Abstract

The use of online learning methods is the basis for educational policies by learning from home using and utilizing the internet occurs simultaneously and suddenly, which makes educators, students and parents panic, and everyone at home. This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study research. The research was conducted at MI Tarbiyatut Tholibin. The data analysis technique uses pattern matching techniques and making explanations and triangulation. The results students' responses to online learning were less enjoyable because the material presented was unclear, limited quotas, poor networks, application errors and lack of guidance by teachers. The implementation using the WhatsApp group chat application in the learning process according to the interests of the students. The advantages students feel more relaxed and happy, students feel they have more time at home with their families, more time to rest and relax and students feel more relaxed and less tense. The disadvantage The quota runs out quickly. Students find it more difficult to understand the material presented by the teacher. Students feel sad because the pocket money get is reduced and students feel that social activities with their friends are hampered.Keywords: Online learning method, covid-19 pandemic and Indonesian language

Abstract

Abstract            This research is based on the role of the madrasa committee in improving madrasa quality in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama Polowijen Malang, in carrying out its role as a provider of considerations, supporters, controllers, and liaison because it has not fully understood the committee's role itself. The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze and concludethe work program of the madrasa committee, the role of the madrasa committee, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of the madrasa committee in improving madrasa quality in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama Polowijen Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research...Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Entering data analysis techniques using data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the role of the madrasa committee in giving consideration to the supporters, controllers and liaison applied in the madrasa committee work program as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the madrasa committee's role. Supporting factors and obstacles to the role of the committee exist internal factors, namely the committee itself and an understanding of the roles and functions of the committee. Abstract

In the learning process carried out by educators, it can also be seen from the teaching they apply to students. Many educators use methods that make them more understandable about their teaching, and also still use the old method because they are still using the old teaching. Based on the description presented, the researcher wants to conduct a research entitled "Implementation of Mind Mapping in Grade IV Thematic learning at SD Negeri 1 Gunungrejo in 2021/2022. And the researchers hope that the Mind Mapping Method can improve student learning outcomes in grade IV at SD Negeri 1 Gunungrejo. To find out the planning of the Mind Mapping Method on Thematic Learning in Class VI. To be able to find out the Implementation of the Mind Mapping Method in thematic learning in Class VI SD. To be able to know the results of the Mind Mapping Method on Thematic Learning in Class VI. In conducting this research, the researcher uses the type of case study research, which is used to obtain data by conducting field studies. Abstract

AbstractMadrasah leadership is defined as leadership in accordance with the situation to influence subordinates by strengthening confidence, encouragement, cooperation and support to achieve the goals of educational institutions. In this study researchers used the 3 instrument method, namely: interview, observation and documentation. This study aims to describe: the leadership of the madrasah principals in improving the quality of education at MI Attaraqqie Malang, describing the role of the principal in improving the quality of education in Attaraqqie MI Malang and describing the inhibiting factors in improving the quality of education at Attaraqqie MI Malang. While the results of the study show that the role of the headmaster in improving the quality of education as: managers at Malang Attaraqqie MI by empowering education staff through MGWP, workshops, seminars and others, leaders at MI Attaraqqie Malang by establishing good communication with the madrasah community and supervisor at Attaraqqie Malang MI with supervision on the implementation of the learning process. Keywords: The Character Of Headmaster, Quality Of Education.

Abstract

Education is an aspect that has a very basic role in shaping the personality of a bright young generation in the future. It is through education that all human beings can learn. Organizing a learning environment in the classroom that attracts interest and supports students in learning is closely related to the state of the physical classroom environment, room arrangements, student management and utilization of learning resources, classroom displays, and so on. Classrooms must be clean, seating arranged in such a way that children can carry out learning activities freely. The purpose of this study is to explain the teacher-student interaction model in creativity an effective learning atmosphere. Abstract

Shaping the character of nationalism is the way of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teacher, and has supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping the character of nationalism. This research was conducted at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Bakalan Bululawang Malang. The approach in this study is qualitative with descriptive research type, in collecting data researchers use observation, interviews, and documentation, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the teacher’s strategy research in shaping the character of nationalism in students are by a) instilling a sense of patriotism from an early age through learning PKN and IPS, b) instilling an attitude of nasionalism during flag ceremony activities, c) forming an attitude of nationalism through scout extracurricular activities, d) establish good character in students. Teachers in forming the character of nationalism there are several factors including supporting factors a) teachers, b) parents and teachers provide moral education, furthermore the inhibiting factors in shaping the character of nationalism include: a) lack of attention from parents, b) courtesy towards older.

Abstract

Cooperative Learning Strategy Type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) is a learning strategy that includes reading and writing activities, so it is suitable for use in language learning. This research is a quantitative research using experimental method with Posttest Only Control Design research design. posttest results show that the level of students' reading ability has increased by 10%, the level of students' writing skills has increased by 10%, and the value of students' knowledge has increased by 9%. And the results of the t test analysis obtained the results of t table < t count (1.99495 < 4.784). These results indicate that there is an effect of implementing the CIRC learning strategy on the reading and writing skills of grade 1 students.

Abstract

Becoming a professional teacher requires the support of the principal. The principal of the madrasa has a strategy to improve teacher professionalism. This study discusses the strategy of madrasah principals in improving teacher professionalism at MI Bahrul Ulum Bumiaji. This research was conducted at MI Bahrul Ulum Bumiaji. This research is motivated by the importance of professionalism for teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of madrasah principals in improving teacher professionalism at MI Bahrul Ulum Bumiaji Batu City. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The professionalism of teachers at MI Bahrul Ulum Bumiaji is being able to master pedagogic competence and professional competence. The teacher is able to manage the class and understand the character of the students. The role of the principal in improving teacher professionalism is as an administrator, supervisor, leader, and motivator. In improving the professionalism of teachers at MI Bahrul Ulum Bumiaji, of course, there are supporting and inhibiting factors that can affect the increase in teacher professionalism.

Abstract

AbstrakTeacher's profession is a job that has special expertise, where many people don't have. Whereas to be a professional teacher can be achieved with indicators including being able to prepare all the needs of planning, implementation, evaluation and assessment that are in accordance with the objectives of the institution. In schools that have professional teachers with high indicator values, then in the category of experts educate students, especially holding different student characters. Discussing the character of students is very closely related to cognitive value in number two, right. So it is very important, the morals of students who must be fostered if there are less good and make it better than before. This research was conducted at MI Sunan Kalijogo, Karangbesuki, Sukun, Malang City. The researcher used quantitative research with the type of associative research using a survey approach. Intends to find the relationship of teacher professionalism (Variable X) to the character of students (Y). With the results according to the data that rxy = 0.96 which indicates a very strong relationship between teacher professionalism towards the character of students.Keyword: professionalism teachers, student characters

Abstract

This study aims to identify the teacher's efforts in motivating students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah Pucangtelu Lamongan. Student learning problems are still very small, because many students are less interested in learning. This has an impact on increasing students' learning, starting from an environment that involves a lack of parental attention in student learning. Find out the location at MI Islamiyah Pucangtelu School Lamongan Jl. Located in. Santoso Pillar. This study uses qualitative methods to build documents based on the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. This is analyzed through document reduction, document presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students' learning motivation is still lacking, so the teacher tries to motivate students to learn by providing strategies, methods, rewards and punishments. Facility B which supports the next learning process while the supporters are learning motivation factors. High interest in praise, gifts, rewards, and learning. Barriers to students' background due to family problems, poor moral conditions, inadequate relationships, and low interest in learning.Keyword: teacher, motivation
