Abstract

The development of innovation in the home coffee industry has the potential to boost the economy of the community. One commonly encountered problem is with the pressing tool that uses inferior plastic, resulting in inadequate heat production. Therefore, there is a need for development aimed at improving efficiency and increasing coffee packaging production. With the advancement of technology, the use of a sealer proves to be the most effective solution compared to plastic pressing. Several parameters need to be considered, including the heat generated and the sealer's movement during pressing. Hence, this tool utilizes pneumatic technology for the sealer's movement, as it is more effective than using a motor and is directly controlled using PLC

Abstract

Based on preliminary studies conducted by the author, it was found that there was a duplication of electronic medical record numbering, consisting of officers and patients. This study aims to determine the causes of duplication of electronic medical record numbering from human resource factors, knowing the numbering system, the impact of duplication of numbering and efforts made to prevent duplication of numbering that can affect the patient's health service process. The research method used was a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the head of medical records, outpatient registration officers and storage officers. The object of research is duplicated patient medical record data and systems. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, documentation study, and literature study. The results of research related to duplication of electronic medical record numbering from human resource factors show that the obstacles are because officers have other workloads, officers are less careful in identifying, the length of work of officers affects performance and experience in overcoming problems, the education of outpatient registration officers is already with a D3 medical record background except for emergency registration, there are procedures that are abandoned when the data is incomplete. From the patient, including patients who do not bring complete requirements, elderly patients, accident/emergency patients, patients are impatient in waiting for the queue. The author suggests a more balanced division of workload and better organization of working hours so that officers can work carefully and efficiently. Officers should remind elderly patients and give an appeal for the registration process to be accompanied by other children / guardians.

Abstract

The results of the Preliminary Study when searching for medical record documents there were missfile incidents of 10 medical record documents, with 4 medical record files in March, 3 medical record files in April, and 3 medical record files in May. This is because the storage room at Sulaiman Air Force Air Force Base is still a mess The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were medical record officers, the object of this study was the procedure for using medical record file tracers. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research conducted by the author, show that the data for taking medical record files in March were 150 medical record files, the occurrence of missfiles was 4 medical record files due to an error in the sequence of numbers and file storage errors, in April there were 120 medical record files, 3 medical record files due to errors in the order of numbers, reading errors, and mistaking numbers, while in May there were 100 medical record files with missifles as many as 3 medical record files due to sequence errors and file storage errors. The tracer used is 10.5 x 32 cm in size, yellow and orange. The constraints on using a tracer to prevent missfile incidents are the time factor, the accuracy factor, the expedition book and the storage rack. Efforts were made to overcome the problem of using a tracer in preventing missfile incidents, namely if the medical record file is not found, the storage officer will create a medical record file to replace the missing medical record file.

Abstract

Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by the author in July 2024 at Cikalongwetan Regional Hospital, from 50 outpatient medical record files, the author analyzed the medical resume forms in the medical record documents and found that 50 files or 100% of the medical resume forms were not filled in completely. This study aims to determine the effect of the completeness of outpatient medical resumes on the quality of medical records at Cikalongwetan Regional Hospital. The research method used by the author is qualitative research. The results of the research show that the implementation of filling out patient medical resumes at Cikalongwetan Regional Hospital has not been carried out according to the regulations by the relevant officers because there is no SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) which regulates filling out and also the flow of medical resumes so that The patient's medical resume is not filled in 100%. Parts of the form that are not filled in completely include the person in charge, discharge date, admission diagnosis, main diagnosis, diagnosis code, doctor's name, doctor's signature, conditions at the time of discharge and how to go home. The author suggests that it is best to create an SOP regarding the implementation of filling out medical resumes, conducting outreach to DPJP to fill in diagnoses, and actions on patient medical resumes.

Abstract

The increase in BPJS patients at Bandung Kiwari Hospital is something that needs to be considered in their services, the inhibiting factors are employees who still cannot correct computer system errors, officers still rely on IT employees to justify them, so the registration service process becomes hampered and late due to waiting for the team Different IT floors, apart from that there are still employees who are lacking in conveying information to patients. The purpose of this study was to find out how the flow of procedures for outpatient registration services for BPJS users in order to improve the quality of health services at Bandung Kiwari Hospital. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach with the subject, namely the registration officer, and the object, namely the BPJS registration flow. Data collection techniques are by interview, observation and documentation study. The research instrument uses stationery, stop watch, and interview guidelines. Based on the Hospital SPO for outpatient registration of BPJS participants, it is explained that employees must greet, but employees are still normal to receive patients, and officers are still not reliable enough to correct computer system errors, besides that hospitals are lacking in conveying information to patients so there are still patients lack information for BPJS registration which must register with predetermined conditions. The author suggests that the Hospital provide facilities that new patients can see regarding the requirements for registering to use BPJS and provide motivation to employees regarding empathy for patients.

