Abstract

The study aims to analyze the priority of developing tourist villages during the new normal period in Petang District, Badung Regency Bali. The theory and concepts used to answer the problems in this research are the concept of tourism product components, the concept of a tourism village, the concept of new normal tourism. The research method used is qualitative research using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through the process of observation, interviews and focus group discussions. The results of this study indicate that the priority of developing a tourism village in Petang District in the new normal era is an ancillary aspect as the main development priority. Then, the order of priority aspects of development that can be done next is attraction, accessibility, amenity, available packages and activity. Related to ancillary as the main priority aspect, there are institutional sub-criteria as things that can be prioritized first compared to the development of additional services. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the form of institutional development that will be implemented is by holding a collaboration between the Petang District Government and the tourism institutional where the assistance collaboration is carried out in stages starting with the establishment of a tourism management system.

Abstract

Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia that carry out festival activities in various regions. One of the regular festivals held annually since 2015 is the Ubud Food Festival which is held in Banjar Penestanan Kaja, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency, Bali, Indonesia. Ubud Food Festival is a culinary festival featuring various Indonesian specialties. This research focuses on the social and economic impacts caused by the organizers of the Ubud Food Festival in Banjar Penestanan Kaja Ubud, Gianyar Bali, and expected to be useful for the organizers and the local community of Banjar Penestanan Kaja to find out all kinds of economic and social changes resulting from the implementation of the Ubud Food Festival which has been held for the past five years. The sampling technique in this research is purposive random sampling. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of an activity or event, especially the implementation of the Ubud Food Festival in Banjar Penestanan Kaja, has impacted the social and economic aspects for the community. Positive impacts from social aspects are: Ubud Food Festival is a place to socialize and exchange experiences between the people of Banjar Penestanan Kaja. raises awareness of the local community, fosters the creativity of the people of Banjar Penestanan Kaja, and makes people feel more special and satisfied. The positive impact from the economic aspect are: Ubud Food Festivals are directly or indirectly a promotional medium for Banjar Penestanan Kaja as a venue for events and also as a tourist destination, increasing income, especially in the tourism sector, increasing the employment opportunities during the Ubud Food Festival. While, the negative impact of the social aspect is the influx of culture brought by tourists visiting Banjar Penestanan Kaja causes the loss of identity and cultural authenticity in Banjar Penestanan Kaja, and the negative impact from the economic aspect is people tend to rely on the tourism sector as a livelihood.

Abstract

Academic distress is indicated to be the cause of students doing academic procrastination in the preparation of their thesis or final projects. This study uses correlational quantitative methods to determine whether there is an effect of academic distress on academic procrastination. This study involved two groups of samples, cinsists of students of the Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University (N1=164) and the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic (N2=53) who were preparing a thesis or final project selected using accidental sampling technique. Data obtained through a questionnaire by adopting a Likert scale. The results showed that the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted, that is, there is a positive and significant influence between academic distress on academic procrastination in students who are writing thesis of fonal project.

Abstract

Tourism development in the West Bandung area is currently a serious concern for the local government, one of which is by developing tourist villages. Mukapayung Village, located in Cililin District, is one of the villages designated by the local government as a tourist village. This village has natural beauty with a stretch of rocks that are in harmony with the flow of the river and towering cliffs. This study tries to explore more deeply the potential that Mukapayung village has to be developed into a sportss tourism-based tourism village in West Bandung Regency. The analysis of tourism potential is carried out using a pentahelix approach in order to obtain a picture of the potential of destinations that specifically examines from the aspects of society, government, the role of the media, business actors, and academics so as to support sustainable tourism. This study uses an exploratory qualitative approach. The results of the study obtained an overview that Mukapayung has the potential to be developed as a sports tourism destination by organizing attractions such as: tracking, cycling, climbing, and other sports attractions. A number of tourism components that still need to be developed or improved to support the acceleration of Mukapayung include destination facilities, accommodation, and amenities. As for the management and development of destinations, Mukapayung is currently managed independently by the community through village organizations (Bumdes), without involving various elements such as the tourism office, business actors, academics, and the role of mass media as well as the community and lovers of sportss tourism.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hampered various kinds of activities, especially in the world of tourism. Based on data on international tourist visits to Indonesia in August, it experienced a significant decrease of 89.22%. The Deputy for Destination and Infrastructure Development of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) predicts that international tourist visits to Indonesia only occupy the number 4 million people, which before the pandemic occupied the figure of 18 million visitors. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of local tourists towards the development of international tourists during the pandemic, the method used is to conduct interviews with local tourists randomly in the Barru district. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative to explain the research results obtained. The result of this study is that the decline in tourism visitors has a significant impact on people's income, especially in Barru district, but this, it can reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus that is sweeping the world.

