Abstract

It is known that many companies have succeeded in building their businesses; it's just that there is still a lack of company awareness in terms of employee welfare, especially in terms of employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction can be felt from excessive workload or compensation that is not in accordance with the work they are experiencing. While employees sometimes need job satisfaction in carrying out their work in the company, this is necessary so that employees can be loyal and employees love their work more so that results can continue to be maximized, and this is a form of company achievement in treating its employees. Various aspects determine job satisfaction, both in terms of compensation and in terms of environment, workload, superiors, and colleagues. This study uses explanatory research methods where the number of respondents is 30 people, will be processed by focusing on testing the hypothesis of data analysis using statistical methods of validity testing and reliability testing using SPSS software. The following are the results of this study show that workload has an impact on job satisfaction, there is compensation for job satisfaction, and workload and compensation have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between the exchange rate and export value in Indonesia using time series data from 1997 to 2020. The analytical method that will be used in this research is the Granger Causality Test approach. The instruments used are the data normality test, the stationary test, the optimal lag test, and the Granger causality test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that from the output of the cointegration test in table 4.3 above, the trace statistic is 9.016078, which is smaller than the critical value (5%), which is 15.49471, and Prob. 0.3639 is less than 5 percent, whereas for the output of the Granger causality test above, at lag 1, it is known that the probability value (Prob.) of the relationship between export value and exchange rate is 0.4953; this result is greater than the significance level of 5 percent, so that from the output of the From these results, it can be concluded that there is no causal relationship between export values and exchange rates. So it can be concluded that if the exchange rate depreciates against foreign currencies, the export value will increase because Indonesia's export commodities compete in international markets, but on the contrary, it will reduce. In addition, based on observations and causality analysis from the results of data processing, it shows that there has been a one-way relationship between the exchange rate and the export value, meaning that the exchange rate will affect the export value but will, on the contrary, affect the export value. According to the results of the Granger Causality Test, the export value has no effect on the exchange rate.

Abstract

Candidiasis is an acute and subacute fungal infection caused by the Candida group, especially Candida albicans. Infectious diseases due to microbes can be treated using modern drugs, namely antifungals. In some cases, antimicrobials often develop resistance due to improper administration. The occurrence of such resistance encourages further research on new active ingredients that can be used as antimicrobial alternatives, especially from plant sources containing flavonoids. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of antimicrobial content of ethanol extract 70% of Telang flowers on the growth of C. albicans. This research is a laboratory experimental research with post test control group design only method. Determination of antimicrobial activity is carried out by the pitting method. Telang flower extract that has been diluted with 10% DMSO, taken as much as 30µl then dripped into the well. Positive control using antimicrobial ketocenazole and negative control using DMSO 10% which was dripped on the well as much as 30µl. Based on the results of observations, the inhibition zone is only formed in positive control with an average of 15.5 + 0.4 mm. The results of ethanol extract of 70% Telang flowers that have been conducted did not show antimicrobial activity against fungal growth C. albicans. The absence of this inhibitory zone is due to the unknown concentration of active compounds of Telang flowers that are responsible as antimicrobials, so it is necessary to conduct research on the search for concentrations of active compounds that have the ability as antimicrobials.
