Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Time Management, Locus of Control, and Phubbing on Academic Procrastination among Generation Z Students in Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative explanatory research. The data processing used is SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software version 25.0. The number of samples used was 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique from Generation Z aged 18-24 years who were students in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. The results of this research show that time management, locus of control, and phubbing significantly affect academic procrastination. Partially, time management has a significant negative effect on academic procrastination, locus of control has no significant effect on academic procrastination, and phubbing has a significant positive effect on academic procrastination.

Abstract

This study looks at how the dividend payout ratio acts as a mediating factor between the impact of gender diversity on the board and firm performance. The percentage of female commissioners, female executive directors, female independent directors, and female directors served as a proxy for board gender diversity. In the meantime, return on equity and assets are used to gauge the company's performance. Using secondary data from the financial and annual reports of sample firms posted on the official IDX website (www.idx.co.id) and company websites, a quantitative technique was used to research companies indexed in the IDX High Dividend 20 between 2018 and 2022. Panel regression is the analysis technique employed. The E-Views application is utilized for data processing and testing. Board gender diversity, especially the percentage of female directors (FDP), has a positive effect on the DPR. On the other hand, firm performance as measured through ROA and ROE is not influenced by DPR. The presence of female independent directors (FID) contributes positively to firm performance as measured through ROA, while firm performance as measured through ROE is positively influenced by female directors (FDP).

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to test and analyze the influence of service quality, product, promotion, price and distribution on customer repurchase interest with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), with the help of SmartPLS3.0 progam. The results of this research show that the variables that have a significant influence on satisfaction are Service Quality and Product. Meanwhile, Promotion, Price and Distribution do not have a significant direct effect on Customer Satisfaction. Apart from that, service quality, products, promotions, distribution and customer satisfaction have a direct and significant influence on repurchase interest. Meanwhile, price has no significant effect on repurchase interest

Abstract

This study is a creative economy development model through increasing innovation and performance and its impact on competitiveness in South Bangka Regency which aims to analyze the influence of creativity, competence, government access (capital), infrastructure and competitiveness on innovation and creative economy performance, analyze the influence of innovation on creative economy performance, and the influence of performance on competitiveness using quantitative methods with a sample of 95 creative economy actors in South Bangka Regency. The multivariate analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique.. The results of the analysis show that the creativity variable has an indirect influence on competitiveness through the performance variable. The infrastructure and market access variables also have an indirect influence on the variables through the performance variable, as well as indirectly on competitiveness through the innovation and performance variables.

Abstract

Pariwisata memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, menyumbang 4,1% terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) pada tahun 2022, dengan pendapatan devisa yang meningkat signifikan. Kalimantan Selatan, dengan kekayaan budaya dan alamnya, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor ini, namun tantangan seperti aksesibilitas dan pengembangan komunitas ramah lingkungan perlu diatasi untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya. Murung Batu Laba di Kabupaten Banjar adalah salah satu destinasi yang menjanjikan namun mengalami masalah aksesibilitas, terutama saat musim hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pemerintah, kendala perjalanan, dan pengaruh influencer media sosial terhadap minat wisatawan dengan citra destinasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan metode mixed method, penelitian ini menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif mendeskripsikan potensi kawasan dan strategi pengembangannya, sementara analisis kuantitatif menginvestigasi hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Pengumpulan kuantitatif data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 180 responden pengguna Instagram dan TikTok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah dan influencer media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat berkunjung, sedangkan kendala perjalanan berpengaruh negatif. Citra destinasi juga berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat kunjungan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pengembangan yang efektif dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk mempromosikan destinasi serta memperbaiki aksesibilitas untuk menarik lebih banyak wisatawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the concept of Machiavellianism in moderating the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on earnings management intentions. This research uses a quantitative approach and adopts the Theory of Planned Behavior. The sample size for this study consisted of 80 Master's students in Accounting and Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, ULM, chosen through judgment sampling. Data analysis employed moderation regression analysis. The results indicated that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control did not influence earnings management intentions. Consequently, Machiavellianism was unable to moderate the relationships among these three independent variables. This finding suggests that earnings management intentions are not driven solely by a personality trait seeking self-interest (Machiavellianism). The novelty of this study lies in its exploration of Machiavellianism as a moderating factor in earnings management intentions. Future research should explore other variables that could potentially moderate earnings management intentions, thereby developing a more comprehensive and accurate model to explain the intentions and behaviors related to earnings management

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze E-Catalog Adoption in Banjar Regency UMKM using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which consists of exogenous variables namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and endogenous variables namely Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention and Actual Use. The respondents in this study were 341 UMKM registered in the Banjar Regency E- Catalog This research uses the SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that 4 hypotheses are accepted, namely the Perceived usefulness variable has a significant effect on Attitude Toward Using, Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Attitude Toward Using, Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention, and Behavioral Intention has a positive and significant effect. significant to Actual Usage. Meanwhile, there were 2 hypotheses that were rejected, namely Perceived Usefulness had no significant effect on Behavioral Intention and Attitude Toward Using had no significant effect on Behavioral Intention of the Banjar Regency UMKM E-Catalog.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menentukan dan mempengaruhi minat UMKM untuk menggunakan aplikasi Cloud Accounting di Banjarmasin dengan menerapkan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Penelitian ini melibatkan 80 responden. Mayoritas responden adalah laki-laki (55%), dengan mayoritas dari mereka telah menjalankan usaha UMKM selama 3-10 tahun (41.25%). Sebagian besar responden memiliki modal usaha kurang dari Rp. 50.000.000 (73.75%). Bidang usaha terbanyak adalah jasa (43.75%). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode pengambilan sampel yaitu metode convenience sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Kuesioner dirancang menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian alam pengujian hipotesis, beberapa hipotesis dapat diterima (signifikan) sementara yang lain tidak. Variabel Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat menggunakan Cloud Accounting. Namun, variabel Habit tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat menggunakan Cloud Accounting.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide solutions and understanding regarding digital financial literacy as the sustainability of MSMEs in facing uncertain conditions, identifying digital financial risks, assessing potential digital financial risks that may arise, and analyzing the strategies that MSMEs will implement to address or manage these digital financial risks. In this study, a Census Sampling method is used, which is a sampling method where all members of the population are used as samples (Sugiyono, 2014). The number of the population and the sample is the same (saturated sample) from this study, which consists of MSME entrepreneurs in the Sasirangan village, Ketupat village, and Purun village. The number of samples used in this study is 30 SMEs. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant impact of digital financial literacy on the profit growth of SMEs. The most impactful financial risks that need immediate management/treatment are: Digital Market Risk and Digital Credit Risk, which often occur and have significant impacts, as well as Digital Liquidity Risk and Digital Capital Risk, which sometimes occur and have moderate impacts.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi kecerdasan spiritual pada Yayasan Pendidikan Global Madani. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 109 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan bantuan Google Form kepada seluruh karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Global Madani. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan Teknik Populasi. Alat analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosionl, kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dimoderasi oleh kecerdasan spiritual semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan
