Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to know: (1) the effect of students' participation in extracurricular and students' communication ability; (2) the effect of learning activeness and students' communication; (3) the effect of students' participation in extracurricular and learning activeness towards students' communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in the academic year of 2019/2020. This research used quantitative method and proportional random sampling to take 85 students as sample from 108 total of population. The techniques for collecting the data were questionnaire and documentation. These data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the research showed that: (1) there was positive and significant correlation between students' participation in extracurricular and communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/202, (tobtained 9,680 > ttable 2,050); (2) there was positive and significant correlation between learning activeness and communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/2020, (tobtained 2,795 > ttable 2,050); (3) there was positive and significant correlation between students' participation in extracurricular and learning activeness towards communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/2020, (Fobtained 69,413 > Ftable 3,11).

Abstract

The aims of the research are (1) To identify the realization of performance guidance toward civil servant in Department of Education Surakarta (2) To identify some problems happened during the realization of performance guidance toward civil servant in Department of Education Surakarta (3) To identify some efforts to overcome problems happened during the realization of performance guidance toward civil servant in Department of Education Surakarta. This research used qualitative research method. The kind of the research being used was case study research. The sources of data in this research were gained from informants, location of the event, and documents. The techniques of collecting data were gained by conducting interview, observation, and documentation. The data validity being used was triangulation method. Meanwhile, the data was analyzed by interactive analysis technique, where the data reduction, the data display, and the conclusion drawing were being related each other. The results of the research were (1) The realization of performance guidance toward civil servant in Department of Education Surakarta was based on the legal sources of law, either from the central or regional government has the same policy. The performance guidance toward civil servant was conducted through some programs which based on the guidance range, including giving general orientation, providing some facilities for the staffs, conducting some activities to fulfill both physical and spiritual needs, giving instruction for some work techniques, giving guidance on staffs’ abilities, giving guidance on civil servants discipline, and giving guidance through staff mutation. (2) There were some problems happened during the realization of performance guidance toward civil servant in Department of Education Surakarta, they were; the limitation of budget, the staff’s low response toward the follow-up guidance, and the reluctance feeling in guiding senior staffs. (3) Some efforts that had been attempted to overcome some problems on the realization of performance guidance toward civil servant in Department of Education Surakarta, were; proposing budget and training participants, conducting strict supervision, and using both oral warning and written media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: : (1) there is a positive and significant influence between students ability to complete HOTS on student’s creativity (t_hitung > t_tabel atau 3,754 > 1,995; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between social environment on student’s creativity (t_hitung> t_tabel atau 9,748 > 1,995); (3) there is a positive and significant influence between students ability to complete HOTS and social environment on student’s creativity (F_hitung> F_tabel atau 116.634 > 3,128). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Population 72 people. The sampling technique uses purposive saturated sample. The data is then processed using IBM SPSS 25. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.The results of this study are, students ability to complete HOTS has a positive and significant effect on student’s creativity. Social environment has a positive and significant effect on student’s creativity. Students ability to complete HOTS and Social environment have a simultaneous influence on student’s creativity. K7514060. PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN GADGET DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN SIMULASI DAN KOMUNIKASI DIGITAL KELAS X JURUSAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN SMK NEGERI 1 SUKOHARJO TAHUN AJARAN 2017/2018. Skripsi (diajukan untuk memenuhi salah satu persyaratan mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Pendidikan (S.Pd) pada Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran) Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, Juli 2018.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Sukoharjo. (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Sukoharjo. (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 108 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling sebanyak 85 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS statistics v.20.