Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe students' responses to the use of animated videos in listening to fairy tales for class II at SDN Bringinbendo 2, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. The researcher confirms that research on using animated video media in learning Indonesian on students' listening skills can be interested and active, So. Teachers must use media in order to students don't feel bored and easily understand, therefore when learning teachers don't only use the lecture method.Teachers must also be innovative in using media to be used during learning so that it can be in accordance with the desired learning, and students can also maximize learning, students are easy teachers who still tell fairy tales without using other media except thematic books that contain fairy tales "Ingenuity Grows Kindness” by reading it directly to students, and the teacher did not have time to make media because there was a lot of work. This has often been used so that students feel bored and mediocre in learning fairy tales. There are some students who do not listen because students feel bored and less interesting. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a total of 10 students participating. This type of research uses case studies. This data collection by observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data collection techniques in this study used technical triangulation, data analysis used data reduction, data forms and conclusions. The findings show that animated videos are very suitable for listening to fairy tales because they make it easier for students to remember stories, knowing the story's message and animated videos make students more active, interested and enthusiastic. This media is very helpful for them in listening to fairy tales, and in this animated video there are animated images that can move and have sound.

Abstract

In the learning process, teachers and students have a very important role, because the success or failure of an educational goal is determined by the role of both. If teachers and students know and perform their roles well, of course, there is no difficulty in achieving educational goals. The writing of this scientific paper aims to find out how to build a good relationship between teachers and students. This research uses the literature method by collecting several books, journals, articles and several related ones to be used as reference material. As for data analysis, it uses content analysis. This research produced the following findings: 1) the importance of building a good relationship between teachers and students so that the learning process can run well, 2) some efforts that must be made by teachers to realize such good relationships by understanding students' abilities, respecting students' opinions and suggestions, building good cooperation between students and also being fair in treating students

Abstract

The speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years can be given good stimulation by using picture cards as media. The media can attract the interest and attention of the child, demanding that the presentation be clearer and make it easier for the child to understand what the educator is conveying. This research is qualitative, the subjects in this research are school principals, teachers, and children, and the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Furthermore, to determine the validity test of the data using a triangulation technique using a single source of multiple research techniques. The results of the study show that (1) the learning process with card picture media can be seen from the teacher's planning using procedures related to the themes being taught, media use equipment, group systems, variations in picture media, and RPPH. (2) the learning design with card image media can be seen from the opening activity, which explains related to training habituation, the core activity contains media explanations, and color variations. And the closing activity explains the repetition of the learning process. (3) The results of the use of card image media can be seen from observations such as observing student learning activities, then a thorough note that records various student learning activities, and then a weekly report book (connection book). which recaps the child's activities for one week.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of basic reading skills in students who have reading difficulties using the Montessori method of public elementary school with students case studies. This study used a quantitative experimental method with a Pre-Experimental Design and One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research was conducted in accordance with the stages of learning to read using the Montessori method. The research instrument used was the basic reading assessment. The data collection technique uses the results of the pre-test and post-test scores. The data that has been obtained was analyzed using SPSS with paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The result of test paired sample t-test Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 so that the difference in pre-test and post-test scores is significant. Independent t-test Sig. (2-tailed) 0.011 <0.05 so that there is a significant difference between the differences in the pre-test and post-test results of conducive students and non-conducive students. So it can be concluded that the Montessori method is effective in increasing the development of students basic reading skills, but the difference in the effectiveness of the Montessori method can be different based on student conductivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: In the accounting expertise program at SMK Negeri 6 Makassar, the purpose of thisstudy is to ascertain the impact of teachers' pedagogical competency on students' accountinglearning results. Learning outcomes and pedagogical competency of the teacher serve as the study's independent and dependent variables, respectively. All of the students in SMK Negeri 6 Makassar's accounting expertise program made up the study's population. A proportionate stratified random sample method was employed for the sampling process. Using a sample of 71 pupils, samples from the complete population were gathered. Both questionnaires and documents are utilized as data collection methods. Descriptive analysis of percentages, instrument testing, and hypothesis testing are the data analytic techniques used. According to the findings of a straightforward linear regression analysis, the teacher's pedagogic competence was calculated as Y = 59.055 + 0.325X, meaning that learning outcomes rose by 0.325 units for every additional teacher's pedagogic competency value. While the product moment correlation analysis yielded a correlation coefficient of 0.582 and a positive value at the range of 0.400-0.599, which is in the sufficient group, this indicates that the influence of teacher pedagogic ability on learning outcomes is sufficient.According to the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r), the value of (r) = 0.339, or 33.9%,indicates that the teacher's pedagogical expertise contributes to learning outcomes to the extent of 33.9%, with other factors influencing the remaining 66.1%. The hypothesis is "accepted" since the results of the t-test showed a significant value of 0.000 0.05, indicating that the teacher'spedagogical skill has a favorable and significant impact on learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the application of storytelling techniques in improving students' skills in retelling moral stories, especially fables. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach involving 12 grade VII students of SMP PGRI AS Sarqowi. Data collection was carried out through interviews, information recording, and documentation as data sources. The results showed that the application of storytelling techniques was effective in increasing students' skills in explaining the contents of fables, being able to convey the orientation, complications, resolution and code of fable. From this study it can be concluded that the use of storytelling techniques is effective in increasing students' understanding of structure and communication in fables.

