Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah atau biasa disingkat dengan UMKM adalah bentuk usaha menguntungkan yang dijalankan dengan fokus pada jenis bisnis tertentu, dengan tujuan mengembangkan dan mengoptimalkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM untuk mencapai profitabilitas yang maksimal. Terdapat berbagai macam jenis usaha dalam UMKM sektor pariwisata, dan termasuk di antaranya adalah homestay. Homestay merupakan salah satu UMKM jenis akomodasi yang dapat dikembangkan di berbagai daerah. Ada berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan usaha di bidang akomodasi homestay, oleh sebab itu, hanya mengandalkan insting atau modal saja tidak cukup; dibutuhkan pengambilan keputusan yang strategis dan inovasi untuk meningkatkan daya tarik homestay. Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat) menjadi penting untuk mengevaluasi Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, serta Ancaman yang mungkin dihadapi oleh usaha tersebut. Homestay “D&D” dan homestay “Rizqi” yang setelah dilakukan analisis SWOT keduanya berada pada Kuadran 1 dan untuk dapat memaksimalkan semua potensi usaha agar menjadi lebih berkembang adalah dengan menerapkan Strategi SO (Strenght-Opportunity) yaitu strategi yang berarti mengoptimalkan seluruh kekuatan untuk meraih dan memanfaatkan peluang secara maksimal yaitu lebih memaksimalkan perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat ini dan agar tidak semakin tertinggal dari pesaing-pesaing lainnya yang sudah memaksimalkan berbagai perkembangan teknologi dalam upaya untuk membuat usaha mereka lebih berkembang

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of human resource (HR) management in organizational development at MFH Polytechnic. Effective HR management plays an important role in improving organizational performance, especially in the context of higher education that continues to grow. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive analytical method, where data is collected through surveys, interviews, and documentation related to HR management at the MFH campus. The population in this study involved all teaching staff and education personnel at Medika Farma Husada Mataram Polytechnic, with samples taken purposively. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of various indicators related to HR management, such as recruitment, training, career development, and performance evaluation. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques to provide an overview of the effectiveness of HR management in supporting organizational development. The results of the study indicate that HR management at MFH Polytechnic has generally been running well, but there are still several areas that need to be improved, such as the implementation of more structured training and career development programs, as well as more objective and sustainable performance evaluations. In addition, communication factors between parts of the organization are also considered necessary to support more optimal development

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pemolisian masyarakat (Polmas) dalam upaya mencegah dan menangani kejahatan jalanan di wilayah hukum Polresta Padang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas anggota Polresta Padang, Bhabinkamtibmas, Forum Komunikasi Polisi Masyarakat (FKPM), dan elemen masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Polmas di Polresta Padang belum optimal. Pembentukan FKPM secara top-down mengurangi keterlibatan aktif masyarakat, sedangkan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri masih rendah, akibat pengaruh sejarah sistem perpolisian yang cenderung militeristik. Selain itu, regulasi hukum yang membatasi penyelesaian masalah pidana di luar pengadilan (afdoening buiten process) menjadi kendala utama dalam penanganan kejahatan ringan. Koordinasi lintas fungsi antarinstansi juga masih minim, dan anggota FKPM memerlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam deteksi dan penyelesaian masalah keamanan serta ketertiban masyarakat.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pendekatan bottom-up dalam pembentukan FKPM, peningkatan program sosialisasi kemitraan Polri dan masyarakat, revisi regulasi hukum terkait penyelesaian pidana ringan, pelatihan berkala bagi anggota FKPM, serta optimalisasi koordinasi lintas fungsi dengan melibatkan dinas terkait dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat (LSM). Dengan langkah-langkah ini, Polmas diharapkan dapat berfungsi lebih efektif dalam menciptakan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (Kamtibmas) yang kondusif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic roles of Parents and Community in supporting educational quality at SDN Benua Anyar 4 Banjarmasin. The research methodology employed a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects included the School Principal. The findings reveal that parental and community contributions are highly significant in supporting quality education, reflected through active participation in school activities, providing moral and material support, and involvement in educational decision-making processes, resulting in no serious obstacles in the partnership between the School, Parents, and Community. The factors influencing such support include awareness of education's importance, educational levels, and the community's socio-economic conditions. The research concludes that synergistic collaboration among Schools, Parents, and Community is the key to creating a quality and sustainable educational environment.

Abstract

Fish oil content Omega-3 fatty acid which playes an important roles in health and food field. The quality of imported fish oil (softgel) needs to be considered, so it remains safe and beneficial for the society. This research aims to analyze the characteristics and fatty acid profile of imported commercial fish oil (softgel) that available in the North Kalimantan. Analysis of the fatty acid profile used the 18-6-1/MU/SMM-SIG (GC-FID) method. This method uses the Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionization Detector (GC-FID) technique. Commercial fish oil (softgel) samples are coded A and the fatty acid profile is described, including saturated fatty acids (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), and compound unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). The results show that imported fish oil (softgel) had a golden yellow color, no fishy odor, and contained SFA 50.48%, MUFA 25.44%, and PUFA 12.65%. Omega-3 fatty acid is 5.34%.

