Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work culture, compensation and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Telkom Makasar. The data in this study were obtained from each employee at PT. Telkom Makassar who is willing to be a respondent.This study used primary data by conducting direct research in the field by giving questionnaires/question sheets to 57 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: partially, the variables of work culture, compensation and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, correlation analysis and determination. The results showed that the work environment hypothesis on employee performance was rejected on the basis of a calculated T value of 0.615 which was less than the T table value of 1.67203. In addition, the organizational culture hypothesis on employee performance was accepted on the basis of a calculated T value of 1.733 which was greater than the T table value of 1.67203. then the results of the correlation coefficient test show that the work environment and organizational culture have a low relationship to employee performance. Then, based on the results of the Determination test, it shows that the contribution of the work environment and organizational culture is 14.9% to employee performance variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Performance and Economic Value Added on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The research data used is secondary data in the form of Financial Statements of Food and Beverage Sector Companies which registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2021. The method of analysis for this research is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumptions Test and Multiple Linear Regression Tests. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, it shows that Financial Performance (Current Ratio) has a positive effect on Stock Returns, and Economic Value Added has a positive effect on Stock Return. The benefits of this research can later be used as a reference as material for consideration in assessing the financial performance of company shares and can also be used as material for consideration in making investment decisions for company investors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and compensation on employee performance at the Kota Juang Village Office. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio on stock returns at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method, coefficient of determination (R2), correlation coefficient test (R), t test and F test. The results show the regression equation "Y= -0,564 + 0,181 X, + 0,161 X,. " Partially the current ratio has no significant effect on stock returns at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk, and partially the debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on stock returns at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. Simultaneously the current ratio and debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on stock returns at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of training and work commitment on employee performance at the Gowa Vocational Education Quality Assurance Development Center Office, Information and Communication Technology (Bppmvp Kptk). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 56 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely probability or random sampling using the sloving technique, where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear regression test. Abstract

 The Influence of Learning Motivation, Digital Technology, and Campus Facilities in Increasing Student Interest in  Study at STIM LPI Makassr This research aims to influence of learning motivation variables, digital technology, and campus facilities on the learning interest of students at the STIM LPI Makassar College of Management.. The research design used uses a quantitative research approach to examine an individual in a group using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 26. In this research, the population sampling technique uses the Slovin technique with a sample size of 100 people. The results of this research show that learning motivation does have a positive and not significant effect on interest in learning, whereas digital technology and facilities have a positive and significant effect on interest in learning. However, simultaneously learning motivation, technology and campus facilities have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in learning. students at the STIM LPI Makassar College of Management.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. Effective leadership and a strong organizational culture are recognized as key factors in shaping and improving employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The research results show that leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Training, Discipline and Work Motivation on the Performance of Regional Office Employees of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Southern Sulawesi. This research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for Southern Sulawesi (Kanwil DJBC Sulbagsel) which is located on Jl. Satando No. 94, Malimongan Tua, Kec. Wajo, Makassar City, South Sulawesi with research time starting from November to December 2022. The population of this study were employees at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Southern Sulawesi (Kanwil DJBC Sulbagsel), in selecting the sample we used a census or comprehensive method so that the entire population would be used as a sample in this study so that a total of 74 respondents were obtained. This study uses field research methods. The type of data we use in this study is quantitative data, while the data source is primary data. To collect field data, this study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is by using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the variables of internal control, discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the DJBC Sulbagsel Regional Office of Staff.

Abstract

The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive to answer the hypothesis in this research. In answering the hypothesis, the descriptive method is used, the instrument test consists of validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test consists of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, the regression test consists of multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficients and the hypothesis test consists of partial and partial tests. simultaneously. The results of the research are (1) The work commitment variable on employee performance is positive. This illustrates that if there is an increase in employee work ability by 1%, it will affect employee performance by 29.1%, reinforced by hypothesis testing. then the conclusion is that hypothesis X 1 is accepted or proven to have a significant effect. (2) Discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that every time there is an increase in the level of employee discipline by 1%, it will affect the level of employee performance by 22.2% which is confirmed by the results of hypothesis testing, namely tcount 2.253 > ttable 1.98827 which means that the accepted hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, the significance value shows 0.027 > SIg 0.05 with the conclusion that hypothesis X2 in this study is accepted or proven to have a significant effect. Meanwhile, testing the third hypothesis, namely the calculated F value of 9.036 > F table 3, 11 and a sig value of 0.0 00, the conclusion is that the hypothesis is proven that work commitment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
