Abstract

One of the programmes of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is Kampus Mengajar Program. The program aims to help schools that have C accreditation as well as schools that are leading, remote, and lagging behind. (3t). Through campus education, students can become agents of change and work with teachers to help improve education in Indonesia. SD Negeri Medokan Semampir 1 Surabaya is one of the schools involved in this program. During the assignment, students design work programmes to meet school needs and help improve literacy, numeration, and technology adaptation. To help students who do not have the ability to count, write, and read. Kelas Eksklusif Calistung is the program we designed. In these activities, qualitative descriptive approaches are used, with data collection through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the activities show that the Kelas Eksklusif Calistung program at SD Negeri Medokan Semampir 1 Surabaya runs well and provides positive benefits to all students, especially the targeted students.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is often used to promote products, especially small and medium enterprises or MSMEs. Social media is used to convey product information and help with marketing. However, often less attention is paid to the management of advertising language on social media. Clan language is needed to attract buyers' attention and convince buyers about the quality of the products offered by MSMEs. MSMEs in Lembuak District, Narmada were the choice for this training because many people are engaged in the MSME business. When promoting products, it was found that many people used monotonous sentences, so that income through online promotions was still lower than offline promotions.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to help the Tapulaga village community increase their business income through financial management by preparing simple financial reports and to help the community increase sales of community businesses in Tapulaga Village through online marketing. The implementation method is carried out by means of counseling and training in 22 Tapulaga village communities. The implementation of this service shows that the community still has difficulties in managing finances and sales are still limited to the sales area in Tapulaga village. It is hoped that after community service they will be able to implement the results of counseling and training well.

Abstract

The infection that occurs in a hospital setting, also known as nosocomial infection or Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs), is a serious issue in public health. This research aims to evaluate the impact of health education in controlling infections among patients and their families at Dewi Sartika General Hospital. Involving 30 respondents, the knowledge and attitudes of the respondents regarding infection control were observed before and after the administration of health education. The results of data analysis showed a significant difference in respondents' knowledge before and after health education, with a p-value of 0.000 and a t-value of -18.886. Before health education, the average knowledge of respondents was 19.77, significantly increasing to 25.70 after health education. This indicates that health education is effective in improving respondents' knowledge regarding cleanliness practices and infection prevention. Furthermore, in the attitude variable, the results showed a significant difference with a p-value of 0.000 and a t-value of -12.042. Respondents' attitudes toward infection control experienced a positive increase after the administration of health education. Before health education, the average attitude of respondents was 20.00, and it increased to 26.50 after the intervention. Therefore, it can be concluded that health education not only influences knowledge but also stimulates positive changes in respondents' attitudes towards infection control. These findings provide support for the integration of health education as an effective strategy in efforts to control infections in the hospital environment.

Abstract

Website training can be one of the trainings that can be developed by students because with this training students have promising competency advantages. If students become graduate of school, they can later develop the website. If in the Islamic boarding school environment the graduate of school are spread across various regions and are trying in various fields, of course they need a website as a means of promotion. Moreover, now that many new business fields are being built, the need to create websites for promotion is increasing. However, sometimes the website training that is carried out does not develop as expected. The business being run is stagnant and even tends to decline. This is due to several things, namely technical aspects and management aspects. Partners in this PKM activity are SMA Assaadah Puri Serpong within the Assaadah Islamic Boarding School environment. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there are several problems faced in the process of creating websites, databases, computer equipment, website design, execution processes and marketing websites that will be promoted to other parties. The absence of adequate technical knowledge of website training means that website training is carried out without proper planning and supervision. Another problem is that currently website hosting costs are expensive, which interferes with the website launching process. The solutions in this PKM activity are as follows: 1. Technical aspects: In accordance with the problems faced by partners, the solutions include: a. create a website creation material module guide. b. Selecting a computer with adequate specifications. c. by using applications that are simpler than other applications, namely HTML websites, PHP databases, WordPress hosting. 2. Management aspect: The solution is to provide business management training, including planning and control, both in the production and marketing aspects of a website that is ready to be launched.

