Abstract

One of the implementations of 2013 curriculum in the learning process is the Scientific Approach. The stages of implementing the scientific approach are observing, asking, associating, reasoning, testing, processing, formulating and presenting. During pandemic situation like this, the learning process takes place online. Whether teachers like it or not, it is required them to change the habit of teaching face to face with online learning. Several challenges and problems emerged in the teaching and learning process, one of them was difficulty of applying scientific approach methods in online learning. This was also experienced by the teachers of SMP N 1 Kedungwuni Pekalongan. The teachers have difficulty in applying scientific approach in learning process and have not maximized the use of online learning applications. Based on the problem above, PKM team provided a solution, the solution was E-COSAL training for teachers of SMP N 1 Kedungwuni Pekalongan. The training was carried out in several steps, namely socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. After PKM activity was held, the teachers of SMP N 1 Kedungwuni Pekalongan, were able to improve their knowledge and skills, especially in the application of scientific approaches online and also the operation of E-COSAL. Keywords : E-COSAL, Scientific Approach, Socialization, Training; Mentoring, evaluation

Abstract

World Health Organization (2020) menyampaikan bahwa lansia menempati salah satu urutan teratas kelompok yang beresiko tinggi tertular COVID-19 setelah petugas kesehatan dan orang dengan penyakit penyerta. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena lansia memiliki imunitas yang cenderung rendah sehingga memicu mudahnya virus masuk ke dalam tubuh lansia. Menurut data yang disajikan dalam laman resmi penanganan Covid-19 di Indonesia, menunjukkan bahwa kelompok usia yang mendominasi angka kematian akibat Covid-19 adalah lansia berusia 60 tahun ke atas dengan presentase 42.3%. Kondisi inilah yang pada akhirnya mendasari lahirnya kebijakan pemerintah untuk melindungi tiga kelompok masyarakat (tenaga kesehatan, kelompok dengan penyakit penyerta, dan lansia) dari Covid 19. Langkah kebijakan tersebut meliputi keterlibatan masyarakat, sinergitas antarprogram, dan kerjasama serta koordinasi lintas sektor mulai tingkat pusat hingga desa. Universitas Pekalongan sebagai salah satu sektor penyelenggara di bidang pendidikan bekerjasama dengan Panti Pelayanan Sosial Bhisma Upakara yang merupakan pelaksana utama layanan kepada lansia dibawah naungan Dinas Urusan Sosial Lansia di Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai bagian dari kerjasama lintas sektor. Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah pemeriksaan kesehatan, penyuluhan kesehatan, dan pemberian APD serta suplemen kesehatan. Kegiatan Pemeriksaan kesehatan (Tekanan darah, pemeriksaan kadar gula darah, kolesterol dan asam urat) dan pendidikan kesehatan diikuti sebanyak 16 lansia dengan metode ceramah dan pemutaran video edukasi pencegahan Covid-19 bagi lansia. Pemberian bantuan APD berupa masker dan juga food suplemen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan imunitas sehingga risiko penularan Covid-19 bisa diminimalisir. Keyword: Edukasi, Pencegahan Covid-19, lansia

Abstract

During the era of pandemic of Covid 19 , all schools in Indonesia are forced to implement online learning including the kindergartens. The aim of this activity is to train the teacher of TK ABA Kandang Panjang so that they can create, edit and puvlish video for students learning. The videos are created using android smartphone and edited using Youcut app. Then, the videos are uploaded to Youtube channel of TK ABA Kandang Panjang. There were 3 stages of this activity. They are preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This activity was followed by 6 classroom teacher and the headmaster of the kindergarten. Looking at the evaluation result, it is known that teachers knowledge about creating and editing video using smartphones are increased. However, the Youtube channel has not been used optimally. Keywords: early years education, online learning, kindergarten, learning video

Abstract

Nursing higher education is a professional education that requires clinical learning as real experiences to learn about professionalism. Good clinical learning is supported by competent preceptor whom can be role as a role model. Therefore, clinical learning model training has needed to designs clinical guidance activities based on the cooperative and collaborative relationship development between the preceptor and students. Abstract

Years 2019 the world attended the introduction of a disease caused by a virus corona. The case of the virus corona entered indonesia to third on sunday january 2020.Since then the indonesian government responded to an emergency in march 2020.Before being discovered a vaccine to prevent the disease, people drinking, antibiotics ibuprofen for the pain and vitamin.However in addition to the use of, the village community bandengan pekalongan city use of herbs to boost immunity. Body They are consuming it in the form of herbal medicine among others appointment Temu ireng ( curcuma aeroginosa ), Jinten ( Cuminum cyminum ), Mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia ). Abstract

The problems faced by the PKK savings and loan business in the Ngesrep sub-district, Banyumanik sub-district, Semarang city are that recording has not been carried out properly according to generally accepted principles and how to present the financial statements of the savings and loan units that are simple and more informative. This educational activity is carried out in the form of counseling and training on recording financial transactions of the savings and loan unit and consultative/assistance assistance. This community service program was attended by 25 managers of savings and loan units in the Ngesrep sub-district, Banyumanik sub-district. The results show that the savings and loan unit of the PKK has begun to apply the usual accounting principles by fixing the bookkeeping of the savings and loan unit so that it does not only meet internal information needs. The recording system is carried out through a simple account to facilitate monitoring and reporting.Keywords: Transaction recording, consultative assistance, financial reports

