Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is aimed to know: (1) the implementation of procurement system and item maintenance at the state prosecutor of Surakarta. (2) the obstacles occur in the implementation of procurement system and item maintenance at the state prosecutor of Surakarta. (3) the efforts which done to overcome the obstacles the implementation of procurement system and item maintenance at the state prosecutor of Surakarta. This research is a qualitative fenomenologic research. The technique of collecting the subject of the research is purposive sampling. The source of the data which is used are informants, events or activities; location, documents, and archives. Technique of collecting data used in the research is interview, archives and documentation. The validity of the data checked use triangulation data and triangulation method. Technique of analysing the data use interactive model which is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the implementation of procurement system and item maintenance at the state prosecutor of Surakarta runs well. The obstacles occur is procurement of the product of financial capital is hard to get, the procurement is not accepted by the suggested sector, the administration division do not report the factual data of procurement, it lacks the capital goods is very lacking, transparency is not implemented well. The problem solving used are using personal pocket for small maintenance, there is selection toward suggested items, educating about procurement of the capital goods and stationaries, and improving the inventory system. Keywords: System Analysis, Product Procurement, Item Maintenance, the State Prosecutor of Surakarta

Abstract

Analysis of Spatial Efficiency of the Sales Office of PT Batik Keris. This study aims to determine the efficiency of office layout in the sales department of PT Batik Keris Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this study are: (1) The arrangement of office space in the Sales Section of PT Batik Keris which has not fulfilled the principles of office layout such as still not utilizing all the available space in the Sales Section, has not fulfilled the shortest distance principle, and has not made good use of office equipment with good. (2) The obstacles faced are: (a) Employees' tables and chairs do not have partitions so that they seem cramped. (b) Awareness of employees in using filing cabinets. (c) There are lots of cash boxes around the employee's desk. (3) Efforts were made to overcome obstacles, namely by rearranging employee tables and chairs, providing socialization regarding the use of filing cabinets, and getting rid of boxes around employee desks so as not to interfere with employee mobility.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021; (2) pengaruh motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021; dan (3) pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer berupa nilai praktik kerja industri siswa dan angket untuk memperoleh data motivasi memasuki dunia kerja siswa dan kesiapan kerja siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dimana digunakan keseluruhan siswa kelas XII jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan mengambil data sekunder berupa nilai prakerin siswa dan data primer menggunakan angket dengan skala likert yang diwujudkan melalui google form guna mempermudah pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan Uji t untuk menguji secara parsial masing-masing variabel. Digunakan analisis regresi dengan SPSS 22.0 dengan melihat tabel t pada nilai regression linier dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Selanjutnya juga digunakan Uji F atau Uji ANOVA untuk menetahui pengaruh dua variabel independen secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik kerja industri tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (thitung= -1,308 < ttabel= 2,039) dengan nilai Sumbangan Efektif (SE) sebesar 3,34%. Motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh secara pesitif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (thitung= 5,793 > ttabel= 2,039) dengan Sumbangan Efektif (SE) sebesar 50,76%. Sehingga diperoleh total Sumbangan Efektif dari kedua variabel independen adalah 54,1%. Praktik kerja industri dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (Fhitung= 18,256 > Ftabel= 3,30) kelas XII jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in activeness and critical thinking capability of the students who were participated in the Leadership course by applying the Debate method. The study design consists of two main cycles (cycle I, and cycle II), each cycle research steps include planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting process. The Data collection methods used are observation, and documentation; the percentage descriptive method used as data analysis technique. The research findings explained by using three research steps, those are initial observation, observation using Cycle I, and observation using Cycle II. The initial observation (pre-cycle) found that student activity was very low. From 38 students observed, only 3 students asked for questions, or only 8% who were active, while other students were passive, by just listened to the lecturer’s explanations. The target for student activity is 75% from the total observed students. In addition to student activeness, this study also aimed to find out the ability of critical thinking of the students. In the Cycle I, the student activity has increased to 27 people or 71% of the total observed students. In the debating group, found if the pro group have 8 active students and in the contra group have 9 active students, while the listening group or observer group have 10 students who submit their opinions. In the Cycle II, there were more active students, because in this cycle the groups conducting more intense debate which involved another students, then the class became more active. In the pro group, there were 9 active students and the contra group increasing to 11 active students, while the observer group reached 12 active students, so there were 32 active students or 84% from total students observed. Based on the research findings, concluded that the student activity increased slightly through implementation of the debate method. The activity occurs gradually from cycle I to cycle II. In learning process, when applying the debate method in the Leadership course, the students are seen to be very active and shows the critical thinking capabilities, ranging from student self-skill, explaining skill, interpreting skill, analyzing skill, evaluating skill in order to draw the conclusions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dalam Pelaksanaan Administrasi di Kelurahan Kadipiro (Studi Kasus di Kelurahan Kadipiro). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang (1) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap pelaksanaan administrasi di kelurahan Kadipiro, (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi dari pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di kelurahan Kadipiro.