Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) motivasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS dalam pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi COVID-19, (2) kendala yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar, dan (3) solusi yang dilakukan. . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Uji keabsahan data dengan menguji transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) melalui indikator motivasi belajar Hamzah B. Uno disimpulkan bahwa siswa PAP pada pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi COVID-19 mempunyai motivasi belajar yang lebih adaptif dibandingkan dengan siswa PAP pada masa pandemi COVID-19. awal pandemi, namun metode dan strategi pembelajaran harus terus dikembangkan karena rutinitas pembelajaran online membosankan. (2) Kendala yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar terjadi pada saat persiapan, jaringan tidak stabil, dan suasana pembelajaran terkesan monoton. (3) Solusinya adalah dengan menyiapkan waktu yang cukup untuk persiapan, mencari tempat yang memiliki koneksi stabil, dan memberikan reward kepada siswa yang aktif mengikuti pembelajaran daring.Kata Kunci: studi kasus; deskriptif kualitatif; pembelajaran onlineAbstract: This research aims to know (1) the learning motivation of students of the Office Administration Education Study Program FKIP UNS in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, (2) obstacles that affect learning motivation, and (3) solutions that are carried out. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the type of case study. Sampling by purposive sampling and snowball sampling Data collection is done through interviews and document analysis. Test the validity of the data by testing its transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Data analysis using interactive analysis techniques The results of this study show: (1) through the indicators of learning motivation of Hamzah B. Uno, it was concluded that PAP students during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic had more adaptable learning motivation compared to the beginning of the pandemic, but learning methods and strategies must continue to be developed because online learning routines are boring. (2) Obstacles that affect learning motivation occur during preparation, the network is unstable, and the learning atmosphere seems monotonous. (3) The solution is to prepare sufficient time for preparation, find a place that has a stable connection, and give rewards to students who are actively participating in online learning. Keywords: case studies; descriptive qualitative; online learning

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha peserta didik pada pendidikan administrasi perkantoran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasional. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2017, 2018, dan 2019 yang berjumlah 233 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 147 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi penyusunan tabulasi uji prasyarat dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa (thitung 7,984 > ttabel 1,976) dengan signifikansi 0,0130 < 0,05, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (tvalue 2,516 > ttabel 1,976) dengan signifikansi 0,0130<0,05, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga dan kepribadian secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa (Fvalue 43,815 > Ftabel 3,06) dengan signifikansi 0,0000<0,05. Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan hasil analisis ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan.Kata Kunci: motivasi berwirausaha; dukungan keluarga; kepribadianAbstract: The purpose of this research was to (1) determine the influence of the family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Office Administration Education. (2) Determine the influence of personality on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Office Administration education. (3) Determine the influence of the family environment and personality on the entrepreneurial interest of students in office administration education. The research was quantitative, using correlational methods. The population was students of Office Administration Education from the 2017, 2018, and 2019 classes, with a total of 233 students. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, with 147 students as the sample. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire The data analysis technique involves compiling prerequisite test tabulations and multiple linear regressions using SPSS. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of the family environment on students' entrepreneurial interest (tvalue 7.984 > ttable 1.976) with significant 0,0000,05, (2) There was a positive and significant influence of personality on students' entrepreneurial interest (tvalue 2.516> ttable 1.976) with a significant 0.0130< .05, and (3) there is a positive and significant effect of family environment and personality together on student entrepreneurship interest (Fvalue 43.815 > Ftable 3.06) with a significant .0000 <0,05. Thus, the overall results of this analysis support the proposed hypothesis.Keywords: entrepreneurial motivation; family support; personality