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has been running for almost two years, is one of the factors that hinder patients from going to the doctor especially to the dentist. However, delaying dental treatment is a dilemma given that teeth are an important organ and affect a person's quality of life. Delaying dental treatment causes more severe complaints or disturbances, forcing them to keep coming to the dentist. The condition of having to open a mask and mouth in dental care creates anxiety and discomfort in patients during a pandemic. There are still many people who do not know how to safely and comfortably dental treatment during a pandemic, especially among students. This is the main reason for conducting counseling on safe and comfortable tips to dentists in the COVID-19 era, such as the use of Teledentistry, health protocols, and anxiety management during dental treatment, in the context of implementing Community Health Service by the Faculty of Dentistry, Trisakti University in accordance with the vision the mission of the Tridharma in the field of Community Service. Abstract

Geriatric or elderly people usually experience physiological changes in the form of sagging skin and facial wrinkles and persistent lines, head hair turns white or gray, teeth begin to loose (toothless), vision and hearing loss, easily tired and fall easily, movement becomes sluggish and less agile. The problem experienced by the elderly is knee pain. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease of the joints characterized by pathological symptoms in the entire joint structure, damage to joint cartilage, the appearance of sclerosis and osteophytes at the edges of the bones, stretching of the joint capsule, inflammation and weakness of the muscles around the joints. From the observation process of identifying physiotherapy problems in the elderly by lecturers and D III students of the Department of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Health, Pekalongan University, which was carried out by interviewing family members, it was found that the problem most often complained of was knee pain. The situation analysis is in the form of observations made by students in the family community of Pasekaran Batang Village. solution offered that is by using the isometric exercise modality and physiotherapy treatment for osteoarthritis.The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and understanding to the elderly about the role of physiotherapy in the elderly, especially in the management of knee pain. The implementations before the process of counseling and handling the elderly, a pre-test and a post-test are given, which make the benchmarks for the elderly's understanding of what treatments can be done for knee pain. the results of the pre-test and post-test proved that the level of understanding of the elderly increased after being given counseling. It can be concluded that after being given counseling and physiotherapy treatment, the elderly's understanding of knee pain has increased. Abstract

Seringnya terjadi banjir pada Kota Pekalongan memerlukan runtutan pekerjaan mulai dari survey, pemetaan, dan penanganan langsung terkait dengan perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk kondisi banjir pada masing masing daerah tersebut. Kelurahan Tirto Kecamatan Pekalongan Barat merupakan daerah yang menjadi langganan dari banjir baik yang berasal dari hujan maupun rob yang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan pada masyarakat sekitar. Salah satu penyebab rob yaitu kondisi saluran-saluran drainase yang tidak mampu mengalirkan air dari saluran ke sungai, sehingga air yang terhambat tersebut akan semakin meninggi dan melimpah ke jalanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan banjir tersebut, diperlukan evaluasi yang mendalam pada masing masing saluran agar nantinya dapat ditentukan tindakannya bagaimana. Tim pengabdian dari Program Studi Teknik Konstruksi bekerja sama dengan dinas terkait serta masyarakat untuk melakukan pemetaan saluran saluran pada Kelurahan Tirto yang kemudian diurutkan berdasarkan tingkatan-tingkatan yang perlu ditangani terlebih dahulu. Metode-metode yang dilakukan dalam pemetaan ini antara lain sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, pembekalan teknis pelaksanaan, survey pemetaan, diskusi hasil survey, dan pemaparan hasil diskusi kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Tirto. Hasil dari proses pengabdian ini berupa peta asesmen saluran Kelurahan Tirto yang kemudian akan dilakukan penanganan lanjut oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat.Kata kunci: banjir, drainase, rob.

Abstract

Kasus stunting di Indonesia masih tergolong sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata prevalensi pada tahun 2021 sebesar 24,4%. data hasil ( Status Gizi Indonesia ) di tahun 2021 sekitar 20,9% anak di bawah 5 tahun (balita) Jawa Tengah menderita stunting, dimana untuk Kota Pekalonga urutannya berdasarkan urutan ke 18 dari 34 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah dengan prevalensi balita stunting 20,6% Target yang ingin dicapai di tahun 2024 sebanyak 14% angkta tersebut masih jauh dari target Intervensi dalam upaya penurunan angka stunting di Kelurahan Podosugih yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat dengan cara melalui 5 bentuk intervensi kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat : 1) PROMIL( Program Ibu Hamil), 2) PHBS (Program Hidup Bersih Sehat), 3) Pelet (Penyuluhan dan Pembagian Leaflet), 4) PENSI (Pentignya Imunisasi), 5) POS-R(Posyandu Remaja) Hasil dari kegiatan intervensi yang telah dilakukan adalah pemahaman masyarakat mengenai apa itu stunting, cara pencegahan stunting, terciptanya pola asuh balita yang menjadi lebih baik, dan terciptanya asupan gizi yang baik pada balita untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat setinggi-tingginya.  Kata Kunci : pemberdayaan masyarakat, stunting