Abstract

Abstract: Balancing the dual roles of being a student and a mother presents unique challenges, particularly for graduate students who face demanding academic and personal responsibilities. This study investigated the lived experiences of graduate student mothers, focusing on the challenges they faced and the strategies they employed to navigate their dual roles. The purpose of this study was to gain insight into the difficulties that graduate student mothers face and their coping strategies for ‘balancing’ academic and parenting responsibilities. This study used a narrative-based case study as the research design, recruiting three graduate student mothers from three different universities. Personal narrative and semi structured interviews were used to gather data to provide a more in-depth understanding of the context. This study was intended to shed more light on the challenges that graduate student mothers encounter, with the hope that others interested in pursuing higher studies can learn from the participants' stories and consider their experiences before making the "big commitment" of entering academia. It was also hoped that other stakeholders, such as faculty staff and policymakers, would be able to generate a place for more "mother-friendly" programs.

Abstract

Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) have revolutionized energy storage systems due to their high energy density, long cycle life, and wide range of applications. Among cathode materials, LiFePO₄ (LFP) has emerged as a promising candidate due to its excellent thermal stability, high safety, and long-term cycling performance. LFP features an olivine structure with a theoretical capacity of 170 mAh g⁻¹ and an operating voltage of approximately 3.4 V vs. Li/Li⁺, making it ideal for electric vehicles and renewable energy storage. However, its low electronic conductivity and slow lithium-ion diffusion present key challenges. Various strategies have been developed to overcome these limitations, including nanoengineering, doping, and conductive coatings. Synthesis methods such as sol-gel, solvothermal, and solid-state reactions have been employed to optimize particle structure and morphology. Characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XANES and EXAFS) provide deep insights into the structural and electrochemical properties of LFP. This study highlights recent advances in LFP materials and optimization strategies to enhance its performance for next-generation battery applications.

Abstract

Jual beli termasuk dalam kelompok perjanjian bersama, undang-undang telah memberikan pengaturan secara khusus terhadap perjanjian. Pengaturan perjanjian diatur dalam KUHPerdata. Perjanjian jual beli diatur dalam pasal 1457 KUHPerdata menerangkan bahwa, jual beli adalah suatu persetujuan yang mengikat pihak penjual berjanji menyerahkan sesuatu barang, dan pihak lain bertindak sebagai pembeli mengikat diri berjanji untuk membayar harga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab pelaku usaha terhadap konsumen dalam perjanjian jual beli motor bekas. Metode penelitian yuridis normatif adalah penelitian hukum kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka, pendekatan permasalahan yang berusaha menggali pengaturan dan akibat wanprestasi terhadap perjanjian jual beli. Dalam klausula baku yang ditetapkan oleh showroom, konsumen tidak dapat memilih apa yang dicantumkan dalam perjanjian, umumnya menggunakan klausula baku yang menempatkan konsumen di posisi sulit. Namun ada juga showroom memberikan ketentuan berbeda, Dikarenakan kondisi fisik motor yang tidak selalu sama. Konsumen pun diberikan kebebasan sepanjang pihak showroom motor bekas menyetujui keinginan konsumen tersebut. Konsumen dapat menikmati layanan purna jual dengan mengajukan permintaan kepada Showroom All Motor untuk menjamin motor bekas yang akan di beli. Kesepakatan ini menjadi pegangan konsumen apabila motor bekas yang di beli bermasalah.

Abstract

Peran Lurah sebagai paralegal dalam membantu masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan hukum. Pada hakekatnya paralegal dapat menangani perkara-perkara hukum baik litigasi maupun non litigasi. Hal ini disebabkan karena Undang-Undang Bantuan Hukum yang menjadi dasar paralegal tidak membahas tentang batasan-batasan kewenangan dari paralegal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum yang dilakukan untuk mencari pemecahan atas isu hukum yang timbul. Hasil yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan preskipsi mengenai apa yang seyogyanya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (Statute Approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Lurah dapat membantu menyelesaikan persoalah hukum, maka orang yang berhak untuk mendapatkan bantuan hukum salah satunya adalah paralegal. Paralegal merupakan seorang yang mempunyai pengetahuan dan pemahaman dasar mengenai hukum dengan tujuan agar memberikan bantuan hukum kepada masyarakat miskin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran paralegal dalam memberikan bantuan hukum kepada masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan menggunakan bentuk deskriptif kualitatif yang menganalisis dan menafsirkan data yang ada.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out Financial Management Strategies in Improving the Quality of Education at the Nurul Iman Pondok Bambu Integrated Islamic Elementary School. In research that uses a qualitative approach. The samples taken by researchers were several teaching staff (school management) and also financial staff. Strategy in general has the meaning of an outline of reference for carrying out actions to achieve the desired targets. Management is a process of planning, organizing, directing and supervising resources to achieve the goals set by an institution. Finance is an activity related to the acquisition and management of funds effectively and efficiently in accordance with the overall objectives of the institution. Financial management is an activity carried out with efforts to obtain funds at minimally regulated costs and manage these funds effectively to achieve the goals of an institution. Quality of education can be interpreted as the school's ability to manage all interrelated components efficiently so as to produce added value and applicable standards. The first result of this research is that financial planning to improve the quality of education is outlined in the form of RAPBS which is held before each new school year begins. The implementation of financial management in improving the quality of education can be seen in the allocation of funds in the RAPBS, namely by allocating funds for extracurricular activities, allocating funds for facilities and infrastructure in madrasahs by adding facilities, repairing and maintaining them
