Abstract

The Learning Model is one of the supporting factors in teaching mathematics. In choosing one of the teaching methods it will affect the type of learning method that is appropriate, although there are still various other aspects that must be considered in choosing a method including: learning objectives, types of tasks and responses that students are expected to master after learning takes place Problem Posing is a learning method that can increase student activity. It is hoped that students can develop critical and creative thinking skills to build positive attitudes and increase quality human resources in facing a future that is more challenging. Learning problem posing models can be interpreted as the formation of questions to make them simpler and understandable. From the results of the study on the discussion of eating, it can be concluded that theapplication of problem posing model learning can improve mathematics learning outcomes for students in class X-TKJ-1 SMK Negeri 1 Tembilahan 2018 with the subject matter of rank numbers, root forms and logarithms. Periclus learning outcomes before experiencing improvement so that students can achieve mastery in learning. Student completeness in learning cycle 1 was 71.6%, cycle II was 79.7% and cycle III was 95.9%.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the elements in the teaching and learning process that must play an active role and place its position as a professional task in accordance with the demands of society. Therefore, to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities, teachers need certain conditions that can be classified into administrative requirements, technical requirements, and personality requirements. Teachers are required to have adequate competency qualifications. Broadly speaking, there are three levels of professional qualifications for teachers as educational professionals, namely capable personalities, teachers as innovators, and teachers as developers. In an effort to improve the teaching abilities of STIT YPI Pangkalan Kerinci , microteaching activities as teaching exercises are carried out by students and it is hoped that a good behavior habit will develop in student teacher candidates. Through microteaching, students also learn to master the professional competences ofteachers which include pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies.

Abstract

Hadith is the biggest main basis for Islam which is used as a basic guide in carrying out life in the world after the Qur'an. The hadith itself is all that is conveyed by the Prophet Muhammad, be it moral or physical. However, not all of the hadiths come from the Prophet, there are also false hadiths but still called hadiths because their form resembles hadith. the hadith was compiled by the narrators of the hadith whether it was believed or not. The collection of this hadith makes the occurrence of authentic hadiths that are believed to be authentic and are not valid which authenticity must be re-examined. Imam al-Bukhari is one of the scholars who gave an idea of ​​the methodology of determining the flaw of a hadith which he wrote in his book entitled At-Tarikh Al-Kabir Volume II

Abstract

The problem that has been forgotten, abandoned and never received more is the problem of value. One thing that becomes more fundamental is how humans become more mature and able to live a more respectful life based on values ​​and conscience so as to bring out the whole human character (insan kamil). An interesting question often arises, can values ​​be taught? Questions like this can arise among educators, academics, or the wider community. So many people then discussed this issue. This shows a great deal of attention to this issue, and the answer to that question is very clear that values ​​can be taught through the educational process. To realize the value of good and quality education, it is necessary to have supporting components, one of which is the professional performance of teachers. Teacher performance is the key to the success of education, because the presence of teachers is very influential on all existing educational resources such as facilities and infrastructure, costs, technology, information, students and parents of students can function properly if the teacher has a good ability to use all existing resources.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is education that must be maintained by Muslims throughout their lives for Muslims to learn from generation to generation. it is so important that this education is learned and developed. Islamic religious education brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, is the teachings of Rahmatanlil'alamin, for Muslims that we must learn. Pendiaka Islam teaches us to live cleanly, we can divide it into two, first clean birth, second clean mind, clean birth, namely clean limbs of clothing and the place where we are. Teachers today are the basic foundation for children's lives to achieve complete educational progress. Abstract

This article is a study on the Implementation of Islamic Education Management in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Islam Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. The purpose and urgency of this research is to find out and describe how Islamic Education Management is implemented in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Islam Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. To achieve that goal, qualitative research is defined as a type of research. As for exploring objects and research data comprehensively, systematically, and validly used descriptive- analysis methods. After being described and analyzed, the results of this study showed that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Islam Umbulharjo Yogyakarta already has and implemented eight important Managerial substances that must be present in an Islamic educational institution. The eight Management are: (1). Curriculum Management, (2). Personnel Management, (3). Classroom Management, (4). Student Management, (5). Facility and Infrastructure Management, (6). Financial Management, (7). Community Participation Management, and (8). Principal Leadership Management. Although the eight substances of management have been fulfilled, but in its implementation there is still a small part that is not as expected. For example, in Curriculum Management and Personnel Management, MI Al-Islam Umbulharjo still uses KTSP curriculum and there are still some teachers who are graduates of Senior High School (SMA).

Abstract

Islamic religious education is closely related to character. education has become a hot discourse in the world of education in Indonesia, but the emergence of the idea of ​​"character education is interrupting our nation, especially when it is hitting the nation. The problems that occur such as violence, corruption, manipulation, lying practices in the world of education ranging from cheating on exams, lack of exemplary among national leaders, and so on, actually concern character issues. Character education in schools must be carried out because there are still many of our generations of students who are sitting in school and need character education so that in the future they become people who are not only intellectually intelligent and skilled in the field of skills but also have character. The world of education is expected to be the driving force for Character Development and Education to be a necessity because education does not only make students smart. Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) To find out the leadership policies in preparing the agenda for developing non-formal education at the al-Baqiyatussa'adiah Islamic boarding school, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, 2) To find out the leadership policies in implementing the development of non-formal education in the al-Islamic boarding school. Baqiyatussa'adiah, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses the type of field (field research) with a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study conclude that: Policies in the development of non-formal education development agendas begin with environmental observations, input from institutional leaders and the kiai's own initiative. The main issues will first be discussed within the scope of the institution, then forwarded in a large meeting or directly to the chairman of the foundation and caregivers. This is what makes the development of non-formal education at the Al-Baqiyatussa'adiah Islamic Boarding School different from other Islamic boarding schools. Meanwhile, the formulation of policy problems was obtained through many sources including input from education administrators, committee administrators, foundation administrators. Policy implementation in the development of non-formal education is through the realization of the vision and mission of the foundation. The development of non-formal education involves the administrators of related institutions according to their respective policy areas, fully facilitates the needs of students for non-academic activities, for infrastructure needs to communicate with the guardians of students and non-permanent donors, fully facilitates extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Management as an ability or expertise which later became the forerunner of management as a profession. Management as a science that emphasizes attention to managerial skills and abilities which are classified into technical, human and conceptual abilities / skills. Management as a process by determining systematic and integrated steps as a management activity. Management as an art is reflected in differences in one's style in using or empowering others to achieve goals. Educational management is a management process in the implementation of educational tasks by using all sources efficiently to achieve goals effectively. Educators in the educational process play a strategic role, especially in an effort to shape the character of the nation through personal development and desired values. As educators, teachers are one of the determining factors for the success of every effort in achieving educational goals. Therefore, the increase in human resources that is expected from efforts to achieve education which is a very important factor is the role of a teacher. Tasks include educating teachers as a profession, teaching and training. The strategy is intended as a teacher's effort to create an environmental system that allows the learning process to occur. The learning process is at the core of the overall educational process with the teacher as the main role holder.
