JPMI: Jurnal Pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah adalah jurnal pendidikan dasar dan pembelajaran yang dikelola oleh Prodi PGMI Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam Malang. Abstract

This study discusses the role of madrasah principals in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Nasruddin Dampit Malang Regency. MI Nasruddin is a madrasa under the auspices of the Islamic boarding school foundation. In addition, MI Nasruddin is supported by friendly leadership, a comfortable environment, students who excel in both academic and non-academic fields, and are able to compete in the tightness of education in Dampit District. Research focus; how is the quality of education? What is the role of the madrasa principal? what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of education? The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of education, the role of the madrasa principal, the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality at MI Nasruddin Dampit. The research was conducted at MI Nasruddin Dampit, Malang Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Test the validity of the data, namely the credibility test. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is that the madrasah principal has a good role in improving the quality of education at MI Nasruddin, this can be seen from student achievement, comfortable environment, good cooperation with the community and teacher staff.Keywords: The Headmasters Roles, educational quality improvement

Abstract

Improving intensive reading skills by applying the CIRC strategy to Indonesian class V students of SD Negeri Gunungsari. This research was conducted with the aim of improving students' intensive reading skills by applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) strategy. The type in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), the subjects in this study are teachers and students of class V SD Negeri totaling 35 students. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' intensive reading skills in Indonesian subjects. This is evidenced from the learning outcomes in the pre-cycle to cycle II. As for the results in cycle 1 of 35 students, students who succeeded in achieving the KKM (75) were 12 students or (34.29%), in the first cycle as many as 21 students (60%), in the second cycle as many as 30 students (88.57 %). It can be concluded from the results of this study that by implementing the CIRC strategy, it can increase the intensive reading skills of the fifth grade students of the Indonesian language subject at SD Negeri Gunungsari.

Abstract

Character is the nature, character, character, behavior of someone who can distinguish from others. If an educated person does not have good character, that person is the same as an uneducated person. Therefore, to instill character values in children is expected from an early age. In forming the character of students the role of the professional teacher is needed, where the teacher is not as an educator but also as a guide in order to guide students to have good character. So in this study will summarize the role of the teacher in shaping the character of students This research was conducted at MI Bustanul Ulum Kota Batu especially in class III. The purpose of this study is to describe the character of class III students, the role of the teacher in shaping character, supporting factors and inhibiting the role of the teacher in shaping. This type of research uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are diverse student characters but are still interpreted positively, and the teacher's role as educator, instructor and trainer.

Abstract

The development of scrapbook media with theme 1 sub-theme 3 animal growth at Baitut Taqwa Islamic Elementary School was made because this media is easy to operate by children and as a support during the learning process. This research is a research and development (Research and Development). The AADIE model (analyze, desaign, development, evaluation) is used in this study. The evaluation evaluation in this study involved 1 media expert with a total percentage of 62% so that the media was less feasible and less effective when used. The total percentage of 1 material expert gets 91%. The total percentage of 1 expert user (teacher) gets 97%. The total percentage of the result of individual trials involving 3 students got a total score of 97%. And lastly, the total average value of 11 students during the pre-test was 42 and at the time of the po-test the average value of students was 89 from the data, the scrapbook media was valid according to some experts, but scrapbook media still had many drawbacks. Finally, it needs to be revised again in order to perfect the scrapbook media product.. Keywords :Learning media, development, scrapbook

Abstract

Learning arabic in schools is often indicated by the problem of students’ low memory of mufrodat, this can be due to less interesting learning and less intersest in students. Therefore, the teacher’s role is very important in choosing and implementing appropriate learning media and also effective for students. This class of action research aims to describe and analyze the application of Flash Card media to improve mufrodat/ vocabulary memory in learning Arabic Asmaul Hayawanat material and the subject of this research are teachers and third grade students at MI Roudlotul Jannah Boro Jabung. Data taken is by observing the results of observations in each cycle, documentation, test to measure the increase in memory of other students then the data is processed quantitatively and described qualitatively. The result showed that the application of Flash Card media in learning Arabic Language material Asmaul Hayawanat was able to improve memory mufrodat.Keywords: Learning arabic, Flash Card media, memory of mufrodat,

Abstract

This study aims to describe the google form as an evaluation tool for the fourth grade moral aqidah learning at SD Islam Bani Hasyim Singosari. The type of research conducted using descriptive qualitative research and technical collection using observation, interviews and documentation. The learning process carried out at SD Islam Bani Hasyim uses google form as an evaluation tool. The Bani Hasyim school uses this application because it is ease to use and can be accessed by anyone, both from school, offices and others. To use this application, you must have a g-mail first if you want to enter the google form account. The results obtained by the researchers regarding the use of google form as an evaluation tool at SD Islam Bani Hasyim are that many children are easier to understand and more enthusiastic in implementing learning evaluations. The advantages of this application when learning morals are that there are many variants of images and can send any video. The drawback of this application is that it cannot be used in both directions.

Abstract

Learning media serves as an effort to improve the quality of education. In addition, the use of creative, innovative and interesting learning media will also enable students to learn better and will have a good impact on student learning outcomes so that learning objectives can be met. This research was conducted in MI. Tarbiyatus Shibyan Petung Panceng Gresik which is intended to answer questions 1). How to plan the use of visual media in class III thematic learning at MI. Tarbiyatus Shibyan petung. 2). How is the implementation or application of the use of visual media in class III thematic learning at MI. Tarbiyatus Shibyan petung. 3). How are the results of using visual media in class III thematic learning at MI. Tarbiyatus Shibyan petung. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research conducted indicate that the use of visual learning media greatly influences student learning outcomes because students can more easily understand the material presented by the teacher through learning media.

Abstract

In the learning process  in the classroom  students often come in and out of class, chat  with their peers,  are passive  when learning, even in terms of answering,  questions, they have  low abilities  and  there are students  wholl diffcult to  write,  read  and  do assignments given by the  teacher. This research  is a  learning  approach that connects various subjects that reflect the real world around them and within the ran  e of abilities, student development and increase student  interest in learning.  The objectives mentioned above are carried out with this type of qualitative  research,  in this study the authors  use two data sources,  namely data sources, primary  and secondary data. Interviews aimed directly at homeroom  teachers of class II, principals and teachers at  SD Muhammadiyah Indonesiana  Tidore  using  interview  guidelines   with  the  aim  of obtaining data  about teacher efforts, constraints, solutions  in increasing student  interest in grade Il on theme 2 playing in my environment  through origami media. Increase student interest in learning through  an interesting medium,  namely origami media  that can attract  visual eyes and fine motor skills and can increase students  'interest and right brain  intelligence,  aims to broaden students' insight and be creative in their own creations with guidance by teachers in learning interest can make students able follow the  learning process  well.

Abstract

This study discusses the roIe of the teacher in fostering the moraIs of the 4th graders of SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari which is carried out through good habits, starting with the teacher providing good exampIes or exampIes to the students which aims to 1) Describe the roIe of the teacher in fostering the moraIs of the 4th graders of SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari. 2) Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by the 4th graders of SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari. This research uses quaIitative research with descriptive research type, using data coIIecting methods, nameIy observation, interviews and documentation. The resuIts of the study show 1) The roIe of the teacher in fostering student moraIs, especiaIIy grade 4 SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari incIuding providing moraI guidance, instiIIing moraIs through habituation, as a modeI and roIe modeI, and as a motivator. 2) There are supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering the moraIs of 4th graders at SDI AI-Ma’arif 01 Singosari.
