Abstract

Bahan ajar berbantu flipbook sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran maksimal. Pengembangan bahan ajar modul merupakan kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, banyak pendidik kesulitan membuat modul yang efektif karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan pendidik tentang bahan ajar, Membantu pendidik membuat modul ajar efektif. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan Ceramah, Praktik, Diskusi. Pelaksanaan: Online (Aplikasi Zoom), Offline (Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung). Langkah-langkah kegiatan: Persiapan, Pelaksanaan, Refleksi. Hasil pelatihan PKM di Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung menunjukkan: Pelatihan berjalan lancar dan peserta antusias, Peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membuat bahan ajar berbantu flipbook (74% menjadi 85%, peningkatan 8.1%), Kegiatan mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pendidik dalam membuat modul efektif dan memberikan kontribusi pada proses pembelajaran berkualitas.

Abstract

Game edukasi ular tangga pada anak-anak buruh migran di Sanggar Bimbingan Kubu Gajah merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi. Penerus bangsa buruh migran menghadapi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan, yang berdampak pada perkembangan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi. Dalam kegiatan ini dibutuhkan metode pembelajaran berbasis permainan (game-based learning) digunakan sebagai pendekatan inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Implementasi game edukasi Ular Tangga dirancang khusus untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung anak-anak usia sekolah dasar (6-14 tahun). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode partisipatori dalam berkolaborasi meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan pembelajaran yang inovativ dan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas penggunaan game edukasi dalam konteks pendidikan informal, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan program serupa untuk mendukung hak pendidikan anak-anak buruh migran. Luaran dari program ini meliputi game edukasi Ular Tangga yang diimplementasikan, peningkatan keterampilan literasi dan numerasi anak-anak buruh migran.

Abstract

Bullying is an act of harm directed at a person or group in psychological, physical, or verbal form. Efforts to overcome bullying behavior can be done in various ways, one of which is by socialization. The challenge that occurs in the field during socialization is the way of delivering material that is less interesting, therefore an approach with interactive games is needed so that activities do not make students bored. This community service activity is carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which aims to prevent bullying in the school environment in an interesting way for students in elementary schools. The results of socialization activities with this approach went smoothly, this can be seen from the faces and active participation of students during the socialization. Through this socialization, students can understand the concept of bullying and how to prevent it. And it is hoped that schools can carry out regular prevention through an interactive game approach as a prevention effort and teach in an interesting way for students so that they can protect themselves from potential bullying that exists outside of school.

Abstract

In facing the challenges of the digital economy and the global recession, the ability to produce creative digital-based content is an important need for students and young Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service partners in this activity consist of a community of student entrepreneurs and young Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jember City, who have products but have difficulty in promoting and building brand visibility through digital media. The main problems faced by partners are low skills in creating effective video marketing content and the suboptimal instillation of character values ​​in business promotion. As a solution, the community service team carried out intensive training and mentoring based on the 7 Great Habits of Indonesian Children combined with basic video marketing techniques. The methods used include technical video-making workshops, character-based product storytelling sessions, and direct practice in creating and publishing promotional videos on social media. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' skills in creating short videos that are interesting and contain character values, as well as increased participant confidence in marketing products digitally. This activity shows that a value-based training approach and creative practice can be an effective strategy in increasing the digital capacity of the younger generation and MSMEs in facing today's economic challenges.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out to provide training to the community in processing organic waste into Cherry Leaf Gummy which has a selling value in improving the family economy in Situbondo Regency. This organic waste management is one of the strategic solutions in reducing the volume of waste while increasing the economic value of previously unused materials. This community service activity aims to empower the community in Situbondo Regency through innovation in processing organic waste, especially cherry leaves, into processed food products in the form of Cherry Leaf Gummy which have a selling value. The methods used include socialization, direct training, and technical assistance to target community groups. The results of the activity show that the community is able to process cherry leaves into gummy products that are liked by consumers because of their unique taste and health benefits. In addition to reducing organic waste, this product also provides new business opportunities that contribute to improving the family economy. With an empowerment-based approach and product innovation, this community service has succeeded in creating a sustainable and economically valuable waste management model

Abstract

Bullying is a negative behavior carried out by individuals or groups, both verbally and non-verbally, causing psychological impacts such as pressure, discomfort, and a loss of self-confidence. This community service activity was initiated by the Pontianak City Regional Child Protection Commission (KPAD) in response to the high prevalence of bullying and the low level of public awareness regarding children's rights. The purpose of this program is to strengthen public understanding of child protection and to support the formulation of more adaptive policies. The method used includes outreach in schools in West Pontianak, involving students and parents in interactive discussions. The program implementation covered the planning, presentation of materials, and reflection sessions. The result showed increased participant engagement and understanding, as indicated by their responses during discussions and follow-up actions such as forming child protection task forces. This program is expected to contribute to sustainable and effective child protection efforts in Pontianak.

Abstract

The environmental hygiene counseling program in Krembangan Village was motivated by the still low quality of sanitation and community waste management, which has an impact on the high risk of environmental-based diseases. This activity aims to improve community knowledge, attitudes, and behavior regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness in a sustainable manner. The implementation method includes the preparation phase, implementation of counseling, monitoring and evaluation, sustainability strategies, and strengthening community capacity. The approach used is participatory and contextual, through workshops, group discussions, simulations, and direct practice such as making healthy toilets and waste sorting systems. The results show an increase in awareness and active participation of residents, although challenges are still encountered in the form of limited infrastructure, cultural resistance, and low access to clean water. The formation of environmental cadres and integration of programs with village activities are the main strategies for maintaining sustainability. This counseling proves that collaboration between the community, local figures, and the village government is able to encourage changes in clean and healthy living behavior at the community level.

Abstract

Dalam wujud memajukan serta mencerdaskan bangsa, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah menyiapkan asset untuk masa depan. Generasi muda merupakan asset yang perlu kita jaga dan kita didik sejak usia dini agar menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang berkualitas. Oleh sebab itulah peneliti memilih kegiatan les pada anak usia dini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan CALISTUNG di dusun Tambak Ukir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh, kegiatan les yang dilakukan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kemampuan CALISTUNG siswa. Selain itu kegiatan les juga membantu siswa dalam memahami materi yang belum dipahami saat kegiatan belajar di sekolah.

Abstract

This service aims to explore a Quranic tutoring program in Dusun Tambak Ukir, focusing on enhancing children's reading skills of the Quran, memorizing daily prayers, and fostering noble character. The initiative implements observations and surveys to gather comprehensive data. Results indicate that the tutoring significantly improves children's fluency in reading the Quran and aids them in memorizing important prayers. Additionally, the program plays a crucial role in character development, instilling values of kindness, respect, and responsibility within the community. By creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, this initiative not only promotes religious education but also strengthens social bonds among participants. The program emphasizes the importance of sustainability to ensure ongoing benefits and to encourage a culture of learning and moral development within the community.

Abstract

This community service program aims to transform the entrepreneurial mindset of micro-enterprises in Jember Regency through the Entrepreneurial Career Guidance approach. The background lies in the fact that many micro-entrepreneurs operate without planning, long-term vision, or growth motivation. The method involved counselling sessions, reflective discussions, career mapping, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The activity was conducted at CV. Serba Murah Mitra Sukses Jember with 30 micro-entrepreneurs participating. Results showed a 41.3% increase in participants’ understanding of the growth mindset concept, and 86.6% successfully developed a structured entrepreneurial career map. The program also fostered collaborative networking among participants who continued communication beyond the program. This approach proved effective in enhancing self-awareness, motivation, and strategic business planning skills. The model is recommended for replication in other community empowerment programs on a sustainable basis.
