Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a measure of how successful a store is. With high customer satisfaction, it can be ensured that the store we manage can provide financial benefits and operational progress. Customer satisfaction can be enhanced through interior ambient, meaning that if the interior ambient of a store is good, it will increase the percentage of customer satisfaction visiting a store. Abstract

Food and beverages are a component of the tourism industry that draws people to a location. Price and the atmosphere of the store, in addition to taste and product quality, can influence a customer's decision to shop. Kawisari Coffee & Eatery is a food and beverage retailer based in Jakarta. Many people who went to Kawisari Coffee & Eatery Jakarta had bad experiences because the hot environment made them feel uncomfortable and the prices weren't what they expected. Their decision to return may be influenced by this. The motivation behind this examination is to figure out how clients' expectations to get back to Kawisari Espresso and Restaurant Jakarta are impacted by the shop environment and costs. This study used quantitative descriptive methods. The sample for this study consists of customers who have made purchases at Kawisari Coffee & Eatery Jakarta. To gather information, polls were disseminated to 100 respondents utilizing the purposive inspecting methodology. SPSS Experiences 25 was used to play out different straight backslide examination on the data. Abstract

Business people today face great pressure to increase creativity in product marketing strategies to remain competitive in a dynamic market. The company's main goal is to achieve maximum profits, so understanding and implementing marketing strategies is very important. One business that is currently trending is a café. In Jakarta, many entrepreneurs are developing culinary businesses, especially cafes. However, with so many cafes, entrepreneurs face various conflicts such as declining sales and lack of visitor interest. Quantitative research is the method of choice. Utilizing a purposive testing technique and a non-likelihood examining methodology, 100 respondents were chosen for the example. This study utilizes numerous straight relapse examination. The consequences of the t test show that the factors item (X1), advancement (X3), and actual proof (X7) meaningfully affect the degree of deals (Y). This is known. Abstract

Excellent service has an important role in a business in the field of aviation companies. The main factor in providing satisfaction for customers is that excellent service can provide satisfaction to customers which will then certainly provide good value to the sustainability of the company. Airports have facilities and infrastructure to support service activities such as implementing excellent service at X-Ray checks. Aviation Security officers must apply good excellent service to generate trust and satisfaction to passengers so that researchers are interested in knowing how the application of excellent service by Aviation Security officers to passengers when checking luggage on X-Ray machines and what should be developed in excellent service to passengers at Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained in the form of interviews with Aviation Security officers at Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport and documents used to carry out daily activities. The results of this study indicate an explanation of the data taken by researchers both in terms of observation, interviews, and documentation that the form of service at the X-Ray inspection is the passenger luggage organizer, X-Ray operator, and manual checking of luggage. The results of researcher observations in the application of excellent service to passengers are only 50% and prioritize flight safety security 50%. Based on data sources from interviews conducted by researchers, that the implementation of excellent service strategies carried out by Aviation Security officers is by Applying Hospitality, Organizing passenger queues, Maximizing personnel, and the 3S + 1C Concept.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized financial reporting (UMKM) can build confidence and credibility in external actors, such as banks, investors, and governments, so that they can acquire the working capital and investment they need to thrive and thrive. If financial statements exist, they can serve as a "test tool" for accounting functions, but over time, financial reports become the basis for determining or evaluating the financial position of an UMKM. Financial statements can also be used to assess the performance of a UMKM or to measure the ability of the UMKM to meet its obligations in the short and long term.This writing uses qualitative research methods that involve data collection based on in-depth searches of literature and library sources. Data is collected from reports, textbooks, academic journals, and related articles.The preparation of accurate financial statements and in accordance with the principles of financial ethics is an important step in the development of UMKM. With clear and accurate data, business owners can find improvements such as cost management and improved operational efficiency. It helps in better decision-making, which can increase the profitability and sustainability of UMKM. Focus on developing responsible financial management practices, such as prudent use of funds and transparency. UMKM can build a strong and sustainable reputation by paying attention to social and environmental aspects. In order to support business growth and overall progress, the financial reporting process must be continuously improved to comply with the principles of financial ethics.Good reputation and trust are the key to getting extra funding.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the case of unilateral termination of employment (PHK) at PT Smartfren Telecom TBK sought by the trade union association. This research method uses a qualitative research method that involves collecting and analyzing data from a variety of source articles, also known as the literature review method. In the telecommunications industry, the role of communication and deliberation is important in overcoming challenges such as layoffs. This study highlights the importance of effective communication between company management and employees to properly manage layoffs. Empathetic and clear communication helps build better relationships and reduce conflict. In addition, deliberation allows different parties to participate in finding fair and sustainable solutions. With this approach, companies can better manage layoffs, while taking into account the interests and welfare of employees.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the spearheads that an agency or organization needs to achieve its goals. It is necessary to know the factors that can help improve employee performance. This research aims to examine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of work ethic, work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach with a survey research type. Research data was collected using a questionnaire method. The population in this study were employees at the ESDM Diskuktrans, Karanganyar, Central Java using a total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the research show that: Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance expectations, Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Work discipline has an effect positive and significant on organizational commitment, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This research also shows that organizational commitment has no influence on the performance of employees of the ESDM Diskuktrans, Karanganyar, Central Java.

Abstract

In an era of rapidly evolving digital transformation, adaptive and flexible leadership development is becoming increasingly crucial to ensure organizational sustainability and resilience. Adaptive leadership allows leaders to face dynamic challenges with innovative strategies, while flexible leadership helps adapt management styles to different situations. This research aims to explore the concept of adaptive and flexible leadership and its strategies to increase organizational resilience in the face of rapid technological and market changes. This research was carried out through an in-depth literature study by analyzing relevant literature from various scientific sources and industry reports. The research approach used was a literature study, where data was collected from books, journal articles, industry reports and other reliable sources. The analysis process involved identifying key themes related to adaptive and flexible leadership and their implications for the organization. This method was chosen to gain a comprehensive understanding of the concepts discussed and their relevance in the context of digital transformation. The research results show that adaptive and flexible leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational resilience. Adaptive leaders are able to navigate change more effectively, manage uncertainty, and encourage innovation. Meanwhile, flexibility in leadership allows for quicker response to market changes and employee needs, which in turn improves overall organizational performance. This study also identified several key strategies for developing adaptive and flexible leadership, including continuous training, organizational learning approaches, and emotional skills development. However, this research also revealed several challenges in developing adaptive and flexible leadership, such as high uncertainty, resistance to change , and resource limitations. However, with the right approach, these challenges can be overcome, and organizations can take advantage of the long-term benefits of adaptive and flexible leadership. This research concludes that to remain competitive and resilient in the era of digital transformation, organizations must invest in the development of adaptive and flexible leadership . It is hoped that these findings can provide guidance for practitioners and academics in designing effective leadership development strategies to face future challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain how the probebaya development program was implemented in Samarinda City's Sungai Kunjang District. Descriptive qualitative research is the type of this study. The information assortment strategies utilized are purposive examining and unplanned inspecting. Research on Tori Marilee S's policy implementation indicators is used to evaluate the Probebaya Program's development implementation in Samarinda City's Sungai Kunjang District. Grindle, specifically the policy's content and setting in which it will be implemented. This study's findings demonstrate that the implementation of the probebaya program is crucial to efforts to develop and improve the RT environment, particularly in relation to the existing infrastructure. The community is very aware of the program's advantages, which are significant. Through citizen consultation, decision-making is completely left to the community, and the community is heavily involved in its implementation by paying close attention to the relevant rules and regulations.
