Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Penerapan praktik korespondensi di era new normal, (2) hambatan pelaksanaan praktik korespondensi, (3) upaya mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan praktik korespondensi program OTKP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.  Sumber data penelitian dari informan (Siswa, Guru Korespondensi, Ketua Program OTKP), peristiwa (implementasi praktik korespondensi pada masa new normal pandemi), dan dokumen (profil sekolah, materi korespondensi). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball dan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data, dan metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran praktik korespondensi pada masa new normal di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta telah terlaksana dengan perencanaan dan persiapan sebelum pelaksanaan praktik dimulai, namun penerapan praktiknya belum terlaksana. dilaksanakan secara optimal. 2) Hambatan pembelajaran: a) Penyampaian materi belum maksimal karena keterbatasan sarana prasarana pembelajaran, b) memerlukan waktu untuk menyesuaikan lingkungan belajar, c) respon siswa yang pasif, d) kurangnya waktu pembelajaran praktik, e) penjadwalan kelas praktik belum maksimal. 3) Upaya untuk mengatasinya: a) Pengulangan materi, b) Menggunakan media pembelajaran yang mendukung, c) Penggunaan laboratorium perkantoran dioptimalkan, d) pendekatan aktif pada siswa, e) Menetapkan jadwal latihan.Kata kunci: analisis kasus; pembelajaran keterampilan; periode baruAbstract: The research aims to determine (1) the Implementation of correspondence practice in a new normal era, (2) obstacles to the implementation of correspondence practice, (3) efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of correspondence practice of the OTKP program. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative case study approach.  Sources of research data from informants (Students, Correspondence Teachers, Heads of OTKP Programs), events (implementation of correspondence practices during the new normal period of the pandemic), and documents (school profiles, correspondence materials). The sampling technique uses snowball and purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documents. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation, and methods. Data analysis techniques using Miles & Huberman interactive models. The results of the study showed: 1) The implementation of correspondence practice learning during the new normal period at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta has been carried out by planning and preparing before the implementation of the practice begins, but the application of the practice has not been implemented optimally. 2) Learning barriers: a) Submission of material has not been maximized due to limited learning infrastructure, b) requires time to adjust the learning environment, c) passive student response, d) lack of practical learning time, e) scheduling of practical classes have not been maximized. 3) Efforts to overcome: a)Repeating the material, b) Using supportive learning media, c) The use of office labs is optimized, d) an active approach in students, e) Setting practice schedules.Keywords: case studies; correspondence; new normal; practical learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. (2) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, dan (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara media komunikasi massa dengan hasil belajar di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (2,106>2,010) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,041<0,05.2)Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (2,031>2,010) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,048<0,05.3) Terdapat hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dengan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar siswa SMK Wikarya Karanganya yang ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung>Ftabel (6,56>3,19) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,003<0,05.Kata kunci: dorongan; kuantitatif; penyampaian pesanAbstract: This study aimed (1) to determine whether there was a relationship between mass communication media and student learning outcomes in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. (2)to find out whether there was a relationship between student learning motivation and student learning outcomes in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar Vocational School, and (3)To determine whether there is a relationship between mass communication media and students' learning motivation on student learning outcomes in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar Vocational School. This research is quantitative research with the method of correlational. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 24.0 program. The results showed that 1)There was a positive relationship between mass communication media and the learning outcomes at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar as indicated by tcount>ttable(2.106>2.010)with a significance equation of 0.041 <0.05.2)There was a positive relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar as indicated by tcount>ttable(2,031>2,010)with a significance equation of 0.048<0.05.3)There is a relationship between mass communication media and learning motivation together with the results learning of students at SMK Wikarya Karanganya, which is indicated by Fcount>Ftable (6.56>3.19) with a significance equation of 0.003<0.05.Keywords: communication; motivation; quantitative

