Abstract

Currently Micro, Small and Medium enterprises really need to have business legality. Business legality is a form of business identity that has protection from the government. However, the problem that still exists today is the lack of understanding of MSME actors about the legality of business and the large amount of social stigma about the difficulty of managing business legality because it requires a lot of documents and needs money a lot, so that some of these MSME actors are reluctant to take care of business legality. Therefore, the researchers provided assistance to one of the MSMEs in the Medokan Ayu Village, namely Asmantoga Bunga Telang Bu Mimik for managing business legality through the Online Single Submission (OSS) website. The purpose of this assistance and management is to provide education and awareness to MSME actors regarding the importance of NIB as a guarantor of business legality that is recognized by the government. The method used by researchers is preparation for registration and issuance with the expected results of this activity aimed at the business owner's knowledge of NIB as business legality. The main objective of this activity is the issuance of NIB certificates to MSME actors Asmantoga Bunga Telang Bu Mimik.

Abstract

Kalisani Coffee Shop is a cafe business located in the Andalas University (UNAND) campus environment. In this context, this study aims to conduct a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) of the Kalisani Coffee Shop UNAND and formulate a business strategy in accordance with the SWOT findings. The method used in this research is a case study by collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. SWOT analysis was conducted to identify internal and external factors that affect the business performance of Kalisani Coffee Shop UNAND. The results of the SWOT analysis show that some of the strengths of the Kalisani Coffee Shop UNAND are a strategic location on campus, good quality coffee products, and support from the student community. However, there are some weaknesses (weaknesses) such as lack of menu variety and lack of effective promotion. In terms of opportunities, Kalisani Coffee Shop UNAND can take advantage of the increasing public interest in coffee and the increasing number of students at UNAND. Meanwhile, several threats faced by Kalisani Coffee Shop UNAND are intense competition from similar cafes and fluctuations in raw material prices. Based on the findings of the SWOT analysis, several business strategies are recommended for Kalisani Coffee Shop UNAND. These strategies include increasing menu variety by adding snacks and non-coffee drinks, increasing promotions through social media and collaboration with the student community, as well as improving the quality of customer service. In addition, Kalisani Coffee Shop UNAND can also establish partnerships with local suppliers to obtain quality raw materials at more stable prices. The method that can be used to implement this business strategy is the stakeholder mapping method to identify groups that are has an interest in Kalisani Coffee Shop UNAND, and a cost-benefit analysis method to evaluate the potential benefits and costs associated with implementing these business strategies.

Abstract

Students are an active age group, curious and trying many new things, most of the time students spend on school activities, so students have a high risk of experiencing injury in the school environment.Some pesantren are not only schools, but also provide dormitories so that the pesantren students live and can spend 24 hours doing activities in the pesantren area. Islamic boarding schools have characteristics in spiritual empowerment and also in empowering life skills (life skills). Therefore, it is important to empower Islamic boarding school students in increasing knowledge about wound first aid. The purpose of this dedication is:improve the knowledge and skills of Islamic boarding school students in providing first aid and wound care.The methods used in this service are lectures and demonstrations using slideshow media and brochures. Partners in this service are students of the Ittiba As Sunnah Islamic Boarding School, Holtekamp Village, Jayapura City. The result of this service is that participants understand the material presented so thatthe level of students' knowledge about first aid and wound care increased to 97% of students who had a good level of knowledge, 3% of students had sufficient knowledge, and no students had less knowledge.

