Abstract

This research investigates the role of Glipang Rodhat, a symbolic mediation tradition, in divorce settlement. Glipang Rodhat, a traditional art form in Lumajang, East Java, has emerged as an alternative mediation method for addressing marital conflicts. By employing a multi-method approach, this study aims to comprehensively examine the effectiveness of Glipang Rodhat in facilitating fair and sustainable resolution processes. The research focuses on analyzing the symbolic representations embedded in dance movements within Glipang Rodhat performances. Through the collection of data from diverse cultural contexts, the study seeks to provide a nuanced understanding of the global dynamics influencing the mediation process. Ultimately, this research aims to identify the significance of symbolic mediation in fostering a sense of unity and interconnectedness in divorce resolution. By shedding light on the intricate relationship between cultural symbolism and conflict resolution strategies, the study contributes to the development of more holistic approaches to mediation practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Efektivitas Teknik Relaksasi Progresif Untuk Mengurangi Kejenuhan Belajar Pada Siswa kelas XI TKJ di Smk Negeri 5 Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah siswa kelas XI TKJ Jember dengan sampel sebanyak 11 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan mengunakan, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sebelum disebarkan angket diuji validasi dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Hasil penelitian adalah : Terdapat Efektivitas Teknik Relaksasi Progresif Untuk Mengurangi Kejenuhan Belajar Pada Siswa kelas XI TKJ di Smk Negeri 5 Jember. Hal ini dibuktikan setelah pemberian treatment dengan teknik relaksasi otot progresif terdapat hasil perhitungan rata-rata pada saat pre-test dan post-test mengalami pengurangan pada tingkat kecemasan siswa. Pada pre-test diperoleh skor rata-rata 88,8 dan skor rata-rata pada post-test 63,1 dan didapatkan selisih antara skor pre-test dan post-test sebesar 25,7. Dan didapatkan pada anilisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Match Pairs Testnilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar ,003 nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka bisa diartikan bahwa ada perbedaan pada tingkat kejenuhan belajar pada siswa yang signifikan untuk pre-test dan post-test (hipotesis diterima), dengan hasil perhitungan tersebut Dapat disimpukan bahwa efektif pada teknik relaksasi Progresif Untuk Mengurangi Kejenuhan Belajar Pada Siswa kelas XI TKJ di Smk Negeri 5 Jember.

Abstract

Development of the Self-Care Module Of Assertive Communnication Theory to Reduce Toxic Behavior. The guidance and counseling services provided so far have not paid attention to the problems and the services provided to overcome these problems, especially toxic behavior. This research was conducted to adjust between the problems and counseling guidance services needed so that the services provided are effective in overcoming the problem, as well as to determine the need for guidance service modules and the concept of self-care counseling with assertive communication theory to reduce toxic behavior. The research was conducted using Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE model. The results of this study show the need for the development of the Iself care concept module with assertive communication theory to reduce toxic behavior is needed, and this self-care concept module can be developed through limited scale or small group tests, material validation tests, language validation tests and practical validation tests, so that this module can be used as a reference for providing counseling guidance services, especially to reduce toxic behavior.Keywords: Self Care, Assertive Communication, Module

Abstract

Exploration of Career Development Through TikTok in Improving Student Career Planning. This research aims to determine the contribution of the TikTok in improving student career planning and creating digital culture as a forum for Career Development Exploration (EK), to find out the results of material expert validation tests and the results of media expert tests on career development exploration through TikTok in improving planning final semester student career at PGRI Arghopuro University Jember. This research uses a type of research and development or what is known as R&D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model up to stage 5. Technique Data collection is in the form of an assessment sheet. Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the results The BK material expert's assessment of the exploration of career development through TikTok in improving career planning received a score of 85 with the "Very Good" criteria, the results of the TikTok media expert's assessment obtained a score of 90 with the "Very Good" criteria. So it is known that the final average score is 87.50 with the criteria "Very Good". Thus, based on the assessments of the two experts above, exploring career development through TikTok is declared feasible to implement.Keywords: Career development; TikTok; Career Planning