Abstract

Dodol is a traditional Indonesian food made from glutinous rice, palm sugar, coconut milk, salt, and water. All the ingredients are mixed and stirred until reaching a certain thickness, usually requiring 4-8 hours of cooking time. During the mixing process, dodol must be continuously stirred to prevent it from burning or forming a crust. This design aims to create a machine that can assist in the dodol production process, particularly in the stirring process, to make it more effective and efficient. The method involves designing a dodol stirrer machine frame. The design of this dodol stirrer machine frame uses Autodesk Inventor Professional 2023, with a material of 4x4 cm angle iron with a thickness of 3 mm, capable of supporting a load of 10 kg. The stress analysis results for this dodol stirrer frame are sufficiently safe, with a value of 29.5 MPa, compared to the maximum limit of 147.3 MPa. The results from the frame manufacturing process, using welding with an SMAW machine and E6013 electrodes, show that the frame can support each component and does not experience excessive vibration when the dodol stirrer machine is operational.

Abstract

Papaya fruit (Carica papaya L.) is one of the tropical fruits that can be found everywhere, apart from the delicious taste of this fruit is also rich in complete nutrition with several vitamins contained in papaya fruit. Papaya fruit has a very high tendency to decay, which causes a relatively short shelf life. Therefore, efforts or techniques are needed to process fresh papaya fruit into functional food products with long shelf life. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the addition of calcium propionate and the amount of dextrin on papaya fruit pollen drinks. This study used an experimental method with a two-factor completely randomized design (RAL), namely the addition of calcium propionate (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%) and the addition of dextrin (5 g, 10 g, 15 g) with reference to SNI 01-4320-1996. The test parameters analyzed were water content, vitamin C content, antioxidants, organoleptic tests of color, aroma, taste and texture. The results showed that the addition of calcium propionate and dextrin significantly influenced the water content, vitamin C, antioxidant and organoleptic tests. The addition of calcium propionate concentration (0.1%) and the amount of dextrin (15 g) produced the best quality of papaya fruit pollen drink.

Abstract

The desire to work more effectively and efficiently makes humans continue to innovate to create technology that can facilitate human work in all fields and types of work, one of which is the industrial field. Technological advances in the industrial sector are better known as the industrial revolution. One of the impacts of the industrial revolution that continues to grow rapidly is the operation of industrial machines, most of which are operated automatically. Control technology that can make machines work automatically is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). PLC is a computer designed to control a machine or system. One of the uses of PLC in the industrial world is on a packing machine using box. In the packaging machine, the PLC acts as an actuator controller, the actuator used is a solenoid valve to speed up the packaging process automatically. In addition to controlling the actuator, PLC can also monitor this goods packaging machine remotely using the Human Machine Interface. From the results of the tests carried out, it is found that the system that has been made can work properly, this can be seen in the HMI which can operate the system and when there is damage to the system, the history alarm will turn on so that it can facilitate the system repair process.

Abstract

Agriculture is a very important part of society in Indonesia. Agriculture is still a source of income for some people because most areas in Indonesia are agricultural land. To develop the results of agricultural land, but many agricultural lands have been converted. There is another way for people to utilise the narrow lands around the neighbourhood with the use of hydroponic planting method. Hydroponics is one of the modern methods of farming without using soil but using water by emphasising the fulfilment of nutrients and pH regulation in plants. This research aims to know and understand the characteristics of each tool that will be used. Measuring pH by using an automation system on hydroponic plants. Therefore, it is necessary to make innovations to the measurement of pH in hydroponic plants using an automation system. Controlling pH can be done manually using a pushbutton and automatically by determining the setpoint compared to the sensor reading. In a manual way we can adjust the pH level as desired by pressing the pushbutton either to increase the pH value or decrease the pH value. But in the automatic running system we only need to determine the setpoint used, in this system <7 then the pH up pump will turn on>7 then the pH down pump will turn on if =7 then both pumps will be in a state of not turning on. The components that can support this system are of course the sensor as a reader of the pH value, and the microcontroller as processing the pH data on the sensor then giving commands to the actuator, and of course the actuator is a pump. Automation of pH in hydroponics is certainly very effective and efficient compared to the manual method where we must always monitor directly, check directly, and control the pH value directly. But in the pH system automation everything can be done only through a smartphone.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary strudy conducted in February 2024 at RS Bhayangkara TK.II Sartika Asih Bandung, out of 58 patient files of BPJS inpatient care in December 2023, there were 13 (22,4%) incomplete files. This study aims to determine the Influence of completeness of BPJS Inpatient Medical Record Documents to Support the Smoothness of INA-CBG’S Claims at Bhayangkara TK. II Sartika Asih Hospital in Bandung. The research method used in descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the medical record summary forms of BPJS patients in the Fajar ward during the 2023 period at RS Bhayangkara TK.II Sartika Asih Bandung, totaling 100 forms. The samples taken from the population consist of all 100 samples. Data collection techniques employed include observation, interviews, and literature study. Research instruments include interview guidelines, sheets, checklists, writing instruments, and recording tools. Data processing techniques involve editing and tabulation. The research result indicate that the implementation of filling out BPJS Patient Medical Record Summaries at RS Bhayangkara TK. II Sartika Asih Bandung has not been carried out according to regulations by the relevant officers due to the absence of Operational Standard Procedure (SPO) governing the filling and flow of medical summaries. Consequently, BPJS patient medical record summaries are not 100% complete. Out of 100 samples of inpatient medicar records in the Fajar ward in 2023, only 83 (82,7%) summaries were complete. The author suggests creating SOP for filling out medical record summaries, conducting awareness campaigns for attending physicians to fill out diagnoses and procedures in BPJS Patient Medical Record Summaries.
