Abstract

PT Kitita Alami Propertindo, Bekasi, faces challenges in managing efficient and accurate cashier transactions, which have an impact on customer satisfaction and daily operations. This activity aims to improve cashier performance through structured training and the use of appropriate technology. The program will be implemented during December 2021. The methods used include theoretical and practical training regarding the use of POS (Point of Sale) systems, time management and customer service. In addition, cashiers are given direct guidance in the field to apply the knowledge gained. Results show significant improvements in transaction efficiency and accuracy, with average transaction times reduced by 20% and error rates reduced by 15%. Customer satisfaction has also increased, as can be seen from surveys showing an increase in satisfaction scores from 75% to 85%. Activity Implications: Improving cashier performance not only improves daily operations but also increases customer trust and satisfaction. Implementation of more efficient POS technology and ongoing training are recommended to ensure continued performance improvements.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a vital role in the national economy, yet they face significant challenges in sustaining their businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective tax planning can assist MSMEs in managing their tax obligations and taking advantage of government-provided incentives. However, tax planning must also consider other aspects such as accounting, legal frameworks, business models,and tax implications. In light of these considerations, this community service activity aims to explore tax planning strategies that can help MSMEs fulfill their tax obligations amid business challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This activity also serves as a platform for universities to actively support the government in disseminating tax regulations to the public, especially MSME operators. The event was conducted as an online seminar (webinar) with participants from MSME operators, students, academic scholars, and the general public from various regions in Indonesia.

Within the confront of fast worldwide nourishment patterns and modernization, concerns are rising almost the potential misfortune of nearby culinary conventions that exemplify a nation's imaginativeness, culture, history, and character. To address this, STIEPARI Semarang propelled a community benefit extend in Nongkosawit, Gunungpati, pointed at protecting and advancing its one of a kind culinary legacy. The venture included recording conventional formulas and their social centrality, guaranteeing that this information is passed down and shared. The group collaborated with neighborhood cooks to coordinated present day culinary methods whereas keeping up genuineness. Workshops were held to educate the community how to showcase their conventional dishes, emphasizing storytelling as a way to associate with visitors. Abstract

This community service aims to develop and increase teachers' awareness of the importance of using learning media in the classroom learning process. This activity was carried out on Thursday, 29 September 2022 at MIS YPII Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency. The benefit of implementing this activity is to increase educators' knowledge about various variations of learning media, one of which is picture envelope learning media as well as improving students' cognitive abilities and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance elementary school teachers' competencies in developing and implementing teaching modules based on the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The participatory approach included focus group discussions, training and workshops, on-site mentoring, and joint evaluation and reflection. The results indicate significant improvements in teachers' ability to implement teaching modules, use educational technology, and actively participate in discussion forums and working groups. The expected social transformation, including behavioral changes and the emergence of local leaders, was achieved through this approach. These results support constructivism and project-based learning theories, demonstrating that a collaborative and sustainable approach is effective in teachers' professional development.

Abstract

The limited level of public education and the low level of education and skills in the field of Islam are quite complex problems in the development process. The pursuit of knowledge is very important because knowledge is a means that everyone uses to achieve prosperity in this world and the hereafter. This lack of understanding of the teachings of the Islamic religion is very embarrassing because Islamic religious education is very important. On this occasion, we, students of KKN UIN FAS group 18, will provide an understanding of Islamic religious education to the children of State Elementary School 36, Central Bengkulu. The method of implementing community service that we carry out is a qualitative descriptive method. From the activities that have been carried out it can be confirmed that studying Islam in elementary schools has a lot of importance for children's development. The following are several reasons why Islamic religious education is important at the elementary school level, Character Formation, Understanding of Ethics and Morals, Introduction to Spiritual Values, Knowledge of Worship, Prevention from Negative Influences, Strengthening Islamic Identity, and Preparing a Generation with Noble Characters. Based on the implementation of activities and learning during the activities, it is known that socialization related to increasing enthusiasm for learning Islamic religious education at SDN 36 Central Bengkulu City has influenced students and teachers. The real impact is expanding understanding of Islamic religious knowledge through improving learning methods and utilizing the latest technological advances. Apart from that, as activity participants, students can gain insight into the importance of studying Islam so that they are more easily motivated.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Nurul Iman Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) in Sari Mulyo Village in forming a civilized, moral and characterful generation. Islamic education at the elementary level, especially through non-formal institutions such as TPQ, has a crucial role in forming children's character, especially in rural areas which face limited access to formal education. TPQ Nurul Iman focuses on teaching reading and understanding the Koran as well as applying Islamic values in everyday life. This research uses a qualitative comparative approach with data collection methods in the form of direct observation and interviews with teachers and children at TPQ. The research results show that TPQ Nurul Iman not only functions as a center for religious learning but also as a center for character development. Even though it is faced with challenges such as limited facilities and teaching staff and low interest from children, TPQ still makes a significant contribution to the formation of character and morals of children in the village. This research aims to explore the contribution of TPQ in religious education and character development and provide insight for future research and implementation of non-formal education.

Abstract

Utilization of natural resources available in the school environment is very weak. Meanwhile, the key to implementing interesting learning is a teacher and students who are able to have good creativity. These emerging problems prompted the KKM Universitas Bina Bangsa team to carry out Community Service by carrying out ecoprint-based project learning activities. The community service method is used by paying attention to the first flow, namely providing understanding, preparing a plan for ecobricks project learning activities and small-scale ecobricks trials first with the teacher. The next stage is the implementation of ecobrick project activities by starting with an apperception about ecobricks, then a demonstration of the ecobrick project, and finally the teacher invites students to be able to explore with the media available in the school environment and the tools provided by the teacher. The results found were that all students were able to show their creativity in ecoprint activities.

Abstract

Al-Quran education park is one of the informal institutions in the field of religious education that is currently developing in the midst of society. With the development of each TPQ both in quality, quantity and even a good administrative system does not guarantee TPQ to be one of the routine places for children in the process of reading and writing the Koran. One example is TPQ Nurul Iman which is located in Jayakarta Village, Talang Empat District, Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. This TPQ is in an environment with the quantity of parents and children both leading to continue to study and understand the Koran, it's just that the TPQ rarely operates due to several factors. The purpose of this research is to revitalize TPQ Nurul Iman so that it can be used and operate properly like the function of TPQ in general. The method used in this research is the Qualitative method by conducting observations and interviews to explore in-depth information about existing problems. In this activity, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: First, with the revitalization program carried out by KKN students, it is expected to be able to maintain the quantity and quality of the TPQ. Second, it is hoped that with the hearings conducted by students with the TPQ and village officials, they will be able to pay more attention to TPQ and provide additional teaching staff so that there will be no worries for parents in entrusting their children to TPQ Nurul Iman. Third, with the revitalization that occurs, it is hoped that later the TPQ can operate according to its function and not experience a vacuum again.
