<![CDATA[Zakat is source of revenues of state that biggest than ghanimah, jizyah, fai dan kharaf at the beginning of history of Islam. Therefore not so surprising if there is opinion says in this modern era, zakat be created as Islamic economic back bone. Zakat considered as a school of thought in Islam and also as a microcosm of the entire Islamic fiscal system. Limited standpoint understanding from both are same namely give something likes money, goods or things to government or institution that be trusted to handle it. The problem that arises is if both of them are same whether people must carry out all. Discourse it presented comparation form between zakat and tax. Evidently there are similarities and differences both of them. So, zakat and tax must be set out in legislation not just at Al-Quran and Hadits also at Ijma and Qiyas. Therefore all elements at society must concern on it to reach prosperity of all people.]]>

<![CDATA[Friday Khutbah is one of the Friday prayers at the same time as a form of da’wah. Khotib as a da’i and the congregation of Friday prayers as a proselytizing receiver. One thing that is undeniable in the implementation of the Khutbah is the tendency of the mosque congregation to move where the choosing of Khotib who able to give new nuances in his speech, although, he has to travel relatively far to find a sympathetic Khotib. Khutbah will be interesting if delivered with feeling and the involvement of Khotib with the issues discussed . To achieve high quality Khutbah, a Khotib needs a long process. He must constantly improve their knowledge, develop skills and expand his experience with continuous training. In addition, the power of creativity and style of well-groomed appearance will also contribute to determine the success of Khutbah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to examine further the commentary of economy passages Quraish Shihab’s work and the thoughts position of Quraish Shihab among other Islamic economic thoughts. This study outlines two theories, namely, (1) theory of economic study; and (2) paradigms and methods of interpretation. Based on the paradigms and methods of interpretation in a social science, economic passage commentary conducted by Quraish Shihab using maudhu’I method is categorized in the social definition paradigm that means contextual and functional commentary. Generally, Islamic economic thoughts of Quraish Shihab belongs to the Islamic economic study in the normative scope which means to the efforts to explain basic philosophy or normative of an economic study which is based on the Islamic guidance referring to the standard guidelines of Qur’an and Hadith. However, in a certain aspect, Quraish Shihab’s thoughts is different from that of mainstream Islamic economic thoughts particularly related to the interpretation of usury which is related to the interest. Quraish Shihab is inclined to think that interest is not the same as usury. However, Quraish Shihab has almost the same thoughts as the mainstream Islamic economic thoughts in terms of Islam and development issues, poverty, alms and alms amyl.]]>

<![CDATA[This study wanted to see about legal thought of Shihab in one of his book that discuss the issues of Islamic law , "M. Quraish Shihab Answering 1001 Islamic Problem You Should Know”. This study focuses on what methods he used in the legal ways of fatwa istimbath. Shihab -as familiar as the figure in his thinking commentators- not just dwell on the tafsir world, but also in the legal world (Syar’i). It can be seen in a variety of legal ideas outlined in his book with many problems, ranging from worship to the social problems of society. In this study, the authors found that Shihab in the views of law as outlined in the book can enlighten the Islamic society to face the various problems faced which are explicitly described by the Qur'an and the Hadis.]]>

<![CDATA[The emergence of Islamic excellent schools in the archipelago, being a cue that there will raise ghirah moslems to increase their education quality. One of efforts made in sustaining the excellence is by press pint on the Human Resources Management (read: educators and educational). In Samarinda, the existence of the Islamic excellent schools also being a trend and idol of moslem society in general, it can be seen from the society anemo to send their children to the Islamic excellent schools. This matter becomes the early inspirations in this research, by focusing the research on the efforts and strategies in the development of excellent schools of Samarinda in the case of the Human Resources. Among the Islamic excellent schools, the research objects are SD Muhammadiyah 1 and SDIT Cordova.]]>

<![CDATA[Ibnu Hazm is a distinguished Moslem leader who really holds fast to the nash. That is why, he critics hard the other Moslem leaders who take the rationality role in establishing a regulation. In his point of view, Islamic law comes from Allah SWT which is clearly written in Al Qur’an and Sunnah, and implemented consensusily by all Moslems. Ijma’ basically should based on the the nash of Quran because there no ijma’ without following the nash. So that, Ibnu Hazm states that there are three sources of the law as main base of implementing the law. Ibnu Hazm refuses the qiyas as source of the law. In term of his refuse of the qiyas, Ibun Hazm promotes a new perspective in responding the comtemporer problems that they are not found in the nash explicitely. The thought was known as ad dalil.Then, the concept of ad dalil is considered as one of the sources of in the Islamic law that there is no different to the qiyas used by other Moslem leaders previously.]]>

<![CDATA[The aspect of social issues becomes one of the concerns of contemporary Islam. This aspect is usually discussed and became the hottest news in social life. One might feel having lack of unanimity in the provision of public attitudes towards him/her self. This is what happened to transsexual and genital surgery people. Those who have and do the things that feel cornered because people assume the actions carried out under the assumption that they have been violated. Transsexual is a person whose way of behaving not same to the appearance of gender roles in general. Transsexual is a person who in the various levels of "breaking" cultural norms about how men and women should have it. A woman, for example, is culturally soft and tender. If a man has such kind of girl character, it's called transsexuals. Some transsexual people are wearing the opposite sex clothes. Transsexual people might change his or her gender, as male changes into a woman, and vice versa. Many things can affect the formation of transsexual behavior; from biological aspect, social-psychological, and cultural aspects. Muslims take a stand against the potential problems that may result from the presence of the transsexual behavior. In spite of these problems, Muslims should be wise in maintaining harmony in the social life of this world.]]>

<![CDATA[Attempting to uncover the basic principles of the subject of multiculturalism with the meaning of the hadith in the book of Bulughul Marom, and their hujjah that can be known for the establishment of their legal. The basic principles concept of multiculturalism contained in the hadist in the book of Bulughul Marom is upholding justice and the rule of law, disputing resolution, realizing of peace and harmony together, the urgent lofty morality and the necessity to respect the human rights, welfare and fostering an attitude of togetherness for the realization of solidarity and social sensitivity. While the hujjah status of hadith about the concept of multiculturalism entities generally have strong hujjah, or having Saheeh status. The majority of them are labeled with Muttafaq 'Alaih, and assessed as Saheeh' hadith for the famous ‘Ulama, such as Imam al-Hakim, Ibn Hibban and al-Turmudzi.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this study was to describe: 1) How to teach reading Arabic non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, 2) The improvement of reading skill of Arabic non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, and 3) The students’ respond to the teaching of reading of Arabic non syakal. This is a classroom action research. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting a test to students. The data analyzed by using Miles and Hubberman model. The result of this study found : 1) The students’ reading ability of Arabic non syakal improved after the implementation of grammatical-based reading activity, 2) The students motivated and enjoyed learning Arabic reading non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, 3) The students stated that the textbook is applicable to help them understand Arabic text non syakal, and 4) There was a positive respond of the students after learning Arabic reading non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity.]]>