Abstract

This research was carried out to improve the learning outcomes of Craft and Entrepreneurship subjects for class XII OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar for the 2021/2022 academic year through the application of the Zoom Meeting assisted discussion method. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles. The research started in the Pre-Action stage, Cycle I, and Cycle II. Learning outcomes at the Pre-Action stage were obtained from the Middle Semester Assessment (MSA) score; the percentage of students' completeness was 42.85% with an average grade of 74.45. Learning outcomes have increased in Cycle I, with a percentage of 68.57% and an average value of 76.42. Then, in the second cycle, the percentage of completeness was 88.5%, with an average value of 85.42. The conclusion of this Classroom Action Research is that the application of the Zoom Meeting-assisted discussion method can improve student learning outcomes for class XII OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) motivasi siswa; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa; dan (3) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) motivasi belajar siswa terdiri dari mengejar prestasi, melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, orang tua yang mendukung pendidikan di pesantren, dan guru yang selalu mendorong siswa agar semangat belajar; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar adalah siswa yang lebih bersemangat melakukan kegiatan di luar kelas, kurang fokus pada pelajaran, lingkungan teman belajar yang kurang mendukung, tidak melaksanakan jam wajib sekolah, dan tidak disiplin dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; Tiga upaya untuk mengatasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar adalah: melakukan pembinaan melalui penjaga ruangan bagi siswa pada umumnya dan siswa yang bermasalah pada khususnya; menjaga kualitas tidur; mendampingi kegiatan belajar mandiri; penjadwalan dan pengawasan berjenjang; dan pengumpulan data jadwal kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam rangka penentuan waktu kegiatan siswa.Kata Kunci: hirarki kebutuhan Abraham H. Maslow; pondok pesantren; motivasiAbstract: This research aims to find: (1) the motivation of the students; (2) the factors that influence students' learning motivation; and (3) efforts being made to overcome the factors that affect the students’ motivation to learn. This research is qualitative with a case study approach. By using the purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling. The results show: (1) student learning motivation consists of pursuing achievement, continuing higher education levels, parents who support education in boarding schools, and teachers who always encourage students to be enthusiastic about learning; (2) the factors that influence learning motivation are students who are more enthusiastic about doing activities outside the classroom, less focused on lessons, a less supportive friend environment for learning, not implementing compulsory school hours, and not being disciplined in organizing extracurricular activities; Three efforts to overcome the factors that influence learning motivation are: conducting coaching through room guardians for students in general and students with problems in particular; maintaining sleep quality; accompanying independent study activities; tiered scheduling and supervision; and collecting data on extracurricular activity schedules in the context of timing student activities.Keywords: Abraham H. Abstrak: disiplin. (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh komunikasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. (4) apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi, dan supervisi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pelabuhan Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Cabang Tanjung Emas Semarang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 104 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai thitung (3,286) > ttabel (1,983); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai thitung (3,893) > ttabel (1,983); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai thitung (3,908) > ttabel (1,983); dan (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi, komunikasi, dan supervisi secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap disiplin kerja dengan nilai Fhitung (58,035) > Ftabel (2,70).Kata Kunci: koneksi; semangat; supervisi; kepatuhan kerjaAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) whether motivation has an influence on employee work discipline. (2) whether there is an influence of communication on employee work discipline. (3) whether or not there is an influence of supervision on employee work discipline. (4) whether there is an influence of motivation, communication, and supervision on employee work discipline. This study uses a quantitative approach with the correlation method. The population of this study was made up of employees of PT. Port Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Semarang Branch. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique from as many as 104 respondents. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire method. The results of this study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on work discipline with the value of tcount (3,286) > ttable (1,983); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of communication on work discipline with the value of tcount (3,893) > ttable (1,983); (3) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision on work discipline with the value of tcount (3,908) > ttable (1,983); and (4) There is a positive and significant effect of motivation, communication, and supervision together or simultaneously on work discipline with the value of Fcount (58.035) > Ftable (2,70).Keywords: connection; motivation; supervision; work obedience