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembuatan arsip dinamis, pemanfaatan arsip dinamis, pemeliharaan arsip dinamis, dan penyusutan arsip dinamis di kantor Dispermades Kabupaten Karanganyar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari tempat atau fasilitas, instrumen, serta dokumen dan arsip dengan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Uji keabsahan data diperoleh dengan 1) uji kredibilitas, 2) uji transferabilitas, 3) uji ketergantungan, dan 4) uji konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif dengan tahapan: 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pembuatan arsip dinamis dilakukan dengan pembuatan arsip dinamis secara manual. Setiap surat masuk dan keluar dikelola dengan baik mulai dari penerimaan hingga penyimpanan di lemari arsip. 2) Pemanfaatan arsip dinamis meliputi peminjaman arsip yang belum menerapkan prosedur peminjaman sistematis, dan penemuan kembali arsip secara manual memerlukan waktu 4-7 menit.  3) Pemeliharaan arsip dinamis dilakukan dengan cara membersihkan tempat penyimpanan secara berkala dan menyediakan bahan pencegah arsip dari serangga seperti kapur barus dan bahan pencegah lainnya. 4) Penyusutan arsip dinamis belum menerapkan prosedur penyusutan arsip secara sistematis.Kata kunci: arsip aktif; dokumen-dokumen; manajemen arsip dinamisAbstract: This study aims to find out how the creation of dynamic archives, the use of dynamic archives, the maintenance of dynamic archives, and the shrinkage of dynamic archives at the Karanganyar District Dispermades office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Research data were obtained from places or facilities, instruments, as well as documents and archives by sampling using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected using interview, observation, and document analysis techniques. The Data validity test is obtained by 1) credibility test, 2) transferability test, 3) dependability test, and 4) confirmability test. Data analysis techniques use interactive model data analysis with stages: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) concluding. The results showed that: 1) Dynamic archive creation goes with manually creating dynamic archives. Every incoming and outgoing mail is well managed from receipt to storage in the filing cabinet. 2) The use of dynamic archives includes borrowing archives that have not implemented systematic lending procedures, and manual rediscovery of archives takes 4-7 minutes.  3) Dynamic archive maintenance is carried out by regularly cleaning the storage area and providing archive deterrent materials from insects such as camphor and other deterrent materials. 4) Dynamic archive shrinkage has not implemented a systematic archive shrinkage procedure.Keywords: archive; dynamic archive; dynamic archive management

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) the implementation of Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library) at the Sukoharjo Regency Regional Library; (2) the obstacles faced in implementing the Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library); (3) efforts made by the Regional Library of Sukoharjo Regency to overcome obstacles in the Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library). This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results showed that 1) the implementation of the Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library) included a) planning and preparation of application procurement, b) launching and introducing applications to the public, and b) implementing member registration applications. ; 2) obstacles to implementing the Sukoharjo E-Perpus application (Digital Library), including a) inadequate servers, b) suboptimal application socialization, c) lack of administrators in implementing applications, d) digital book collections that are still lacking in an application; 3) the efforts made by the Sukoharjo Archives and Library Service in dealing with problems of the Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library) include a) coordinating with service providers related to server problems, b) massive socialization to the public, c) appointment application administrator, d) addition to the collection of books that are still in the application.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the use of the Online Vehicle Tax Administration System (SAKPOLE) application in paying motor vehicle taxes at SAMSAT Surakarta; 2) find out the obstacles to using the Online Vehicle Tax Administration System (SAKPOLE) application in paying motor vehicle taxes at SAMSAT Surakarta; 3) knowing the solution to the constraints of using the Online Vehicle Tax Administration System (SAKPOLE) application in paying motor vehicle taxes at SAMSAT Surakarta. This study uses a type of qualitative research. Using purposive and snowball sampling, research data were obtained from informants, events, and documents. Interviews, observation, and document analysis collected data collection techniques. Data validity was obtained by source, technique and time triangulation. The data analysis technique uses interactive data analysis. The results of the study show that the use of the SAKPOLE application in annual PKB payments includes: (1) increasing awareness in paying taxes, (2) reducing the use of service bureaus, (3) increasing income, and (4) speeding up services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of infrastructure on the online learning motivation of PAP students, (2) the influence of the family environment on the online learning motivation of PAP students, and (3) the influence of infrastructure and family environment on the online learning motivation of PAP students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a population of 158 PAP students in the class of 2020 and 2021. The sample used is 113 PAP students. