Abstract

General Ahmad Yani Semarang International Airport (SRG) is an airport located in the city of Semarang. KPN Kokapura Ahmad Yani must pay attention to services and facilities in the Check-In Counter area because they can affect passenger satisfaction. The main objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to find out whether there is an influence on the service quality of KPN Kokapura Check-In Counter officers on passenger satisfaction with Wings Air at Jendral Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang and 2) to find out how much influence the Service Quality of Check-In Officers has. KPN Kokapura Counter on Wings Air Passenger Satisfaction at Jendral Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. This research method uses quantitative methods. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents. The respondents in this research were Wings Air passengers at Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The sampling technique in this research uses a Non-Probability Sampling technique with a Purposive Sampling approach, namely a sampling technique based on certain criteria that will be used as samples. Data analysis techniques use data management and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the significant value is 0.000<0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.604>t table value 1.660, which means that there is a positive influence on the quality of the KPN Kokapura Check-In Counter service on the satisfaction of Wings Air airline passengers at Jendral Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. Based on the R square (R2) value of 0.117. shows that the Check-In Counter officer's service quality variable has an effect of 11.7% on passenger satisfaction. Meanwhile, 88.7% is explained by variables other than the independent variables in the research.

Abstract

Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) is a government policy in Indonesia initiated in 2007. KUR provides financial assistance to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) under specific conditions and terms. The general aim of KUR is to support the Indonesian community in developing their MSMEs to progress continuously. It not only aids the community in business ventures but also contributes to Indonesia's GDP due to the significant potential of MSMEs in boosting the national economy. This study aims to understand how the implementation of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) operates in non-metro branch offices of Bank BRI. The research employs a qualitative method involving interviews with employees at the Jakarta 3 regional office of Bank BRI, revealing that the policy's implementation has been effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Impact of Just In Time on Inventory Management Case Study in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry by determining the key factors that are fundamental to just in time practices. This research was conducted in two automotive manufacturers serving the sector hereinafter referred to as Company A and Company B, as these companies cannot be named, for this reason, the identity of these companies cannot be revealed. The approach used here is a mixed approach of quantitative research and qualitative methodology. From the study it can be concluded that organizations can have lower performance or efficiency in managing or controlling inventory, when not implementing JIT or Just-Time practices. In addition, we can also see how JIT affects inventory management practices in organizations in a positive way. This further leads to a positive perception of business performance from both employees and management of the organization. The results for Company A show better performance with cost effective performance through the implementation of the JIT system, with employees being more aware of the inventory management practices in place and the changes and benefits being transmitted to the system

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of personnel policies through Workload Analysis (E-ABK) at the Bubutan District office, Surabaya City. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are several obstacles in the implementation of E-ABK, including the lack of effective communication between the Bubutan District office of Surabaya and the Organization Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surabaya, limited resources that there are still employees who have difficulty filling in supporting data, especially elderly employees, so there is a need for a mentoring role given to users of the E-ABK application, as well as the attitude and disposition of employees showing dissatisfaction in the use of the E-ABK application. In addition, the complex bureaucratic structure is also an obstacle in filling out E-ABK. To overcome these obstacles, it is recommended to increase communication and socialization regarding E-ABK, provide adequate resource support, provide motivation and appreciation to employees, simplify bureaucratic structure, and develop E-ABK. Better implementation is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of employee workload management and achieve organizational goals more optimally.

Abstract

Domestic Incoming Cargo Handling is more complex than Domestic Outgoing Cargo Handling. Domestic Incoming Cargo Handling is where domestic goods are unloaded from the plane and then taken to the cargo terminal to be checked one by one by officers and after that they will be taken to the storage warehouse until the customer picks up the goods. the item. However, to pick up these goods there are conditions that must be met, such as bringing an air bill of lading (SMU), an identity card from the customer. However, in the process of handling incoming domestic cargo, there are still obstacles such as unpredictable weather factors which hinder the release of goods, missing quarantine documents and causing officers to replace new quarantine documents. Abstract