Abstract

Public knowledge to choose adequate and balanced food for individuals and families is still lacking. This is strongly influenced by the level of education, socio-economic and culture. There has been an increase in non-communicable diseases that require serious attention by all parties, both policy makers and the community. Controlling NCDs can be done by modifying risk factors with behavioral changes known as the CERDIK acronym. CERDIK activities: Check your health condition routinely and regularly, Get rid of cigarette smoke and other air pollution, Diligent physical activity with sports and art movements, A healthy diet with balanced calories (low in sugar, salt and fat and rich in fiber) Adequate rest and prioritize safety, Control stress and violence. must be carried out regularly and continuously. The increase in NCDs can be suppressed through controlling risk factors, namely reducing consumption of cigarettes, alcohol, sugar and salt, increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables, increasing physical activity through exercise, preventing obesity, controlling stress with recreational activities and checking blood pressure, blood sugar levels regularly. NCD prevention efforts can be carried out by the community independently through Posbindu activities.

Abstract

Tillage is an activity that aims to increase soil fertility, improve soil structure and create good soil conditions for plant growth. Soil processing can be done in several ways, one of which is the application of fertilizer to plants. Farmers' understanding of efficient and effective fertilization methods is still not fully mastered. Most farmers often fertilize plants beyond the recommended dose. This community service activity aims to (1) farmers can understand knowledge about non-subsidized fertilizer products from PT. Petrokimia Gresik, (2) increase farmers' understanding and knowledge of fertilizer quality and balanced fertilization technology to achieve relatively efficient fertilizer use, (3) farmers can understand the condition of private land and understanding of the amount and type of fertilizer PT Petrokimia Gresik needed. The methods used include surveys, socialization, and practical demonstrations regarding soil testing of farmers in Putat Lor Village, Tajinan District, Malang. Based on this socialization activity, the results obtained are (1) the knowledge of farmers in Putat Lor Village regarding non-subsidized fertilizer products from PT Petrokimia Gresik is increasing (2) increasing knowledge of farmers in Putat Lor Village about fertilizer quality and balanced fertilization technology (3) farmers in Putat Lor Village know the condition of the soil from private land through soil test practices so that they can estimate the type and amount of fertilizer to be used.

Abstract

Cultivating organic vegetables promises significant benefits such as supporting environmental health, increasing farmer welfare, and improving food quality. Even though demand for organic vegetables continues to increase, farmers' awareness and understanding regarding organic cultivation is still limited due to barriers to access to information and the strong tradition of conventional farming. To overcome these obstacles, service activities are carried out through socialization of organic vegetable cultivation, in collaboration with CV Reja Mayur. This outreach not only provides technical information on organic cultivation but also highlights economic and environmental aspects. Approach methods through lectures, discussions and simulations are used to provide significant understanding to socialization participants. The results of this activity are not only aimed at meeting market demand for organic vegetables, but also as a strategic step in achieving sustainable agriculture. The hope is that farmers can implement organic vegetable cultivation practices with sufficient confidence and knowledge, create positive transformations in their lives, and have a positive impact on the local community and environment.

Abstract

Over time, learning limitations become increasingly visible during the COVID-19 outbreak with indicators such as students starting to become less enthusiastic about learning, feeling a lack of interaction, and various technical problems such as internet network fluctuations. Some of these problems lead to a decrease in the quality of learning. This community service aims to provide assistance to MGMP English High School teachers in South Kalimantan regarding the implementation of multimodal-based instruction. There were 28 teachers who attended the event. The methods used were lectures, simulations and discussions via Zoom and assignments on Open Learning. The result of this community service is that teachers gain inspiration in online learning and can increase student motivation. The problem faced by teachers is that teachers need a lot of time to prepare material and an unstable internet connection.