Abstract

The purpose of this study:to develop, validate an online tutoring model based on ADDIE model to improve social presence of Distance Education (DE) students, help tutors reconstruct knowledge, experience more strategically, for tutors can design and implement more structured. This is a developmental study divided into 5 phases: existing methods and DE strategy review, DE model development, Delphi round 1, Delphi round 2, model validation. After reviewing relevant literature and existing strategies in phase 1, the first step of creating a DE model was created in phase 2, followed by phase 3 and phase 4, two rounds of Delphi conducted by experts, reviewing the final version of the manual and syntax model (SM) created and validating in phase 5. With respect to each ADDIE phase, the online guidance model outlines: representative points, structured activities, support strategies. both Online Social Presence Guidance (OSPG) and SM models, in order to more clearly identify the entire process. Finally, this research provides some recommendations for tutors and practitioners in choosing an online guidance model, according to the previous needs analysis, training tutors, training students, then researching to find effective guidance, techniques and media openly to change. This research recognizes its excellence by evoking and considering psychological factors, due to time constraints, this research needs to be carried out further.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui apakah dan bagaimana teknik modeling efektif untuk meningkatkan empati siswa kelas X TPM SMK Minhajut Thullab. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pre eksperimental design. Dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 20 siswa kelas X TPM SMK Minhajut Thullab. Subjek Penelitian dipilih secara porposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 15 siswa dengan kriteria empati rendah. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala empati siswa. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data yaitu uji wilcoxon dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0 diperoleh nilai Z sebesar -3,412 dengan simpotik signifikansi untuk uji dua arah sebesar 0,001. Dari hasil pengujian diatas, diketahui nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001<0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima. Peningkatan empati siswa juga dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil setelah diberikan treatment bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling pada setiap pertemuan. pertemuan pertama tingkat enpati siswa sebanyak 42%, pertemuan kedua meningkat menjadi 55%, pertemuan ketiga meningkat menjadi 63%, kemuadian pertemuan terakhir tingkat empati siswa meningkat menjadi 86%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik modeling efektik untuk meningkatkan empati siswa kelas X TPM SMK Minhajut Thullab.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertempat di SMP Al-qur’an Minhajut Thullab. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kelompok eksperimen Dengan siswa kelas IX Putri sebanyak 28 orang dengan penggambaran ilustrasi Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Dan siswa yang memiliki perilaku cyberbullying sebanyak 8 orang. Dari hasil angket pre-test perilaku cyberbullying pada siswa sebesar 617. Sedangkan dari hasil angket post-test perilaku cyberbullying pada siswa sebesar 495. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat perbedaan sebesar 122 antara hasil pre-tes dan post-test perilaku cyberbullying pada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji-T menggunakan SPSS ver 26 diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Ini berarti nilai Sig. (2-tailed) memiliki nilai yang lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 ( 0,000 < 0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara data pre test dengan posttest yang membuat teknik asertif training berpengaruh terhadap perilaku cyberbulling pada kelas IX putri SMP Al-Qur'an Minhajut Thullab.

Abstract

Career Confidence Improvement Module Through Cbt For 12th grade High School Students. This study aims to develop a module to increase self-confidence in career choices through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to overcome concerns about success for 12th grade students at MAN 2 Jember Dormitory. Concerns about the future and career success are often factors that hinder students from making the right career decisions. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) was chosen as an intervention approach because of its effectiveness in changing negative mindsets and increasing self-confidence. The research method used is quantitative with a Research and Development (R&D) approach involving several stages, starting from needs analysis, design, expert validation, to limited trials. The results of the study showed that this module was effective in increasing students' self-confidence in making career choices and reducing their concerns about future success. Students who took this module experienced positive changes in their thinking and behavior related to their career choices and their future. Thus, this module is expected to be one of the solutions to help 12th grade students at MAN 2 Jember in facing challenges in determining their career choices.Keywords: Module, Self-Confidence, Career, CBT, Students

Abstract

Adolescence is a stage of human development that has entered a transition period from childhood to adulthood. Adolescence is the starting point for human physical development to mature. The values contained in the remo dance are an attraction in module development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of creating a new module that can help overcome the identity crisis of students. The method used in this study uses the ADDIE design which includes five stages of development, namely: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The module's feasibility test is carried out by validation. The students who were the samples were observed and interviewed to test the success of the module. The sample used in the study was Ibn Katsir students who had previously obtained informed consent. The results of this study indicate that the learning module created by taking the values of the remo dance is declared feasible for use by  teachers in solving identity crisis problems. The results of the study also show that students who have received learning using this module experience changes in themselves. The development of the remo dance is said to be able to help students in solving identity crisis problems. The impact of creating this latest module can be the latest method that can later be used by   teachers who want to help students overcome identity crises. The novelty of this research is the use of the ADDIE method, making it easier for readers to understand the contents of the research. Abstract

This research aims to develop a module-based intervention to mitigate narcissistic behavior among adolescents. Employing the Research and Development (R&D) method, this study follows the ADDIE model, comprising analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. A total of 12 eighth-grade students participated in the field testing. Narcissistic behavior is characterized by excessive self-love, disregarding others' feelings and needs. If left unchecked, this tendency can evolve into an abnormal or unhealthy personality trait. This underscores the need for targeted character education strategies, such as incorporating Nyuguh cultural values. The overarching objective of this research is to develop Nyuguh cultural values as a character education strategy to reduce narcissistic behavior