Effective communication is crucial for enhancing efficiency and human resource quality in aviation organizations like UPBU class 1 Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu. Both leaders and employees rely heavily on communication to perform their tasks effectively. This research aims to assess the impact of communication skills on employee performance in this institution. The study employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires and literature review. Comprehensive analysis includes testing data validity, reliability, and normality, as well as conducting simple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) tests to evaluate the relationship between communication skills and employee performance at UPBU class 1 Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu. The findings indicate that communication skills significantly influence employee performance, with an R Square value of 0.629, suggesting that approximately 62.9% of the variability in employee performance can be explained by their communication abilities

Abstract

This research uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) to examine the influence of leadership style and information technology on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The research focused on the Pasuruan Regency Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil), with a population of 120 employees who are directly involved in the Management of the Population Administration Information System. A sample of 92 employees was selected using the Slovin formula as research respondents. The research results show that leadership style has a positive and significant direct influence on employee performance, as well as strongly influencing their motivation. Motivation has also been proven to have a very significant impact on employee performance. However, information technology does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance in the context of managing population administration information systems. However, information technology has a positive and significant impact on employee motivation, which indirectly improves their performance. A balance between an effective leadership style and the appropriate use of information technology in a dynamic and complex work environment is very important to increase employee motivation and performance at the Pasuruan Regency Dukcapil Office.

Abstract

Workforce diversity such as differences in ethnicity, gender, education, language and so on in an organization needs to be managed properly in order to be able to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Due to good Diversity Management, Organizational Trust  will emerge thereby creating Employees Engagement, which can prevent Job Insecurity from occurring. The purpose of this study is to explore Diversity Management and Organizational Trust  to achieve Employees Engagement in service companies in Jakarta that specialize in the banking, telecommunications, and building construction sectors. This research was conducted on 125 respondents and was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online in July 2023. In this quantitative study, researchers used primary data and the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) research method with data processing and analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this study confirm that Diversity Management has no effect on Employees Engagement, Organizational Trust  has a positive effect on Employees Engagement, Diversity Management has a negative effect on Job Insecurity, while the moderating effect of Leadership Style has no significant effect on Employees Engagement. This research is limited to service companies in Jakarta, further researchers can explore manufacturing or trading companies. Suggestions that can be submitted for future researchers are to be able to replace the Leadership Style variable with transactional and transformational Leadership Styles.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss interpersonal communication in improving performance, work teams. As it is known that the existence of human resources plays a very important role in an agency. Employees as motivated human resources will carry out an activity or task as well as possible so as to provide maximum work results. In an organization or agency, communication activities are one of the most important activities. The type of research used by the author is library research, namely research that only uses library collection materials without any field research. the author obtains data based on the library in the form of books, journals, documents and so on. This research can only be answered through library research and it is impossible to expect from field research data. The results showed that interpersonal communication carried out by the Work Team aims to create a good relationship between one employee and another. This relationship has an impact on the emergence of an attitude of openness and trust obtained from interpersonal relationships in the work environment. In the work environment, an employee's performance will be good when the employee has a good interpersonal communication pattern and vice versa. Interpersonal communication carried out by the work team becomes a practical communication pattern that is useful in establishing relationships with work partners, leaders and fellow employees, as well as managerial levels that require interpersonal communication.

Abstract

With e-satisfaction serving as a mediator in the Tokopedia online business, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of versatile application attractiveness, functionality, security, and customer fulfilment on e-loyalty. For the quantitative research approach, data were gathered through a survey. The members in this study are Tokopedia web based business clients who have made purchases there. The sample for this study is made up of some Tokopedia e-commerce customers who have purchased at least one mobile phone product since January 2023. Tokopedia is only available to customers in Greater Jakarta. In this study, probability sampling is used. The SEM-PLS approach is used by the specialist. The study found that attractiveness, security, and customer fulfillment of mobile apps had a significant impact on e-satisfaction. Functionality had no significant impact on e-satisfaction. E-loyalty is also significantly influenced by customer satisfaction and customer fulfillment. E-satisfaction had no significant impact on moderating customer fulfillment to e-loyalty in this study.
