Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and brand image on customer satisfaction Cititrans Bandung. This research uses descriptive and verification research methods with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is Cititrans Bandung service users with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a non- probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 25. The results of the study found that social media marketing, brand image and customer satisfaction at Cititrans Bandung were good. There is a significant influence between social media marketing and brand image simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Cititrans Bandung. There is a significant influence between social media marketing partially on customer satisfaction at Cititrans Bandung. There is a significant influence between brand image partially on customer satisfaction at Cititrans Bandung. This research is different from other researchers because there are no other researchers who specifically examine social media marketing and brand image on customer satisfaction at Cititrans Bandung. of the social media marketing variable has a greater value and influence than the brand image variable.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the Influence of Social Media Marketing and Personal Selling on Consumer Purchase Decisions Through Purchase Interest as a Mediating Variable. This study is categorized as a survey research, where the research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study consists of all House Of Yush customers who have made purchases throughout Indonesia. The sample includes 100 respondents determined by non-probability sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using the SPSS for Windows version 26.0 software. The results indicate that the direct influence of social media marketing and personal selling is greater than the indirect influence on purchase decisions through purchase interest. The overall findings imply that social media marketing and personal selling are factors in increasing purchase interest to achieve improved purchase decisions at House Of Yush production house.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the combined influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the West Bandung Regency Education Office Secretariat. The population of this study consists of employees at the West Bandung Regency Education Office Secretariat. The sample used in this study consisted of 38 respondents. The data analysis method employed a quantitative descriptive approach and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS tool. Data collection was obtained from respondents through questionnaires. The results of this research indicate that there is an influence of motivation on employee performance, an influence of discipline on employee performance, and a combined influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the West Bandung Regency Education Office Secretariat, amounting to 91.8%. This means that motivation and discipline can explain 91.8% of the variation in employee performance at the West Bandung Regency Education Office Secretariat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cimahi City. The research method employed is a survey method, and the study is characterized as a descriptive correlational research. The population for this study comprises the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cimahi City. Sample selection in this research uses a saturated sampling technique (census), resulting in a sample size of 42 individuals. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS data processing tool. The research findings indicate that competence has a significant influence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cimahi City. The extent of influence of the competence variable on employee performance is 70.3%, while the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research discusses the Optimization of the Simponi Application on Non-Tax State Revenue at the Class II Rendani UPBU Office. The study was conducted with the aim of providing an overview of activities related to Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) at the Class II Rendani UPBU Office. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach in the form of field research. Data sources were obtained through observations and interviews with relevant subjects, using data triangulation methodology. This method is useful for enhancing the validity and accuracy of the data obtained as precise information for analysis material. The research results showed that the Simponi Application, in general, greatly assisted in PNBP service implementation due to the presence of tutorials and guidance. The application is highly dependent on the availability of the internet network. The research results indicated that negligence occurred due to the unstable internet network; thus, network mapping and bandwidth improvement are required. Delayed payments and unrecorded receivables happened because there was a lack of specific reminders related to billing codes that were due or unpaid, necessitating special notifications when approaching the payment deadlines.

Abstract

Achieving good employee performance and achieving organizational goals requires professionalism from every employee. It is undeniable that the professionalism of employees will greatly affect their performance. The better the performance of employees will further increase the efficiency of completing their tasks. With the better performance of its employees, the performance of the agency will be good too. This is where professionalism plays a role in organizations at various management levels to mobilize existing human resources rationally so that performance achieves the goals and objectives to be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of employee professionalism on employee performance in the South Cimahi District. The method used is a quantitative method with a population and sample of all employees in the South Cimahi District. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that there was an influence South Cimahi District Cimahi City employees which was very significant, namely 0.931 or 93.1% which indicated that professionalism affected employee performance in the South Cimahi District environment and the remaining 6.9% was influenced by other variables not examined. in this research. Therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted because it is supported by the significance value

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of organizational culture and Quality of Work Life on employee motivation, as well as its implications for employee loyalty. A healthy organizational culture and good Quality of Work Life can act as crucial factors in building high motivation among employees, which in turn can form strong loyalty. This research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents, such as regression and path analysis, is used to evaluate relationships between variables. The research results show that a better work culture and quality of work life can increase motivation, a better work culture and quality of work life can increase loyalty, better motivation can increase loyalty, work motivation can be a mediating variable between work culture and loyalty, and quality of work life on loyalty.

Abstract

In this study, conducted at PT Chery Indonesia and PT Handal Indonesia Motor, the relationship between Employee Engagement, Leadership, and Work Discipline in the Automotive sector was investigated. Leadership's pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement, which subsequently influences work discipline, was emphasized. Employee engagement also acts as a mediator between leadership and work discipline. Employing a quantitative approach, data analysis was done using Smart PLS, aiming to provide insights for productivity and service quality enhancement in the automotive sector. The research aimed to evaluate Leadership's Impact on Work Discipline and the role of Employee Engagement. All permanent employees at both companies were included in the study, utilizing non-probability sampling with saturated sampling and a total of 73 respondents. Findings revealed leadership's indirect influence on work discipline but a significant positive impact on employee engagement. Moreover, employee engagement positively affected work discipline, suggesting its mediating role between leadership and work discipline. Enhancing leadership may thus improve employee engagement, thereby bolstering work discipline.

Abstract

This comprehensive study delves into the intricate dynamics of marketing strategies and their influence on consumer purchasing behavior concerning UMKM Mak Epa Frozen in Lumajang City. With e-commerce emerging as a crucial moderating variable, this research adopts a quantitative approach, integrating both descriptive and causal analyses. By surveying 100 dedicated patrons of UMKM Mak Epa Frozen, meticulously collected data is subjected to rigorous scrutiny using the sophisticated Smart-PLS 4 software. The discerning findings reveal: (1) a robustly positive and consequential correlation between marketing strategies and consumer purchasing decisions, (2) notably, although e-commerce exhibits significant relevance, it does not appear to moderate the impact of marketing strategies on consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and intensifying market competition, purchasing decisions have become crucial in product or service marketing strategies. The complexity of these decisions is a central focus for researchers and business practitioners seeking to understand dynamic consumer behavior. Brand image, viral marketing, and purchase interest play key roles in shaping these decisions. Brand image shapes consumer perceptions, while viral marketing effectively introduces products or services to broad audiences. Purchase interest reflects consumer desires and intentions. This study investigates the relationship between these factors and their impact on purchasing decisions in the Indonesian market, focusing on Store Cabang Jember dan Lumajang as a case study. Using quantitative methods, data was collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. Results show significant influences of brand image, viral marketing, and purchase interest on purchasing decisions. These findings provide valuable insights for companies designing effective marketing strategies to navigate dynamic market challenges, particularly in Jember dan Lumajang's fashion industry. The research utilizes smart partial least squares (PLS) for data analysis. The study concludes that while brand image does not significantly influence purchasing decisions, viral marketing and purchase interest positively and significantly impact these decisions.