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan penggunaan gadget terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu -1,865 > 1,664 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan prestasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 2,360 > 1,664 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan gadget dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 3,392 > 3,008 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Besarnya sumbangan relatif penggunaan gadget sebesar 32,9%. Sumbangan relatif motivasi belajar sebesar 67,1. Sumbangan efektif penggunaan gadget sebesar 2.5%. Sumbangan efektif motivasi belajar sebesar 5,1%. Kata Kunci: Penggunaan Gadget, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine implementation of Telunjuk Sakti application at Department Of Population And Civil Registration Of Wonogiri Regency. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. The research was conducted at Department Of Population And Civil Registration Of Wonogiri Regency. For sampling using purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques with observations, interviews and documents. The validity of the data is obtained by triangulating sources and method. Data analysis techniques use interactive model data analysis            .The result of this research is: 1) the implementation of the Telunjuk Sakti application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency includes: a) Planning, b) Socialization, c) Implementation, and d) Results and evaluation. 2) the implementation of the Telunjuk Sakti application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency has several obstacles including: a) blank spot area, b) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, c) low human resource capabilities, d) Telunjuk Sakti application server often has problems, and, 3) erfforts to overcome the obstacles that occur include: a) installing internet network amplifiers, b) make a budget proposal, c) conducting training and technical guidance, and d) repairing servers on the Telunjuk Sakti application.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Penerapan job description pegawai di Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Kelas IA Khusus, (2) Hambatan-hambatan dalam penerapan job description pegawai, (3) SolusI yang tepat tehadap permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penerapan job description pegawai. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah informan, tempat atau peristiwa, serta arsip atau dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik uji validitas data trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi metode. Teknik analisis data model analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Penerapan job description pegawai di Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Kelas IA Khusus berdasarkan pedoman job description pegawai, prosedur penerapan job description pegawai, dan penilaian job description pegawai; (2) Hambatan-hambatannya kurangnya pegawai, rendahnya kualitas pegawai, adanya rangkap job description pegawai, adanya rotasi pegawai yang tidak berdasarkan job analysis, ketidaksesuaian penilaian job description pegawai; (3) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yaitu perekrutan mahasiswa magang, belajar mandiri, peraturan larangan job description pegawai, rotasi pegawai yang berdasarkan job analysis, revisi data job description pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes and describe the learning process through the application of discovery learning methods to students of class X OTKP 1 at SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo. This type of research is included in classroom action research with the design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. This study consisted of two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X, totaling 15 people. Data was collected by using observation sheets and learning outcomes tests and reinforced by interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are critical analysis techniques and comparative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle the percentage of completeness was 73.3% (unfinished) and in the second cycle increased with the percentage of completeness of 86.67% (finish). The average score of student learning activities and teacher teaching in the first cycle both obtained a score of 2 (good enough) and in the second cycle increased with a score of 4 (very good) for student learning activities and a score of 3 (good) for teaching activities teacher. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the application of discovery learning methods can improve the learning outcomes of students in class X OTKP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo on communication materials in the workplace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Dampak positif dan negatif pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa baru Prodi PAP UNS, 2) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi dampak negatif pembelajaran daring Prodi PAP UNS.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, analisis dokumen, arsip. Validitas data diperoleh melalui pengujian transferability, dependability, confirmability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Tahap penelitian melalui: 1) Pra lapangan, 2) Pekerjaan lapangan, 3) Analisis data, 4) Penarikan kesimpulan dan 5) Laporan penelitian.Hasil penelitian ditemukan: 1) Dampak positif pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa baru Prodi PAP UNS yaitu: a) meningkatkan kemampuan menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran, b) beragamnya penggunaan media aplikasi pembelajaran, c) waktu pembelajaran fleksibel dan d) menghemat biaya akomodasi. Adapun dampak negatif yaitu: a) terganggunya penyesuaian diri terhadap pembelajaran, b) beberapa mahasiswa sulit memahami materi, c) motivasi belajar mahasiswa menurun dan d) dosen tidak dapat mengawasi mahasiswa secara langsung. 2) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi dampak negatif pembelajaran daring Prodi PAP UNS yaitu: a) memperbanyak informasi seputar Prodi PAP UNS, b) menggunakan metode pembelajaran interaktif, c) meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa baru dan d) meningkatkan pengawasan dalam pembelajaran.
