Abstract

Thematic learning becomes very important in the era of the 2013 curriculum and also the current independent learning curriculum, the output of the two curricula is strengthening the processes and learning outcomes for students. The seminar was conducted with the aim of strengthening and increasing the teacher's pegagogical competence, especially in terms of learning innovation. The seminar was conducted offline with a duration of 200 minutes on August 29 2022 at UPTD SDN Pangilen 3 Sampang which was attended by 8 teachers. The speaker uses the help of a laptop as a medium for delivering material. The results of the seminar implementation: 1) The first speaker gave material about holistic and meaningful learning, the second speaker gave authentic and active learning material. 2) The seminar runs actively as evidenced by lively discussions. 3) The results of the teacher's seminar increasingly understand and can practice holistic, meaningful, authentic and active learning in front of the presenters. The impact of this seminar is as a reference material and study for other schools, especially rural schools that have not implemented thematic learning as a whole.

Abstract

The research objective is to describe and explain the concept of activity ratio analysis and company financial profitability. Qualitative research methods with a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. Data processing techniques with reduction and presentation of data. The results showed: (1) activity ratio analysis, namely: (a) Inventory turnover, which shows the company's financial ability for one round to finance inventory. (b) Fixed Assets Turn Over, to find out how much funds are used to finance inventories in a certain period (3). Total assets turnover, to determine the strength of capital in assets during a certain period. (2) analysis of profitability ratios, namely: (a) net profit margin, to determine the amount of profit earned by the company. (b) return on investment, namely the ability to gain profits through the utilization of its assets. (c) return on equity to find out the amount of funds returned in obtaining profits.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of leadership styles that can be carried out by leaders in organizations. This research method is qualitative with a Grounded Theory approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies and data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed: Implementation of the first idealized influence democratic leadership style, leaders are able to contribute good thoughts through decision making in achieving the vision of the organization. Second, inspirational motivation, leaders are able to encourage themselves and their subordinates to work according to the standards contained in the organization. Third, intellectual stimulation, the leader is able to move subordinates to continue to be creative by giving new and creative ideas that the leader has. The four individual considerations, leaders are able to appreciate and accept input and criticism from subordinates and appreciate the performance of subordinates.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe and explain the steps of financial management from Grestenberg's point of view. The research was conducted qualitatively with a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. Data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique with source triangulation. The results of the research show that financial management is a way for companies to obtain, use and obtain funds for business activities. Financial management steps that can be taken: first, obtaining company funds by determining financial sources to sustain the company's life through borrowing, pawning securities, cooperation with companies and so on. Second, the use of funds by utilizing funds for the benefit of the company such as paying salaries, buying goods, paying rent and so on. Third, distribution of funds by channeling funds at all levels of management within the company.

Abstract

Crowdfunding is defined as an open call or offer accessed via the Internet for the provision of financial resources either in the form of donations or otherwise. The study was carried out with a qualitative approach through library research. Data collection techniques with documentation studies and data processing with reduction and presentation of data. The results of the discussion show: the implementation of digital Islamic philanthropy through the Kitabisa.com website can increase the effectiveness of giving donations from donors to those who need donations and by continuing to innovate by adding attractive features in order to make it easier for donors to make donations and by improving the security system and management of its operations.

Abstract

The purpose of the assistance is to introduce school culture, student character and learning processes to prospective teachers before becoming educators. The implementation method is with lectures and mentoring by mentors (principals and teachers) which are carried out for 2 weeks during school effective hours. Media used: books, classrooms, teaching media, school environment. Implementation results: prospective educators, namely students, have a better understanding of school culture, get to know the character of students and increase their knowledge in the field of teaching because prospective educators (students) can practice good teaching methods in the classroom with the help of mentors.

Abstract

Indonesia has the potential for zakat as a tool to reduce and improve poverty and people's welfare. The management of zakat funds certainly has a very vital role in the success of achieving the benefit of the people. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the management of the optimal distribution of zakat funds so that it can significantly contribute to poverty reduction and better welfare. This type of research is library research conducted using existing literature on the Indonesian National Zakat Agency by collecting data through a literature review of books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out using inductive techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: Indonesia's National Zakat Agency has been effective in the management of zakat management, both in planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the use of da'wah media in worship. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques: interviews, observation, documentation. Data management: reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Data validation techniques: triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the research show: (1) worship activities: congregational prayers, recitation, tadarus, dhikr, taklim assemblies, and other educational activities. (2) worship media: (a) yellow book: the book of safinatunnajah which contains the science of fiqh (the foundations of Islam) and the book of nashohibul ibad about the science of tasawuf. (b) loudspeakers: for the call to prayer, recitation, and religious lecture activities. (c) Digital Clock: to indicate the time of prayer and other worship. (d) supporting Al-Qur'an: to put the Al-Qur'an when reciting. (d) charity box: to store money from donations (charity) of the community. Conclusion: the media for worship at the mosque has been used very well. The best suggestion: mosque managers add other media such as special sandals for ablution, a place to store prayer rugs and mukenah.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out to strengthen writing skills, especially writing reviews. Service activities are carried out by way of workshops which are delivered with presentation techniques explaining the material. Presentation of the material is done using the lecture method, discussion-question-answer, and assignments. The results of the workshop activities: the activity participants have a good understanding of the material presented and have basic skills related to review writing efforts. This activity also has a social impact based on the good response given by the activity participants as well as the results of reviews that have been well assessed.

Abstract

The purpose of the seminar is to provide participants with knowledge about the role of parental guidance in shaping the character of 4.0 in children. The implementation method is face-to-face with a duration of 3.5 hours. The equipment used is an LCD projector, laptop, manual, sound system, table, and chairs. Service flow: forming a committee; designing guidebooks, banners, and flyers; making invitations; implementation of seminars and evaluation of seminars. The results of the dedication: the seminar was successful with the following agenda: first the opening by the head of the study program; second, giving material I about character education, character 4.0 in children and the role of parents; third, the provision of material on approaches and guidance techniques; fourth discussion and fifth group photo. Conclusion: the seminar went according to the agenda. Suggestion: the seminar committee provides mini-assignments for seminar participants.