Abstract

This study aims to find out: the implementation of 21st century skills (6C), obstacles in implementing 21st century skills (6C), and solutions to the obstacles in implementing 21st century skills (6C) in online learning at Business Simulation. This study used qualitative method with a case study approach. Research data obtained from informants, places, events, and documents. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data validation was done through source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results of the research show: (1) planning begins with the preparation of the RPS, (2) the implementation of 6C skills implementation is shown by group discussion activities, creating new product launching videos, collaboration on expo and grand launching practices, etc., and (3) evaluation by monitoring with progress reports and peer assessments. The obstacles were: (a) lack of critical thinking skills in students, (b) miscommunication that causes confusion, (c) lack of cooperation and responsibility between individuals in the group, (d) lack cotrol from lecturers. Solutions to overcome the obstacles were: (a) assignment of observing photos and learning videos (b) regular offline discussions, (c) collaborating with each other and improving professional relationships, (d) implementing periodic control

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) implementasi pengarsipan elektronik pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kota Surakarta; 2) hambatan; dan 3) upaya mengatasi hambatan. Metode studi kasus kualitatif digunakan untuk penelitian semacam ini. Wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Purposive sampling dan snowball sampling digunakan dalam proses pengambilan sampel. Memanfaatkan uji kredibilitas, yang mencakup uji transferabilitas, ketergantungan, dan konfirmabilitas, untuk menilai validitas data. Model analisis interaktif digunakan untuk reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi dalam teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian: Pertama, Disarpusda Kota Surakarta melakukan peralihan pengelolaan arsip dari sistem manual ke sistem kearsipan berbasis teknologi informasi yang disebut SIMARDI-Offline, dengan tahapan pengelolaan arsip meliputi pembuatan, penggunaan, dan pemeliharaan serta sebagai depresiasi. Kedua, kurangnya tenaga ahli, belum onlinenya aplikasi SIMARDI, keterlambatan penyerahan arsip OPD, dan belum tertatanya penataan arsip di OPD menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pengarsipan elektronik oleh Disarpusda Kota Surakarta. Ketiga, upaya mengatasi kendala dengan pemenuhan formasi CPNS bagi tenaga fungsional arsiparis dan beberapa alternatif upaya, pengembangan aplikasi menjadi online, pengajuan anggaran, dan mengadakan pelatihan kearsipan bagi seluruh pengelola arsip di setiap OPD.Kata Kunci: studi kasus; arsip elektronik; penelitian kualitatif Abstract: This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of electronic filing at the Regional Library and Archives Service in Surakarta City; 2) obstacles; and 3) efforts to overcome obstacles. A qualitative case study method was used for this kind of research. Interviews, observation, and document analysis were the methods that were used to collect the data. Purposive sampling and snowball sampling were used in the sampling process. Utilize the credibility test, which includes the transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests, to assess the data's validity. An interactive analysis model is used for data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification in the data analysis technique. The results of the study: First, Disarpusda of Surakarta City carried out the transition of archive management from a manual system to an information technology-based archive system called SIMARDI-Offline, with archive management stages including creation, use, and maintenance, as well as depreciation. Second, a lack of experts, the SIMARDI application not being online yet, a delay in OPD submitting archives, and an unorganized arrangement of archives in OPD are all barriers to the implementation of electronic filing by Disarpusda of Surakarta City. Third, efforts were made to overcome obstacles by fulfilling the CPNS formation for archivist functional staff and several alternative efforts, developing applications to become online, submitting budgets, and holding archival training for all archive managers in each OPD. Keywords: case study; electronic archives; qualitative research