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di kelurahan Kadipiro, kecamatan Banjarsari, kota Surakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dokumen dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pemanfaatan teknologi informasi bagi petugas administrasi di kelurahan Kadipiro, Banjarsari, Surakarta sebagai berikut: (1) Membantu pekerjaan menjadi lebih cepat, lancar, dan akurat, (2) Keamanan data terjamin, (3) Mempermudah dalam pencarian data, (4) Menambah wawasan bagi seorang administrasi, (4) Lebih produktif dalam bekerja. Pemanfaatan teknologi memiliki kendala antara lain: (1) Kurang terampil dalam penggunan teknologi (2) Tidak adanya seminar yang menunjang keterampilan pegawai administrasi (3) Perlunya penambahan staff, (4) Komputer yang masih spesifikasi rendah, (5) Tidak ada genset apabila mati lampu, (6) Aplikasi yang eror, (7) Jaringan terkendala. Adapun solusi dari penggunaan teknologi informasi di kelurahan Kadipiro sebagai berikut: (1) Bertanya ke teman yang sudah ahli dalam bidang teknologi, (2) Pengajuan penambahan staff pada kepegawaian, (3) Pengadaan genset dan komputer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between employee perceptions of leadership style on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between perceptions of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of the West Java High Court employees. This research is a research with a quantitative approach with the type of correlational / associative research. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 278 people and the sample in this study amounted to 74 people. The sampling technique in this research is proportional sampling technique with a sample taken of 74 respondents. The data obtained from this study were then processed using the IBM SPSS 24 tool. This analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, H1 shows that the leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected. H2 shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. H3 shows that work discipline has the most positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. H4 shows that leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This aim of this study is to determine: (1) The description of the teacher competence, especially pedagogical competence and professional competence of vocational high school teacher of office adminstration area of expertise in Surakarta who have followed UKG; (2) Obstacles the vocational high school teacher of Office Administration area of expertise encounter in Surakarta in taking UKG; (3) Type of education and training required by vocational high school teachers of Office Administration areas of expertise in Surakarta getting results UKG below the standards to improve the teachers professionalism. The method used in this study is qualitative research with case study approach. The sources of the data are primary data source in the form of words of informants and secondary data sources in the form of documentation and the archives of UKG results year 2015. The sampling techniques used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that: (1) Pedagogical and professional competence of vocational high school teachers of office administration areas of expertise in Surakarta own good but still needs to be improved. It is seen from (a) The pedagogic and professional competence have been implemented as indicators Permendiknas No. 16 year 2007 (b) the average value of UKG on pedagogical competence is 51.13 and professional competence is 58.32 (c) The average value of competence pedagogic through questionnaires by 78.35 and amounted to 72.73 of professional competence. (2) Obstacles encountered in taking the UKG is the material tested on the professional competence is too broad, the lack of mastery of pedagogic competence, lack of mastery of the computer (3) Training required by vocational high school teachers of Office Administration areas of experties in Surakarta getting results UKG below the standard to improve the professionalism of teachers including in-depth training of administration productive office subject, training of pedagogical competence and professional competence gradually, computer training.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are for  understanding : (1) Therole of School Committee in determining and implementing policiesin SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. (2) The obstacles that occur in the School Committeein SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. (3) The efforts made to resolve the obstacles that occur in in determining and implementing policiesin SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This research is using a qualitative descriptive with case study research approach. The sources of data used in this research come from informants, research location, documents and archives. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collecting techniques used are interviews, observation,and documentation analysis. The data validations used are data triangulation. Data analysis used is an interactive analysis model and flow analysis model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to find out: 1) Whether or not there is an effect of family environment on student learning outcomes of entrepreneurship in class XI Office Administration of SMK Negeri 4 Klaten, 2) Whether or not there is an effect of teaching creativity teacher on student learning outcomes of entrepreneurship in class XI Office Administration of SMK Negeri 4 Klaten, 3) Whether or not there is an effect of family environment and teaching creativity teacher together on student learning outcomes of entrepreneuship in class XI Office Administration of SMK Negeri 4 Klaten. This study was a quantitative research with a multiple linear regression The population of research was the student in class XI Office Administration with 83 respondents being the sample. The sampling technique used was propotional random sampling. The result of reseach, it could be found the coefficient regression Ῠ = 54,145 + 0,115X1 + 0,273X2. From the result of hypothesis testing, it could be found rstatistic (0,349) > rtable (0,2159) so that the first hypothesis stating that “There is a positive relationship between family environment and student learning outcomes” was supported. From the result of hypothesis testing, it could also be found rstatistic (0,466) > rtable (0,2159) so that the second hypothesis stating that “There is a positive relationship between teaching creativity teacher and student learning outcomes” was supported. From the result of F test, it could be seen family environment and teaching creativity teacher variables simultaneously affected the student learning outcomes with Fstatistic value = 12,521 and a= 0,05. Keywords: Family Environment, Teaching Creativity Teacher, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the findings that emerged, namely the decline in the performance of PT Yale employees as indicated by the furniture production carried out; the majority of employees do not understand organizational culture; employees are less innovative; employee motivation drops. This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Yale Setya Sentosa. (2) the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Yale Setya Sentosa. (3) the influence of organizational culture and motivation jointly influence the performance of employees of PT Yale Setya Sentosa.             This research is a quantitative correlational study with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires, namely by providing structured statements to respondents designed to obtain precise and accurate information. Prior to the hypothesis testing, assumptions were tested, namely normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R quadrad test. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture affects the performance of employees of PT Yale Setya Sentosa. 2) Employee work motivation affects the employee performance of PT Yale Setya Sentosa. 3) Organizational culture and motivation jointly influence the performance of employees of PT Yale Setya Sentosa