Abstract

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is increasingly spreading and spreading rapidly and is becoming the biggest global polemic for now. It also affects limited SME activity and fewer direct-to-consumer purchases than usual. The development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency in the Recovery of the Covid-19 Pandemic, in addition to requiring strategies that can affect the Development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency, is a marketing strategy. Based on the background description above, the researcher is interested in conducting research and compiling a thesis, with the title "Analysis of MSME Development in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency After Covid-19, the problem was formulated in this study, namely Whether Marketing Strategies Affect the Development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency in recovering from the Covid-19 Pandemic. Benefits This research is theoretically and beneficially. The population in the number of 63 MSMEs. The sampling method is Purposive sampling samples taken by 63 people for the development of MSMEs at the Topejawa Beach Tourism location, Takalar Regency. something that the questionnaire would measure. Data analysis techniques debgab Conduct validity tests and significance tests of a variable are said to be reliable if they have a Cronbach Alpha > 0.60. In this study, using multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) Application Program for windows. This can be seen based on the regression results that have been obtained by researchers, namely T count 13,383 > T table 2,684 with a significance level of 0.002 which means it is smaller than 0.05. Marketing strategy with a Sig rate value of 0.002 < 0.05

Abstract

Tourism development is sought to be developed in the context of economic improvement, sustainable development and technological development. Geographically, each region has different characteristics with their own uniqueness and advantages. Natural resources that are owned with all its contents, land in all its forms and the sea with all its contents. This potential can be utilized optimally through tourism. Natural resources owned with all their contents and existing potential will be utilized for development purposes. That potential can be an asset through the tourism sector. One of the attractions that attracts the attention of both domestic and foreign tourists is the hot springs in Tombasian Bawah Village. Tombasian Bawah Village is one of the villages in Kawangkoan Barat District, Minahasa Regency, where in general the people work as farmers and craftsmen on stilt houses. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed by descriptive analysis using the SWOT analysis method and breaking it down internally and externally. The stages of the research were field observations by collecting data at the physical location, conducting interviews with the government of tourist attraction locations with village programs and district governments related to the development of tourism objects, specifically hot water in the village of Tombasian Bawah and visitors to obtain data. The results of the study show that the Hot Spring Tourism Object Development Strategy is adequate which can be applied by developing tourism on holidays and other holidays. And the model is community based. The development of this hot spring tourism object can be done by diversifying tourism objects and modifying the system so that tourists can travel easily and pleasantly. The results of this research are the proceding/Sentrinov output targets and reports.

Abstract

This research is a form ofstrategy to preserve Kondobulengtheater through the process of transforming print-based scenarios into audio-visual-based digital scenario. The urgency of this research is due to the lack of regeneration of actors in the Kondobuleng theater which has become oneof the causes of the dimness of the Kondobuleng theater group which then has an impact on the Nusantara art tourism sector. In addition, the actors are known to be in a phase that is quite difficult to transfer knowledge of Kondobuleng performances, especially on scenario. Therefore, this research provides a solution by creating a supporting media to facilitate the process of transmitting knowledge related to Kondobuleng theater performances. The method used is the documentation through cinematography technique. These efforts produce new media so as to produce academic novelty in the form of product in the form of audio-visual-based digital scenariosin Kondobuleng theater, especially in the world ofperforming arts. This new media can be used as a medium for learning and actor training in understanding plot, dialog, texture, mimicry, and artistic sets in a performance. To measure the effectiveness of the output product, a survey was conducted from the product trial using the action research (AR) method and structured interviews to several theater actors to avoid subjectivity in the assessment of theproduct findings. On the other hand, this research is usefulas a solution to the threat of regeneration crisis in the Kondobuleng theatre as well as creating artistic spaces thathave the potential to impact on the tourism industry sector of the performing arts world.

Abstract

This study intends to improve the comprehension and knowledge of local tourists and Japanese foreign tourists in order to promote South Sulawesi's tourism attractions by making the best use of digital dictionaries. this study tries to describe the design concept of an Android-based Katakana and Lontara tourist attraction digital dictionary application. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology to describe the style of katakana and lontara letter transliteration of tourism destination names. This study revealed that there are several steps taken in transliterating the names of tourist objects. This study suggested that this application can serve as a guide for foreign tourists not only online, but also offline in order to reduce quota/network usage.

Abstract

The functioning of the parts in the organization depends on the human ability in the organization, especially in communication, motivation, and job satisfaction for the direction of achieving employee performance goals. This study aims to test and prove empirically whether communication, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This research is quantitative, popular, ion and sam in research areas e all employees of Hotel Harper Perintis By Aston, Makassar with the current population reachesreachingple. The sampling technique in this case uses a saturated sampling technique. This study was analyzed with SPSS 24 software. The results showed that (1) Communication had a positive and significant influence on the performance of Harper Perintis employees by Aston - Makassar; (2) Motivation positively and significantly influence to employee performance of Harper Perintis by Aston Makassar and (3) Job satisfaction positively and significantly influence to the performance of Harper Perintis employee by Aston - Makassar.
