Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan lembaga utama dalam mencapai tujuan program pendidikan. Pada kenyataannya, keberhasilan pada tataran ini menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan program pendidikan nasional. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan perguruan tinggi sebagai satuan pendidikan yang mengelola mahasiswa secara langsung diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitasnya dalam program-program pengembangan pendidikan ke depan. Mengantisipasi berbagai tantangan ke depan, suka atau tidak suka, manajemen perguruan tinggi perlu direformasi, agar perguruan tinggi dapat menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan menghasilkan karya-karya hebat yang kreatif, inovatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in thematic subjects of class VI Madrasah Ibtidaiyah No. 40 /e.3 Koto Tuo Pulau Tengah Kec Keliling Danau Kerinci Regency with the application of power point media. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were students of class VI Madrasah Ibtidaiyah No. 40 /e. 3 Koto Tuo Central Island Kerinci Keliling Lake, Kerinci Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The results showed that the use of power point media in the learning process could improve student learning outcomes. Improving student learning outcomes can be measured from the evaluation of cycle I and cycle II. The value of student learning activities in the first cycle is 56.36% and the second cycle is 88.18%. While the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 60.56 with an incomplete category with a validity of 0.528 and student learning outcomes in the second cycle of 88.89 with a complete category with a validity value of 0.577. The results of research at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah No. 40 /e.3 Koto Tuo Pulau Tengah Kec Keliling Danau Kerinci Regency has been well achieved and it is proven that power point learning media can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Baligh is the last stage of development of an individual according to the perspective of Islamic studies. This means that if a person has reached puberty, then a child is said to be mature physically, intellectually and emotionally as mentioned by Abu Zahrah that child development is divided into 4 stages, namely first Ash-Shobiy or At-Tifl (small children), second Mumayyiz (able to distinguish something), the third is Cheapiq (towards the age of puberty) and the fourth is Baligh. Ibn Sina was a polymath, who gave birth to many works of thought, including in the field of Education. Several studies on Ibn Sina's educational thoughts have been widely explored and published. Idris Irsyad revealed Ibn Sina's concept of goals, curriculum, methods and how to become a competent teacher. This research uses a literature study method, the object of this research is the concept of reason according to Ibn Sina. The method of data collection is a literature study by carrying out literal descriptions that support theories about intellectual education that affect pre-aqil baligh children.

Abstract

The results of the incredible thoughts of K.H Ahmad Dahlan have influenced on the history of the world of education in Indonesia, especially in the field of Islamic Education. Islamic education has a major role in determining the fate of the nation. This state of affairs made him think and reflect while looking for a solution. His ideals is through the Islamic religious education, he will be able to give birth to the new man, who is able to perform as an intellect scholar that is a Muslim who has the determination and knowledge as well as strong physically and spiritually. In actualizing his ideal, K.H Ahmad Dahlan (the founder of Muhammadiyah) had combined the two systems of philosophy of education. In order to prevail the systems, he performed two actions at once namely giving religious instruction in the Dutch school which was secular and setting up schools where religious instruction and general lessons are equally taught. K.H Hasyim asy'ari is a figure of scholars that contributes to the development of science in Indonesia. His thinking is emphasized on a concept of education which discusses ethics in the search for knowledge. Demanding science is the work of religion so that all people who seek it should pay attention to ethics. In the search for knowledge and religious activities, both of which must be accompanied gentlemanly behavior of al-akhlaqul karimah.

Abstract

Education is a social engineering designed as a conscious and responsible effort to maintain, guide and direct the growth and development of students' lives so that they have true meaning and purpose in life. The educational process is designed with a specific purpose to achieve the desired changes in each student. Islamic education can be understood as education based on the values of Islamic teachings as stated in the Qur'an and al-Hadith as well as in the thoughts of the scholars and in the historical practice of Muslims. In this paper, the author will present matters relating to the evaluation of Islamic education, from the meaning, objectives and functions, principles, goals, and types.

Abstract

The millennial generation has several characteristics, millennials don't believe in one-way information, prefer cellphones over TV, must have social media, a place for self-actualization and expression, don't like reading conventionally, know more about technology, tend to be disloyal, do a lot of interactive interactions. cashless. Teachers in the millennial era are heavier than the previous era, in addition to understanding aspects of scientific material in teaching, teachers must master technology and become creative and innovative teachers and become role models for millennial generation students. Innovation is a renewal in education both regarding ideas, practices, methods or objects and is qualitatively different from the things that existed before and is deliberately attempted to improve the ability to achieve educational goals and solve educational problems. This study uses a literature study method, collecting primary and secondary sources related to the object of this research the influence of educational innovation on the millennial generation.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are activities outside of school hours as a means of channeling students' talents and skills at school. Extracurricular management carried out by MAN 1 Merangin is planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, extracurricular activities are included in the annual work plan of the education unit. The efforts of the principal of MAN 1 Merangin to improve extracurricular services, namely in the field of facilities and infrastructure, to support extracurricular activities such as: Providing special rooms, required equipment, and costs required in carrying out these activities and having professional teachers in accordance with their fields. In developing students' talents to achieve school achievement, the principal has a strategy in increasing student talent and carrying out the managerial functions of a leader.

Abstract

The 2013 Curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content, and learning materials used as the latest guidelines for the implementation of education in Indonesia which began in 2013. The 2013 curriculum is implemented in all subjects in all schools that apply the curriculum both public and outside schools normal The application of the 2013 curriculum in special schools is proof of the absence of discrimination for children with special needs in obtaining their educational rights.The results of the study implementation of the 2013 curriculum management for children with special needs for mental retardation in State Special School (SLBN) 033 Tembilahan was not all in accordance with the standards in the 2013 curriculum. This can be seen from the organization and implementation process of learning that simplifies learning material in accordance with the character of mentally retarded children.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the extrinsic factors that can have an influence on student learning outcomes. A teacher who has high creativity and is able to manage the class properly and correctly with the aim of creating and maintaining a classroom atmosphere, supporting teaching programs to improve student learning outcomes. This research is motivated because of several phenomena in the field, namely in the implementation of learning PAI in the classroom, it is known that the way the teacher presents material to students is still classified as less varied, this is indicated by the existence of less attractive learning media provided by the teacher so that there are students who plays during the learning process. Teachers have not applied various methods in learning so that learning is less interesting. This study aims 1) to determine the effect of teacher creativity on student learning outcomes in the field of PAI, 2) to determine the effect of classroom management on stu dent learning outcomes in the field of PAI, 3) To determine how much influence teacher creativity and the ability to manage the class on student learning outcomes in the field of PAI.

Abstract

As an effectiveness in the implementation of the internalizng policy of school education, the principal took two policies against teacers and students, namely first : an oral policy. Oral policy is a routine policy to increase discipline of teachers and students to pursue school programs, the nature of which is mostly situatoonal with the interest and needs of schools to internalize the virtues of religious eduction. Second, written policy. The most deaf policies are issued by the head of the school as a stakeholder to run written school programs for internising school education values. Such written policies exist as the teacher ordinance, student ordinance, teacher code of ethcs, the division of duty , teacher’s pick list, other written policies and policies that support the completion of the school’s education value internalization. As for the value of religious education that's internalized, like harsh, praying, stingy & prayer, read the Al-Qur’an and stare. In the process of implementing the policy of internalizing the value of the education of worship are conducted in a way ; 1) The formulation of the policy of internalizig the value of religious education. 2) Implementing og the internalizing policies of the values of religious education. 3) Evaluate the policy of the internalizing values of religious education.