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of infrastructure on learning motivation based on the results of the t-test (tcount 3,531 > ttable 1,981) and sig. 0.001 < 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the family environment on learning motivation based on the results of the t-test (tcount 3.755 > ttable 1.981) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05), and (3) there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of infrastructure and family environment on learning motivation based on the results of the F test (Fcount 22.849 > Ftable 3.08) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar; (2) mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, (5) mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Bentuk penelitiannya adalah kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan strategi tunggal yang tetap. Sumber data meliputi informan, tempat dan peristiwa, serta dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dan teknik snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Untuk mengukur keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kurikulum satuan pendidikan, melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar dan praktik kewirausahaan, (2) Kendala-kendala yang ditemui dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, antara lain perubahan kurikulum, persepsi siswa yang menganggap mata kuliah kewirausahaan hanya sebagai mata kuliah pelengkap, suasana pembelajaran yang kurang menyenangkan, siswa kekurangan sumber belajar (3) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala analisis pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar meliputi inovasi pembelajaran, perubahan pandangan mahasiswa tentang mata kuliah kewirausahaan, pemilihan metode pengajaran yang menarik dan peminjaman buku teks di perpustakaan.Kata kunci: antusiasme berbisnis;mata kuliah kewirausahaan; penerapan Abstract: This study purposed to (1) determine the implementation of entrepreneurship learning in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar; (2) determine the constraints faced in the implementation of entrepreneurship learning in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, (5) determine the efforts made to overcome the constraints in the of entrepreneurship learning in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The research form is qualitative, whereas the method used is descriptive with a fixed single strategy. The data source includes the informant, places and events, and documents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation, and documentation. To measure the data validity used, triangulation of sources and methods. Data analyzing techniques use interactive analysis.  The results showed that (1) The implementation of entrepreneurship learning is implemented in accordance with the educational unit curriculum, through teaching and learning activities and the entrepreneurship practice, (2) The constraints encountered in the implementation of entrepreneurship learning in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, among others, the curriculum change, the students’ perception that considers entrepreneurship course only as complementary course, the less pleasant learning atmosphere, students lack of study resources (3) Efforts made to overcome the constraints of the analysis of entrepreneurship learning in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar includes learning innovation, changed the students’ views about entrepreneurship courses, a selection of interesting teaching methods and borrowing the textbooks in the library. Keywords: business enthusiasm; entrepreneurship course; implementation

Abstract

 Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 menyebabkan perubahan pada sistem yang ada di masyarakat dan pemerintahan. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam sistem pemerintahan khususnya dalam hal Pelayanan Publik kepada masyarakat menjadi lebih efektif terutama di masa pandemi yang membatasi dimensi ruang pelayanan. E-Government yang digunakan pemerintah dapat mempermudah proses penyampaian pelayanan dari masyarakat kepada pemerintah. Penulis memilih Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sragen karena Kabupaten Sragen telah mendapatkan penghargaan dalam best of the best e-goverment Award 2007 dari Warta Ekonomi. Penulis fokus pada penerapan e-Government di perangkat daerah khususnya Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Sragen, berdasarkan hasil kajian penerapan E-Government oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sragen belum terlaksana di semua perangkat regional.Kata kunci: departemen koperasi; pemerintahan digital; usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah Abstract: Information and communication technology development in the Industrial Revolution era 4.0 caused changes in existing systems in society and government. The use of information and communication technology in the government system, especially in terms of Public Services to the community, becomes more effective, especially during a pandemic that limits the dimension of service space. E-Government used by the government can facilitate the process of submitting services from the public to the government. The author chose the Regional Government of Sragen Regency because Sragen Regency has received an award in the best of the best e-government Award 2007 from Warta Ekonomi. The author focuses on the implementation of e-government in regional devices, especially the Cooperative and SME Office of Sragen Regency, based on the results of a study of the implementation of E-Government by the Regional Government of Sragen Regency has not been implemented in all regional devices.Keywords: cooperative department; digital government; micro small and medium enterprises

