Abstract

In literature learning, especially geguritan (Javanese poetry), an important factor that influences students’ understanding of meaning is reading comprehension. When students are able to explain the content of a geguritan, it indicates a thorough understanding of the text. However, classroom practice shows that students’ reading comprehension is still lacking. This study aims to describe the widya makna (layers of meaning) in the poetry anthology Gurit Kangen. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The data consist of words, phrases, or clauses containing denotative, connotative, and figurative meanings, which were obtained from documents and informants through document analysis and interviews. Validation techniques include data theory triangulation and methodological triangulation. The data analysis follows Miles and Huberman’s interactive model: data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion. The findings reveal that the widya makna in Gurit Kangen includes denotative, connotative, and figurative meanings. Teachers and students gained new insights into these layers of meaning, particularly denotative, connotative, and figurative meanings, which helped enhance students’ understanding of geguritan.

Abstract

Recently, divorce cases in Indonesia have increased following the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia between 2019 and 2022. This research aims to analyze the role of single fathers in shaping the character of children in junior high school (SMP). The primary focus of this research is to understand how emotional involvement, closeness in daily activities, motivation, modeling, and communication patterns established by single fathers significantly influence the process of character development in children. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this research consist of single fathers, students, guidance counselors (BK/Bimbingan Konseling), and child psychologists at the BPK Penabur School in Cirebon City. The theory used is Robert K. Merton's Social Role Theory. The results of the research indicate that a father's active involvement in a child's life impacts the development of character traits such as responsibility, empathy, and discipline. Therefore, it can be concluded that a father's presence in daily routines and open communication create a sense of security and emotional attachment, despite challenges in terms of children's expression of feelings. Consistency in parenting is a crucial element in supporting children's psychological and social development.

Abstract

Global broiler production has reached 131.4 million tons in 2023, with Indonesia contributing 3.8 million tons, making optimization of live weight crucial for meeting growing protein demands. Traditional growth promoters face increasing restrictions due to antibiotic resistance concerns, driving the need for natural alternatives. The aim was to find out the correlation between live weight and giblet organ weight in broiler chickens that were given and not given white turmeric juice. This research was divided into 2 treatments, namely treatment A = without white turmeric juice treatment, and Treatment B = 40 ml of white turmeric juice and 960 ml of water (4% white turmeric juice). The parameters measured were cut weight, liver weight, heart and gizzard. To determine the relationship between the weight of the cut and the weight of giblet organs (liver, heart and gizzard) in broiler chickens that were given and not given white turmeric juice was analyzed by correlation analysis. The results showed that the correlation between the weight of the cut and the weight of the giblet organ in broiler chickens fed and not given 4% white turmeric juice tended to be the same. The comparison of the correlation values between cut weight and liver weight was 0.539 and 0.413 with a moderate relationship; The comparison of the correlation values between cut weight and heart weight was 0.540 and 0.572 with a moderate relationship; and The comparison of the correlation value between the cutting weight and the weight of the gizzard h was 0.369 and 0.331 with a low relationship level. These findings provide valuable insights for poultry nutritionists and farmers seeking natural feed additives to optimize broiler performance while maintaining organ development proportionality, contributing to sustainable and chemical-free poultry production systems.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai di sektor pemerintahan Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk rendahnya produktivitas dan kurangnya inovasi dalam pelayanan publik. Survei nasional menunjukkan bahwa hanya 65% aparatur sipil negara yang memiliki kinerja memuaskan, sementara 35% lainnya memerlukan peningkatan signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Mamasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terstruktur terhadap 59 pegawai dari populasi 75 pegawai dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Variabel kepemimpinan transformasional diukur melalui empat dimensi: idealistik, kepercayaan, motivasi inspirasional, dan stimulasi intelektual, sedangkan kinerja pegawai diukur melalui produktivitas, kualitas kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai R² sebesar 50,7% dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang menyoroti peran penting pemimpin dalam meningkatkan motivasi, komitmen, dan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kementerian Agama. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan model kepemimpinan di sektor publik dan secara praktis dapat dijadikan acuan pengembangan program pelatihan kepemimpinan serta evaluasi kinerja yang lebih efektif dalam konteks organisasi pemerintahan daerah.

Abstract

Industri keuangan syariah global telah mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dengan total aset mencapai USD 4,3 triliun pada tahun 2023, meningkat 10,8% dari tahun sebelumnya. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar dunia memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan keuangan syariah, dengan pangsa pasar perbankan syariah mencapai 6,51% dari total aset perbankan nasional pada 2023. Perbedaan mendasar antara akuntansi syariah dan akuntansi konvensional telah menciptakan kebutuhan untuk meneliti sejauh mana laporan keuangan syariah mampu menyajikan informasi yang relevan dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan bagi para pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan penelitian laporan keuangan syariah secara global menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik untuk mengidentifikasi tren, penulis berpengaruh, negara kontributor utama, dan kata kunci dominan dalam bidang ini. Dengan menggunakan database Scopus dan alat analisa VOSViewer, kami menganalisa perkembangan penelitian terkait laporan keuangan syariah di seluruh dunia berdasarkan 55 dokumen yang diterbitkan dari tahun 1995 hingga 2025. Meski dimulai pertama kalinya pada tahun 1995, penelitian ini sempat stagnan hingga tahun 2013, hingga kemudian menunjukkan tren up and down dari tahun 2014 hingga 2025. Puncak publikasi terjadi pada tahun 2024 dengan terbitnya 10 dokumen. Indonesia menjadi negara paling berpengaruh dengan menerbitkan total 43 dokumen dan telah disitasi sebanyak 140 kali. Adapun kata kunci (keyword) yang paling umum digunakan dalam penelitian tentang laporan keuangan syariah adalah Islamic Bank(s). Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi akademisi dalam mengidentifikasi gap penelitian, membantu praktisi memahami evolusi standar pelaporan syariah, dan mendukung regulator dalam pengembangan kebijakan yang berbasis bukti empiris.

