Financial Management means planning, organizing, directing, and controlling economic activities such as procurement and utilization of company funds. Financial Management itself has several principles that must be considered to be used by financial managers to minimize company costs while maximizing company profits. These principles are divided into 4 points: Accountability, Consistent, Transparent, and Integrity. The financial manager is no less critical and can be considered the spearhead of a company. Financial managers have various roles that depend on the company's situation and complexity. This study indicates that financial managers have a role and function as a liaison between companies and productive financial markets. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method and library research, where the data collection is taken from various sources that exist and can be accounted for.

This study discusses the workload given by the company or organization to its employees, working hours, and compensation provided to employees. However, the company's policies regarding workload, working hours, and compensation violate existing rules. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods and library research by conducting an analysis based on articles relevant to the variables above. Then collect data from Google Scholar related to previous research articles and use Mendeley as a reference. The study results are 1) Workload related to company policy, 2) working time related to company policy, and 3) employee compensation related to company policy.

This study discusses the application of business law: business monopoly, violation of rules and environmental damage. Business law is intended to regulate and control the behaviour of organizations or business people. The existing law can form excellent and healthy company activities and have a good impact on employees, the company, and the surrounding environment. In this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative and library research methods by reviewing previous articles that were relevant to this research. The results of this study are: 1) Business Monopoly is related to Business Law, 2) Rules violation is related to Business Law, and 3) Environmental Damage is related to Business Law.

Communication is a human need that is quite important in everyday life. In this era of globalization, there have been many prepaid card products that are increasingly diverse, one of which is XL Axiata which is the first private cellular company in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine Trust, Service Quality, Product Quality and Promotion in Forming Repurchase Intention in XL Axiata Provider Users. The subjects of this research are people who use the XL Axiata Provider in Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 145 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that trust has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention, service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention, product quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention and promotion has insignificant positive effect on repurchase intention.

The growth of digital marketing technology is increasingly being used by e-commerce players in offering each particular product or service. The convenience and perceived benefits in the context of online shopping behavior create new competitors that are increasingly innovative and competitive. This phenomenon is important to study and analyze the dominant factors in influencing repurchase intention, because e-commerce players make repurchase intention factor a determining factor in business continuity. The results of the study and analysis of various relevant literature, the researcher proposes a model that can be used as a reference to build an empirical model, namely repurchase intention built by e-risk, e-trust, and rating review.

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence purchasing decisions for counterfeit fashion products, namely: brand image, price and lifestyle, a literature study of consumer behavior. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) brand image influences purchasing decisions for counterfeit fashion products; 2) price has an effect on purchasing decisions for counterfeit fashion products; and 3) lifestyle influences purchasing decisions for counterfeit fashion products.

Indonesian strategic archipelago allows rapid migration of goods and services to its neighbor countries. Along with goods and services, the wide coastal area also facilitates migrant worker to enter and exit Indonesia through several ports. First and foremost interference on the borderless coastal boundary is Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) Fishing. The IUU foreign fishing vessels frequently transporting illegal migrant worker obtained through human trafficking, people smuggling, forced labor, child exploitation, torture, and discrimination. This practices can then be categorized as one of the transnational organized crime at sea. This paper focuses on the studies of notorious cases of human trafficking on IUU Fishing. This journal will also observe the lack of prevention measure of transnational crime on UNCLOS and utilization of bilateral and multilateral treaties on IUU Fishing.

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Buying Interest, Price and Purchase Decision to IMEI Policy is a scientific article that aims to build research hypotheses regarding the influence between variables used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar and sourced from other academic online media and uses Mendeley as a bibliography reference. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) Buying Interest is related to IMEI Policy; 2) Price is related to IMEI Policy; and 3) Purchase Decision related to IMEI Policy. The Literature Review article on the Effect of Organizational Internal Control, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance is a scientific article that is useful in building research hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Organizational Internal Control has an effect on Managerial Performance; 2) Leadership Style has an effect on Managerial Performance; and 3) Organizational Commitment has an effect on Managerial Performance. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect managerial performance endogenous variables, there are other factors including motivation, management control system and skills.