Abstract

Diabetes is a carbohydrate metabolic disorder in the body caused by reduced insulin hormone from pancreatic beta cells as a result of the body's inability to respond to insulin. High glucose levels in the blood while lacking in cells can cause cells to become damaged, organ function is disrupted, resulting in injuries, kidney and retinal damage and neuropathy. Purpose: to improve the quality of life of diabetics by preventing diabetes complications Methods: Giving pre and post activity questionnaires, Providing material about diabetes and namely Demonstration of Diabetes Exercise and doing diabetes exercises once a week for 1 month at the Tiara Medistra Clinic. Results: For knowledge before giving the material the average score was 48.13 while after giving the material the average score was 68.75. For physical and psychological complaints: before the diabetes exercise the average score was 65.75 after the diabetes exercise the average score was 33.25. Conclusion: There was an increase in the quality of life of the participants after being given materials and demonstrations of diabetes exercise at the Tiara Medistra Clinic.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to develop an effective problem solving learning model.. The types of subjects in this study were students of SD 060877 Medan. The instruments used consisted of learning achievement test validation sheets, learning achievement tests and student response questionnaires. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) material validation, stated that the method developed was suitable for use in the field with revisions and valid, (2) based on field trials, it could be declared effective. This is based on: (i) the percentage of classical completeness increased, namely 89.66% of the 29 students who took the test; (ii) achievement of learning objectives (TPK) achieved; (iii) positive student responses; and the percentage of effective study time. The level of increase in student learning outcomes based on the gain score is moderate.

Abstract

Craft business is a business that is carried out by selling various handicraft products that have functions and economic value. Many Indonesian people have been involved in the craft industry, one of which is the bedeg craft industry, in Bali. However, during the implementation process, bedeg entrepreneurs experienced many obstacles such as a lack of ability to prepare financial report books, lack of marketing outreach, and a bedeg design that seemed to be monotonous. The purpose of implementing this trial is to help partners, namely Bedeg Sudiana Craftsmen, to overcome the problems they face. The process of implementing the program is carried out by carrying out 3 service activity programs including providing assistance and assisting in making bookkeeping and financial reports, making social media and providing assistance and assisting in product design development. The results of the implementation of this activity show that the partners are very enthusiastic in participating in the training and that there is an increase in the ability of partners to manage finances. In addition, with the training activities, the reach of partner businesses has become wider, resulting in an increase in the number of product orders. Partners hope that this service activity can be carried out in a sustainable manner because it can have a positive influence on business progress.

Abstract

training for creating creative content and social media with the object of service aimed at MSME business actors who are members of the Sidayu sub-district MSME association located in Mriyunan Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency. This community service is a form of campus participation, especially the Muhammadiyah Gresik Industrial Engineering department, in increasing the capabilities of local resources, namely MSME businesses. The purpose of Community Service itself is to increase insight and knowledge for MSME actors so that the products produced can be well documented and can be recognized by many people through interesting content and social media. So that it is hoped that in the future it can make a positive contribution through increasing selling prices and product competitiveness.

Abstract

Provision of knowledge and skills for MSME business actors needs to be carried out periodically to add insight into how the times, competitive conditions and changes in consumer behavior. The lack of marketing utilization through online media makes MSME actors do not have good competitiveness. Community service activities with Sidayu's MSME product marketing strategy through online media explain the importance of online marketing. In this activity explained some online media that can be used in marketing such as facebook, Instagram, go food (go biz). From the results of this activity, it is hoped that MSMEs can apply one of these online media as a means to increase marketing in order to increase sales and revenue.

Abstract

Leadership Basic Training is an activity that is commonly carried out in the school environment in an effort to train students to become leaders in the future. The Basic Leadership Training aims to cultivate and maximize the leadership potential that exists in students. Based on field observations, the Basic Leadership Training has never been carried out at SMK Cahaya Negeri Sidikalang. This Community Service Activity is carried out in the form of Transformative Leadership Training activities in Growing Confidence in Students of SMK Cahaya Negeri Sidikalang. The results of the service showed an increase in the score from the pre-test with an average pre-test score of 4.23, an increase with an average post-test score of 7.83. The increase in students' abilities after the pre-test and post-test was carried out with an average of 3.6 points. This indicates that transformational leadership training has benefits and positive impacts.

Abstract

This training aims to help MSME actors to take advantage of social media and marketplaces to be used as a digital-based marketing strategy that is easy to use. The location of the service is in Kampung Peng_angguran, Yosodadi Village, RT 27, 28, 29, and RW 11, East Metro District, Metro Lampung City. The service method used is training in creating interesting content on social media, namely on Facebook and Instagram and creating an account on the marketplace. The results obtained in this training are increasing understanding in using and utilizing social media and marketplaces for commercial activities, namely product marketing easily and quickly
