Abstract

The family is the most important part in shaping the nation's future generation. No wonder someone who comes from a good family will generally be a good person. But behind it all there are other factors that affect the growth and development of family members such as schools, neighbors, and including the times. The digital era, where information and communication technology makes everything easy, effective and efficient. Both in the fields of business, education, culinary, tourism. However, behind the advantages of the digital era, there are negative impacts of individual traits experienced by family members, lack of social interaction, lack of attention and sympathy, and excessive consumerism by using applications. This is where the importance of the appearance of the role of the head of the family is not only normative to the extent of the father and mother, but must be able to appear as a da'wah interpreter who conveys the positive values of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. The importance of this role is different from having to know the appropriate material to be delivered as well as the method and method of delivery used.

Abstract

In Article 1150 of the Civil Code, a pawn is a right obtained by a person who owes a debt to a movable property, which is handed over to him by a debtor or by another person on his behalf, and which gives the debtor the power to take full repayment of the goods in full. take precedence over other debtors; with the exception of the cost of auctioning the item and the costs that have been incurred to save it after the item has been mortgaged, which costs should take precedence. In the form of field pawning carried out in Cijaku Village, in general the pawning party borrows money or gold to the pawn recipient with a guarantee of paddy fields, for a period of time that is determined or not determined at all, during which the paddy fields are managed by the recipient of the pawn. Pawn fields are the results used by both parties. With a percentage that is generally 50%-50%. The nominal amount of the loan given by the pawnee to the pawnbroker is not adjusted to the area and condition of the land, but according to the agreement of both parties.

Abstract

Vaccination is the administration of antigens from viruses or bacteria that can evoke the immune system of the human body or give a kind of mild infection. Vaccination is carried out because of a good benefit with the main objective being to prevent any damage or harm that will occur to each individual, so that the individual can be well-maintained, and if the individual is exposed to the virus, then his existence does not transmit to others based on body maintenance. and environment. This is also included in the category of an emergency problem because it is to protect the soul and avoid danger. The approach taken by the Indonesian Ulema Council is not only based on arguments, but also uses science and technology to test the validity of the vaccine, both in terms of benefits and harms. It is this approach that makes withdrawing the previous decision and giving a halal decision on vaccines that is viewed from an urgent need in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

Marriage is a natural law that must occur and be carried out by every human being without exception, including for the people of the Baduy Tribe. For the Baduy tribe who adhere to customs and culture, marriage is arranged in such a way that the procedure must be in accordance with applicable customary provisions. The procedure for marriage, starting from the proposal process to fostering a household, is regulated in the binding provisions of Baduy customary institutions. The bride and groom are chosen by their parents, in practice the bride and groom will pronounce the creed, witnessed by Naib as the head. The marriages they carry out are not registered or do not have a marriage book, as is generally the case for marriages carried out by citizens in Indonesia, this is because they collide with what they believe. The implementation of the marriage contract and reception for the bride and groom was carried out at the Traditional Hall led by Pu'un to ratify the marriage. In terms of the marriage system, the Baduy people do not recognize polygamy and divorce. However, they are only allowed to remarry if one of them dies.

Abstract

In the adolescent stage a person will experience emotional development, namely high emotional development. Teenagers as one of the phases in human life are required to fulfill their duties in choosing a career and determining a career. This study aims to determine the emotional maturity of students and career decision-making abilities of class XII IPA 2 students at MA Al-Mardliyyah. The approach taken in this study is qualitative with a case study type of research. While collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. analysis used with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed (1) the emotional maturity of class students was quite good. Students are able to vent negative and positive emotions at the right time and place. (2) students' career decision-making ability is quite good. Students are able to make career decisions according to their interests and talents, after graduating from school they will go on to college, and some will immediately choose to enter the world of work.

Abstract

The purpose of the seminar is to foster an attitude of pluralism so that students respect one another. Community service seminars are conducted offline and online for students and lecturers of the STKIP Pangeran Dharma Kusuma Indramayu Elementary School Teacher Program. The positive sides of pluralism are: a) Differences in society will provide space for each individual to further develop in determining choices, ways, and goals of life. b) provide learning attitudes of maturity, and mutual respect because of the clash of differences, diversity and values that have different boundaries. Through seminars, online research and discussions, it is hoped that this will increase public knowledge about the importance of maintaining unity and tolerance. But it also increases knowledge of plurality application skills, and most importantly can overcome the problems experienced by the Indonesian nation regarding the presence of extremism that tries to undermine unity or does not recognize Indonesia's plurality.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to describe the process of implementing the tahfidz 30 jus program which was carried out at the Tahfidz Madani Rokan Hulu Riau Public Junior High School. Qualitative research methods with an analytical study approach. Data collection techniques by interviewing 1 principal, 4 teachers, and 4 students, documentation, and observation. Data analysis with reduction, data display, and conclusion. Data validity technique with source and technique triangulation. The results showed: (1) planning the tahfidz program by determining the tahfidz daily program. (2) implementing the tahfidz program with selection, reading, and memorizing tests before entering school. (3) the aim of the tahini program, first is that students can memorize the Al-Qur'an according to the provisions. The second purpose of educators is to monitor and assess students' memorization. The three objectives of the principal are to supervise the implementation of tahfidz in schools. (4) the tahfidz program through the implementation of memorizing deposits, the amount of the deposit, as well as the implementation of Al-Qur'an memorization tests.

Abstract

The research objective is to describe the concept and practice of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia. Qualitative research methods with a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies sourced from scientific articles and books. The results of the Pustaka study show: among Indonesian Muslims, philanthropic activities have increased in various sectors, both in the political bureaucracy, law, and social and cultural institutions of society. This can be observed from the increasing efforts to raise public funds originating from zakat and alms. The concept and practice of Islamic philanthropy in the contribution of philanthropic activities to improve the economy and the welfare of society reveal that philanthropic activities in Indonesia have been implemented in various forms such as zakat, infaq, and alms and its practice in the Baitul Mal wat Tamwil company and the National Amil Zakat Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the Cooperative Learning Model to volleyball game material in increasing student motivation. Quantitative research with an experimental approach. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students. The results showed: the sig value for the control class data was 0.082 with a normal distribution and the sig value for the experimental class data was 0.131 (sig. > 0.05) with a normal distribution. Based on the Levene's Test the sig value was 0.196 and the t test with a sig value of 0.000 (sig. <0.05) which indicated that there was a significant difference in the control and experimental classes in increasing student learning motivation where the increase occurred in the experimental class.
