Journal of Scientech Research and Development (JSRD) is a peer-reviewed journal that focuses on critical studies of social research and development. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem presensi digital menggunakan metode pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem di PT Inovasi Kerja Digital (PT IKD). Perancangan sistem difokuskan pada penyusunan Sequence Diagram dan Communication Diagram untuk merepresentasikan aspek dinamis maupun struktural dari proses presensi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sequence Diagram berhasil memodelkan alur interaksi sistem secara kronologis, mulai dari proses autentikasi pengguna, akuisisi data biometrik melalui Face Recognition, validasi lokasi menggunakan Global Positioning System (GPS), hingga penyimpanan data ke dalam basis data. Sementara itu, Communication Diagram mampu menggambarkan hubungan dan pola komunikasi antarobjek dalam sistem sehingga memudahkan identifikasi potensi hambatan komunikasi serta mendukung efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya sistem. Analisis terhadap kedua model menunjukkan adanya konsistensi dan keterpaduan sehingga menghasilkan blueprint teknis yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam implementasi perangkat lunak. Rancangan sistem yang dihasilkan diharapkan mampu mengurangi ambiguitas desain, mempermudah proses pengembangan aplikasi, serta meminimalkan kesalahan manusia (human error) yang umum terjadi pada sistem presensi manual.

Abstract

Maileppet Beach in the South Siberut District, Mentawai Islands Regency, is experiencing significant erosion due to ocean waves and tides from the Indian Ocean. The erosion has threatened roads, settlements, and public facilities in the coastal area. This study aims to analyze wave characteristics and design the dimensions of a sloping side breakwater structure as a coastal protection measure. The data used includes wind, wave, and tidal data over five years from BMKG Teluk Bayur, Padang. The analysis was conducted using the SPM (1984) method, wave transformation, wave breaking, Run-Up, and stability of protective layers using Hudson's formula. The analysis results show a significant wave height of 0.45 meters with a period of 2.7 seconds, a breaking wave height of 1.29 meters, and a run-up of 1.03 meters. The sloping side breakwater structure is planned using tetrapods with a main protective layer weight of 9 tons and a construction width of 15 meters.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Tobacco Products Excise Revenue-Sharing Fund (DBHCHT) assistance for tobacco farmer groups in Pasigaran Village, Sumedang Regency. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who are members of the farmer groups. The results indicate that overall, the DBHCHT assistance program is categorized as highly effective, achieving a score of 77.1%. The indicators with the highest scores were the alignment of the assistance with farmers’ needs (85.5%) and the quality and availability of inputs (80.0%), both of which fall into the highly effective category. Meanwhile, the implementation process (70.0%) and utilization transparency (73.3%) were categorized as effective, suggesting challenges related to program governance. Thus, it can be concluded that the DBHCHT program has provided tangible benefits for tobacco farmers in Pasigaran Village, although improvements in implementation coordination and transparency are needed to enhance its optimal, equitable, and sustainable impact.

Abstract

Pajak Penghasilan Badan adalah pajak atas penghasilan yang diperoleh atau diterima oleh badan usaha yang berdomisili di Indonesia. Sementara itu, rekonsiliasi atau koreksi fiskal atas tunjangan karyawan (fringe benefits) merupakan proses penyesuaian laba komersial yang berbeda dari ketentuan fiskal untuk menghasilkan laba bersih sesuai dengan ketentuan perpajakan. Tunjangan karyawan berdampak pada pengurangan laba kotor karena biaya yang timbul dari tunjangan tersebut menjadi bagian dari beban karyawan yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui koreksi fiskal atas tunjangan karyawan dan Pajak Penghasilan Badan pada perusahaan LQ 45 tahun 2019 dan 2020, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh koreksi fiskal atas tunjangan karyawan terhadap perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan Badan pada perusahaan LQ 45. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 28 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koreksi fiskal atas tunjangan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan Badan pada perusahaan LQ 45.

Abstract

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed competency requirements and workforce demands, necessitating adaptations in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to enhance graduates' employability and career readiness. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aims to analyze AI's contribution to the development of graduate competencies and employability, while identifying the implications, opportunities, and challenges regarding career readiness within the TVET context. The study examined 12 articles sourced from Scopus and Google Scholar, systematically analyzing them based on research focus, findings, and contributions. The results indicate that AI supports the development of technical, digital, cognitive, and adaptive competencies relevant to industry needs, while also strengthening problem-solving skills, critical thinking, creativity, and work readiness. Conversely, while AI integration creates opportunities for more adaptive and career-oriented learning, it faces challenges related to curriculum readiness, educator competence, digital infrastructure, ethical considerations, and the digital access gap. These findings underscore the need to direct AI integration in TVET toward strengthening competencies relevant to job transformation and enhancing graduates' career readiness.
