Abstract

The lack of interest of students at SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan in learning basketball dribbling is because the methods used during the learning process tend to be boring, causing their learning outcomes to be low, so it is necessary to use innovative learning models to improve learning outcomes for basketball dribbling. This research aims to improve the PJOK learning outcomes of students at SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan, especially basketball dribbling material, by applying the discovery learning model. This research is a type of classroom action research (PTK). The method used in this research uses the method initiated by Kemmis and McTaggart, where in carrying out the research there are several stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instrument used in this research was a basketball dribbling skills test sheet. Based on the state of the research that has been done, the researcher conducted three research cycles. After each cycle experiences improvement, it can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning model can improve PJOK learning outcomes in basketball dribbling skills material. This increase was proven in cycle 3 to have learning completeness reaching 100% on all indicators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how football shooting performance among extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener, Indramayu Regency, is affected by plyometric exercise. This study employs an experimental methodology and a "One Group Pretest Posttest Design" test design. 47 extracurricular students from State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu, Indramayu Regency, who were selected using a purposive selection technique made up the population of this study. The players are extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener, Indramayu Regency who are still actively engaged in training, and the criteria for selecting this sample include an attendance list of at least 75% of training (actively participating in training throughout treatment). There were sixteen people who met these requirements. The vertical leap test and a shooting skill test were used to measure the leg power of the participants. The t test was utilized in data analysis with a 5% level of significance. With tcount 2.390 > ttable 2.131, a significance value of 0.030 0.05, and an increase in leg power of 2.24%, the findings indicated that plyometric training significantly increased leg power in extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu Regency. With a tcount of 3.738 > ttable of 2.131, a significance value of 0.002 0.05, and a percentage rise of 5.50%, plyometric training had a significant impact on the growth in shooting for extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu Regency

Abstract

The motivation for this research is a lack of competency with basic passing techniques. This inquiry focuses on the El Rondo Exercise Against Passing. The approach used in this investigation was exploratory. The population of this study consisted of 15 students who participated in the futsal extracurricular program at MA Siti Khadijah Sindangwangi Majalengka. The sample size was determined using total sampling, which included all 15 participants. A passing skill test is the tool used to gather data. The paired sample test was then used to process and evaluate the data. Tcount = 13.484 > Ttable = 2.145 was the result of the data from the pretest and posttest. The significance shows that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000. H0 is true since the significance level is less than or equal to 0.05. H0 is rejected and approved because the significance value is less than (α = 0.05). It is clear from the data analysis results that the el rondo training approach significantly affects the outcomes of futsal passing. Also recommended by the researchers is the usage of the el rondo training method for futsal training.

Abstract

Applying engaging learning methods has a positive effect on the understanding and comprehension of students. When instructional materials are delivered in an interesting way, students tend to actively engage in the learning process, especially for learners aged 6-7 years. Role play is an effective learning approach for children. By implementing this method with children, teachers or parents can create engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences. This method plays a crucial role in helping children develop various skills and essential understanding during their developmental stage. The aim of this study is to determine the learning outcomes using the role play method. This research utilizes the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The research instruments consist of observation and worksheets. The research results indicate an improvement in student learning outcomes: a 25% increase in the "low" category during the pre-action phase, 50% in the "low" category during cycle I, and 90% in the "excellent" category during cycle II.

Abstract

Learning models that are less varied cause students to feel bored in participating in learning, by using an edugames learning model called baamboozle it is hoped that they will have high motivation in learning. The purpose of this research is to increase the learning motivation of students in grade 2 UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik through the use of the baamboozle edugames learning platform. This study uses a Collaborative Classroom Action Research (PTK) design with the Kemmis & Taggart model. The research subjects were 20 grade 2 students of UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik. Data was collected using observation and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative and quantitative descriptive manner. The use of the baamboozle edugames learning platform for PJOK subjects has increased student motivation. During the learning process, students are given access to the platform and formed into groups to work together as a team, which makes them more active and enthusiastic in learning. Before the action was taken, the percentage of students' learning motivation was still in the very poor category (54%). However, after the first cycle, there was a significant increase so that it rose to the sufficient category (74%). The final results show that students' motivation to learn PJOK is in a very good category (89%). The data analysis technique used to measure students' learning motivation is descriptive qualitative and quantitative.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much mental toughness contributes to competitive anxiety behavior in athletes. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive type with statistics used to analyze data by describing or illustrating the data that has been collected. Variable X is mental toughness and variable Y is competitive anxiety. The population in this study were SSB Tunas Inti FC U-15 athletes in Sungai Banyak City. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The instruments used in this research use two types of scales, namely the mental toughness scale and the competitive anxiety scale, both of which will be modified using a Likert scale. This analysis was carried out using statistical tests, namely correlation and determination tests which were processed using the SPSS version 29.0 program. The results of the correlation analysis of the relationship between mental toughness and competitive anxiety show that the p value < 0.001 < is smaller than 0.05, indicating that there is a significant negative relationship between mental toughness attitude and competitive anxiety behavior and the results of the determination test obtained a coefficient of determination percentage of 66.2%. shows that there is a significant positive contribution of mental toughness attitude to competitive anxiety. So athletes need to improve their mental toughness attitude in order to reduce competitive anxiety behavior, and coaches can facilitate and support them to increase their mental toughness attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in basic movement learning outcomes through the play approach in class III students at SD Negeri Manukan Wetan IV/616 in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a class action research (CAR) by taking research subjects for class III SD Negeri Manukan Wetan IV/616 for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 37 students. The research was carried out in March 2023 by running for 3 weeks. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and assessment of student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive based on qualitative analysis with percentages. Indicators of the success of the action include increasing basic movement learning outcomes of at least 75% (28 children) of the number of students achieving complete learning outcomes (KKM = 70). After carrying out the research, the results of the first cycle were 35.1% in the "incomplete" category, the second cycle was 56.8% in the "incomplete" category and the third cycle was 78.4% in the "completed" category. With the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the basic movement learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri Manukan Wetan IV/616 for the 2022/2023 academic year can be improved through a play approach.