Abstract

Authentic assessment is an evaluative approach rooted in data that mirrors students' competencies acquired throughout the learning process, encompassing not only their final learning outcomes. This evaluation encompasses three key domains: knowledge proficiency, skill proficiency, and attitude competency. The research in question is a descriptive qualitative study conducted against the backdrop of the 2013 curriculum transformation into an independent curriculum at SMAN 1 Asembagus. Even under the independent curriculum, the continued utilization of authentic assessment remains pertinent. The research cohort comprised both teachers specializing in Islamic Education and Character, as well as students in grades 10 and 11. Furthermore, the research sought to outline the practical application of authentic assessments within the domains of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education. The data collection process involved a combination of observation, interviews, and document analysis. To ensure the data's credibility, a triangulation method was employed, merging the insights from observations, interviews, and documentation. The study's findings indicate that the implementation of authentic assessment in the context of Islamic Education and Character subjects at SMAN 1 Asembagus has been largely successful, despite a few challenges during its execution that were effectively surmounted.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how learning intensity influences the learning outcomes of students who have taken economics accounting subjects at SMA Negeri 4 Soppeng. Learning outcomes are the dependent variable in this research, while learning intensity is the independent variable. The research group consisted of students from SMA Negeri 4 Soppeng class XII IPS 1 and XII IPS 2 who had taken accounting subjects in economics. 50 students were used as a representative sample of the entire population because the sampling method used a total sampling strategy. Documentation and surveys are two techniques used to collect data. For data analysis, instrument testing, hypothesis testing and descriptive percentage analysis were used. With 84.42 percent for learning intensity and 90.24 percent for learning outcomes, the descriptive analyses of learning intensity and learning outcomes are extraordinarily high. The formula Y = 65.656 + 0.453X for learning intensity, which is based on the findings of simple linear regression analysis, shows that the value of learning outcomes increases by 0.453 units for every unit of increase in learning intensity. The hypothesis is accepted since the t-test produced a significant value of 0.000 0.05, demonstrating that learning intensity significantly affects learning outcomes. Meanwhile, (r2) = 0.582%, or 58%, is the result of the examination of the coefficient of determination (r2). This shows that while other factors influence the other 42% of learning outcomes, learning intensity effects or contributes to 58% of them.

Abstract

: This study was intended to assess how influential the teaching skills of teachers on the learning outcomes of students in Class XI accounting SMK Negeri 6 Makassar. teacher teaching skills and learning outcomes as independent and dependent variables in this study. This study involved Every Student of Class XI AK 1 and XI AK 2 in SMK Negeri 6 Makassar. Population samples were taken from the entire core population and a sample of 66 students using saturated sampling techniques. As a method for collecting data, questionnaires and documentation. Among the data analysis methods used are percentage descriptive analysis, instrument test, and hypothesis test. Based on the findings of a simple linear regression analysis of teacher teaching skills, calculated Y = 58.229 + 0.381 X, or learning outcomes of 0.381 units. While the product moment correlation test is included in the strong category with a correlation value (r) of 0.757, this shows that accounting class XI students learn more effective teachers in teaching. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) produces a value of (R2) = 0.573 or 57 percent, while the remaining 43 percent due to other things. A significant value of 0.000 was found by T-test analysis.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of quiziz game learning media on accounting learning outcomes in class XI Accounting SMK 1 Polewali Mandar. The variables in this study are quiziz games as the independent variable (X) and learning outcomes as the dependent variable (Y). The population of this study were all students of class XI Accounting at SMKN 1 Polewali Mandar. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the classes taken were XI Accounting 1 totaling 30 students and XI Accounting 2 totaling 35 students. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests, requirements analysis test namely normality test and hypothesis testing consisting of Mann-Whitney and N-gain tests. The research results showed that: (1) The pretest learning outcomes of all students in the control class and experimental class, namely 30 students each, were still below the KKM score. (2) The posttest learning outcomes in the control class which achieved the KKM score were 9 students with a maximum score of 100 and a minimum score of 75, and those who did not achieve the KKM score were 21 students with a maximum score of 70 and a minimum score of 40. As for the experimental class which achieved a KKM score as many as 30 students with a maximum score of 100 and a minimum of 75, and no student who did not reach the KKM score. (3) Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney test on the posttest learning outcomes of the control class and the experimental class, an Asymp.sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 > 0.05 was obtained. This shows that the use of Quiziz Game media can significantly influence student learning outcomes so that the hypothesis is accepted. (4) Based on the results of the N-Gain test, the average score obtained by the control class was 34.11 and the average value for the experimental class was 77.18. So it can be concluded that the use of Quiziz Game learning media is effective for improving learning outcomes while conventional learning media/package books are not effective for improving learning outcomes.
