diskusi antara pelaksana dengan mitra. Metode ini dilaksanakan kepada kelompok mitra yang berjumlah 15 orang dan selanjutnya evaluasi dan monitoring dilakukan secara berkala selama 2 bulan. Kata Kunci: pengolahan hasil perkebunan, Paladang Kabupaten Pinrang