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan uraian tugas pegawai; (2) mengetahui hambatan dalam penerapan uraian tugas pegawai; dan (3) mengetahui solusi permasalahan pelaksanaan uraian tugas di DPMPTSP Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini meliputi informan, tempat, peristiwa, dan dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi partisipatif pasif, dan analisis dokumen. Validitas penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknis dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif agar hasil penelitian mudah dipahami. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Pelaksanaan uraian tugas pegawai pada DPMPTSP Kota Surakarta berpedoman pada Visi dan Misi, Peraturan Walikota Surakarta Nomor 40 Tahun 2021, dan Keputusan Walikota Surakarta Nomor 800.1/97.1 Tahun 2021, penyusunannya telah memperhatikan prinsip Sistematis, Jelas, Ringkas, Tepat, dan Taat, serta penempatan pegawai yang tidak sesuai dengan Keputusan Walikota Surakarta Nomor 800.1/97.1 Tahun 2021; (2) Kendala uraian tugas pegawai berupa lambatnya proses pemenuhan jumlah pegawai, belum adanya SOP kerja, bertambahnya beban kerja sebagian pegawai, dan pembatasan pembukaan magang mahasiswa di masa pandemi; dan (3) Solusi permasalahan pelaksanaan uraian tugas pegawai adalah dengan mengajukan usulan kekurangan pegawai kepada BKD Kota Surakarta, menyusun SOP kerja, mengusulkan pembagian beban kerja, dan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang ada.Kata kunci: beban kerja; kualitatif; sumber daya manusia; uraian tugasAbstract: This study aims to: (1) determine the implementation of employee job descriptions; (2) know the obstacles in implementing employee job descriptions; and (3) find out the solution to the problem of implementing the job description at DPMPTSP Surakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. This study's data sources include informants, places, events, and documents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews, passive participatory observation, and document analysis. The validity of this research was tested using technical triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis uses an interactive model to make the research results easy to understand. The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of employee job descriptions at the Surakarta City DPMPTSP guided by the Vision and Mission, Surakarta Mayor Regulation Number 40 of 2021, and Surakarta Mayor's Decree Number 800.1/97.1 of 2021, the preparation has taken into account the principles of Systematic, Clear, Concise, Precise, and Obedient, and the placement of employees who are not in accordance with the Decree of the Mayor of Surakarta Number 800.1/97.1 of 2021; (2) Obstacles in employee job descriptions in the form of the slow process of fulfilling the number of employees, the absence of work SOPs, increasing workloads for some employees, and restrictions on opening student internships during the pandemic; and (3) The solution to the problem of implementing employee job descriptions is submitting a proposal for a shortage of employees to the Surakarta City BKD, compiling work SOPs, proposing workload distribution, and utilizing existing human resources.Keywords: human resources; job description; qualitative; workload

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) Pengaruh komunikasi dan kecerdasan emosional secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Supermarket Luwes Gading yang berjumlah 80 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Supermarket Luwes Gading. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (3,618 > 1,991) pada taraf signifikansi 5%; 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Supermarket Luwes Gading. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (2,485 > 1,991) pada taraf signifikansi 5%; 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi dan kecerdasan emosional secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Swalayan Luwes Gading. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (115,702 > 3,11) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dengan sumbangan efektif Komunikasi (X1) sebesar 45%, sumbangan efektif Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) sebesar 30%, dan sumbangan relatif Komunikasi (X1) sebesar 60%, maka sumbangan relatif Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) sebesar 40 %.Kata kunci: efektivitas karyawan; kecakapan emosional; pertukaran informasi Abstract: This study aims to know (1) the effect of communication on employee performance, (2) the Effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, and (3) the Effect of communication and emotional intelligence simultaneously on employee performance. This research is quantitative research with a correlational research design. The population in this study were all permanent employees of Luwes Gading Supermarkets, totaling 80 employees. The sampling technique used was the non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique is a classic assumption test and multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 for Windows. The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant effect of communication on employee performance at Luwes Gading Supermarkets. This is evidenced by tcount > ttable (3.618 > 1.991) at a significance level of 5%; 2) There was a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at Luwes Gading Supermarkets. This is evidenced by tcount > ttable (2,485 > 1,991) at a significance level of 5%; 3) There was a positive and significant influence between communication and emotional intelligence simultaneously on employee performance at Luwes Gading Supermarkets. This is evidenced by tcount > ttable (115.702 > 3.11) at a significance level of 5%. With the effective contribution of Communication (X1) of 45%, the effective contribution of Emotional Intelligence (X2) of 30%, and the relative contribution of Communication (X1) of 60%, the relative contribution of Emotional Intelligence (X2) of 40%.Keywords: communication; emotional intelligence; employee performance