Abstract

Banjir perkotaan merupakan isu krusial yang berdampak signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan hidup masyarakat, terutama di kawasan padat penduduk seperti Perumahan Pondok Gede Permai (PGP) Bekasi. Kinerja operasional pintu air manual, sebagai salah satu infrastruktur vital pengendali banjir, seringkali tidak optimal akibat berbagai kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola kendala operasional pintu air manual (teknis, administratif, dan manajerial), mengevaluasi efektivitas Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang ada, mengambil pelajaran dari studi kasus serupa di kawasan urban lain, serta mengkaji peran masyarakat, aspek regulasi, dan perkembangan teknologi dalam mitigasi banjir. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa kendala operasional bersifat kompleks dan saling terkait, meliputi kapasitas drainase yang tidak memadai, sedimentasi dan sampah, kondisi fisik pintu air yang tidak terawat, kurangnya koordinasi antar instansi, keterbatasan regulasi, serta isu manajerial seperti keterbatasan dana dan kapasitas SDM. SOP terbukti krusial, namun seringkali terdapat kesenjangan antara SOP tertulis dengan implementasi lapangan. Studi kasus serupa menggarisbawahi pentingnya sistem peringatan dini dan peran aktif masyarakat, sementara perkembangan teknologi menawarkan solusi mitigasi yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini menyoroti urgensi pendekatan holistik dalam pengelolaan pintu air manual di PGP dan wilayah urban serupa, dengan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan SOP yang adaptif, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, integrasi teknologi sederhana, serta penguatan koordinasi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya mitigasi banjir berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become a burden on the health system in Indonesia in recent years. The increasing prevalence of diseases such as heart disease, diabetes mellitus, and cancer has an impact on national health financing, and people's quality of life. This study is a literature review that aims to evaluate the relationship between NCD risk factors, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on early detection of chronic diseases, and the role of primary health facilities and family approaches in controlling NCDs. Methods Secondary data were obtained from various scientific journals and official reports through systematic searches in Clinical Key, Google Scholar, and PubMed. Discussion The review showed that risk factors such as body mass index (BMI), unhealthy diet, low physical activity, and family history significantly contributed to the increase in NCD cases. The COVID-19 pandemic has also caused serious disruptions to preventive health services, including decreased access to early detection of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Programs such as Posbindu PTM and PIS-PK conducted by Puskesmas have an important role in promotive and preventive efforts, although they are still faced with various obstacles. The family approach in implementing healthy living behaviors and early detection has proven crucial in supporting the success of NCD control. Conclusion: The integration of the family approach in the national NCD control strategy needs to be strengthened to improve the effectiveness of interventions and the quality of life of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and develop an advanced fraud detection system for bank of India Indonesia by leveraging data mining, data warehouse, and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) technologies. fraud remains a critical challenge in the banking sector, posing significant risks to financial institutions and their customers. As transaction volumes grow and data complexity increases, conventional fraud detection methods have proven inadequate. Employing a quantitative research approach, this study utilizes data analytics techniques to identify anomalous transaction patterns. The findings demonstrate that integrating data mining and OLAP improves fraud detection accuracy by approximately 30% compared to traditional methods. The study concludes that adopting advanced information technology systems is essential for safeguarding banking operations, enhancing security, and maintaining customer trust. Furthermore, the practical implications suggest that implementing sophisticated fraud detection mechanisms can significantly enhance banking industry performance by mitigating financial losses and reinforcing customer confidence.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the education sector has expanded the application of information technology in learning processes, including Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) programs. This study analyzes data management in the mutaaba’ah tahfidz information system, with a case study on the mutaaba’ah tahfidz Al-Qur’an application at SMP IT Al-Khoiriyyah. Using a qualitative approach and document study based on research [1], the analysis focuses on data structure, information flow, data quality, security, and utilization. The findings indicate that the system successfully replaced manual recording with MySQL-based digital storage integrated with a Java interface, enabling structured reporting of memorization progress. However, weaknesses were identified in data validation, access control, and database design, which has not yet been fully normalized. Based on the DAMA-DMBOK framework, recommendations include the implementation of data governance, audit trails, and data visualization to enhance quality, security, and informational value. This study provides strategic guidance for the development of sustainable, accountable, and measurable religion-based educational information systems.

Abstract

Interoperability has become a crucial element in digital transformation, enabling different systems and applications to effectively exchange information. This article presents the results of a literature review aimed at examining the concepts, dimensions, and challenges of implementing interoperability within the context of modern digital environments. Primary sources include international journals such as Hodapp & Hanelt (2022), Scheibner et al. (2021), and national studies from the public sector (Fajar, 2023; Siregar & Nasution, 2023). Thematic analysis reveals that interoperability involves technical, semantic, organizational, and cultural aspects. Key challenges include gaps in standards, organizational cultural resistance, limited infrastructure, and inadequate regulations. This study suggests that the development of adaptive interoperability models, supported by digital governance and education, should become a focal point for future research and policy.