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the use of information technology in online learning at SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta (2) efforts to overcome lost traffic, limited facilities, infrastructure, and IT personnel, and the lack of student responsiveness during online learning at SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta; (3) the development that will be carried out is related to the limitations of infrastructure, IT personnel, and the lack of student responsiveness when learning online at SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling techniques used are purposive and snowball sampling. Sources of data used are informants, places, and events, as well as archives and documents. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validation was carried out using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis technique used is interactive model analysis. The results showed that the use of information technology in online learning at SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta includes: background, role of utilization, role of IT personnel, various technologies used, efforts made by SMA N 5 Surakarta to overcome obstacles, and development.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang tata ruang kantor, kendala pegawai, dan upaya mengatasi permasalahan tata ruang kantor pada bagian umum Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Surakarta. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Surakarta khususnya pada bagian umum. Data diperoleh dari peristiwa, informan, dan dokumen dengan menggunakan purposive dan snowball sampling. Teknik uji keabsahan data adalah triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata ruang kantor pada bagian umum Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Surakarta tidak sesuai dengan prinsip tata ruang kantor efektif yang terdiri dari warna, udara, suara, dan pencahayaan. Kendala yang ditemukan dalam penataan kantor umum adalah penataan dan jarak yang terlalu dekat, penataan furnitur yang kurang tepat, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta kurangnya ruang. Upaya yang dilakukan antara lain menata ulang ruangan, menata ulang furnitur berdasarkan kebutuhan dan alur kerja karyawan, menambah sarana dan prasarana, serta menghilangkan sarana dan prasarana yang tidak terpakai.Kata Kunci: tata ruang kantor yang efektif; layout kantor; prinsip tata ruang kantorAbstract: This study aims to find out about office layout, employees’ obstacles, and efforts to overcome the problem of office layout in the general section of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta. This research is descriptive-qualitative with a case-study approach. This research was carried out at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta, especially in the general section. The data were obtained from events, informants, and documents by using purposive and snowball sampling. The data validity test technique was a triangulation of sources and methods. Analysis of data using an interactive model of data analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the office layout in the general section of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta is not compatible with the principles of effective office layout, which consist of color, air, sound, and exposure. The obstacles found in the arrangement of the general office are the arrangement and distance that are too close, the inappropriate arrangement of furniture, the lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of space. The efforts that have been carried out include rearranging the room, rearranging furniture based on employee needs and workflow, adding facilities and infrastructure, and removing unused facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: effective office layout; office layout; office layout principles

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pelaksanaan pengelolaan BKK di SMK N 6 Surakarta; 2) hambatan yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan BKK di SMK N 6 Surakarta; dan 3) upaya yang dilakukan BKK dalam menghadapi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan BKK. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BKK yang dikelola oleh SMK N 6 Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian meliputi wawancara, dokumen, dan observasi. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive dan snowball sampling. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan BKK terdiri dari a) perencanaan, b) pengorganisasian, c) pelaksanaan, dan d) Pengendalian. 2) Pengelola BKK mempunyai kendala antara lain a) menurunnya informasi lowongan kerja; b) rendahnya respon mahasiswa terhadap pencarian lulusan dan lowongan kerja; dan c) Masih adanya industri ilegal yang menyediakan lowongan kerja. 3) Upaya yang dilakukan BKK untuk mengatasi kendala, antara lain: a) Meningkatkan komunikasi dengan industri; b) Mewajibkan lulusan mengisi formulir tracer study dan meningkatkan komunikasi dengan lulusan; dan c) Meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap lowongan kerja penyedia industri.Kata Kunci: pemberlakuan BKK; industri; manajemen; kualitatifAbstract: The purpose of this research is to determine: 1) the implementation of BKK management in SMK N 6 Surakarta; 2) the barriers experienced in the implementation of BKK management at SMK N 6 Surakarta; and 3) the efforts made by BKK in the face of obstacles in the implementation of BKK management. The research approach used is a descriptive-qualitative approach with the type of case study. This research was conducted at BKK, which is managed by SMK N 6 Surakarta. Research data collection techniques include interviews, documents, and observations. The technique for determining the informant uses purposive and snowball sampling. The validity test of the data uses triangulation sources and methods. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The implementation of BKK management consists of a) planning, b) organizing, c) actuating, and d) Controlling. 2) BKK management has obstacles, including a) a decrease in job vacancy information; b) a low student response to graduate searches and job vacancies; and c) There are still illegal industries that provide job vacancies. 3) Efforts made by BKK to overcome obstacles, including: a) Improving communication with industry; b) Requiring graduates to fill out tracer study forms and improve communication with graduates; and c) Increasing supervision over industry providers’ job vacancies.Keywords: BKK implementation; industry;  management; qualitative
