Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: the implementation of an ACTIVE work culture on the academic aspect of FKIP, the implementation of an ACTIVE work culture on the academic aspect of FKIP, solutions to the implementation of a work culture on the academic aspect of FKIP.This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Sources of data were obtained from the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Head of Study Programs, lecturers, and students. Sampling technique: snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documents. Data validity test: method triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques: interactive data analysis techniquesThe results showed that the ACTIVE work culture in the academic aspect at FKIP had been going well, although there were some obstacles. The obstacles faced are the limitations of classrooms and laboratories, the existence of Work from Home (WFH) regulations during the covid-19 pandemic, and the lack of awareness of the ACTIVE work culture. Solutions made: efforts to complete facilities and infrastructure, create innovations during the WFH rule by using alternative media and methods, build awareness by conducting socialization

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA APLIKASI TYPING MASTER DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENGETIK 10 JARI PADA KELAS XI JURUSAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN  DI SMK N 1 KARANGANYAR TAHUN AJARAN 2017/2018 BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENGETIK 10 JARI. Skripsi. Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret. Mei 2018.            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan media aplikasi typing master terhadap keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada kelas XI jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2017/2018; (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada kelas XI jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2017/2018; (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama  penggunaan media aplikasi typing master dan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada kelas XI jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Karanganyar tahun ajaran 2017/2018            Di dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK N 1 Karanganyar. Sampel penelitian 72 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang sebelumnya telah diuji coba (try out) dan diuji validitas serta diuji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan aplikasi typing master terhadap keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada siswa kelas XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Karanganyar th Ajaran 2017/2018. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji T diperoleh nilai t hitung (2,835)  > t table   (1,99) dan signifikansi < 0,05 (0,006 < 0,05); (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada siswa kelas XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK N 1 Karanganyar th Ajaran 2017/2018. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji T diperoleh nilai t hitung (2,816) > t table (1,995) dan signifikansi < 0,05 (0,006 < 0,05); (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara penggunaan aplikasi typing master dan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan mengetik 10 jari pada siswa kelas XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 1 Karanganyar th ajaran 2017/2018. Hal ini dibuktikkan dengan hasil uji F diperoleh F hitung (12,125) > F table (3,130).

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effectiveness of the use of the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) in State Vocational High Schools throughout the city of Surakarta; 2) obstacles that occur in the use of KIP; and 3) solutions given to the problems that occur. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. Sources of research data include informants, documents, and events. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected by means of interviews, observations, and documents. The validity test technique used is triangulation of techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques with interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study are as follows: The effectiveness of KIP utilization is seen from 1) The accuracy of the target of KIP utilization, in terms of acceptance accuracy is not right because there are still poor KIP holder students who do not get assistance. Meanwhile, in terms of the accuracy of the utilization objectives, it is seen that the funds that have been disbursed by students have been used properly; 2) Socialization of the use of KIP, socialization from the education office is lacking, there is only monitoring once a year. However, socialization to students has been carried out well by the school; and 3) Monitoring of KIP utilization has been carried out by the school through a whatsapp group, from the results of this monitoring the use of KIP in State Vocational Schools throughout the city of Surakarta can be categorized as effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh teamwork terhadap motivasi kerja. (2) untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh persepsi pegawai tentang pengawasan pimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja. (3) untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh teamwork dan persepsi pegawai tentang pengawasan pimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wonogiri. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel seluruh pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wonogiri berjumlah 42 orang. Berdasarkan analisis, ditemukan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan teamwork terrhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (thitung >ttabel atau 4,457 > 2,023). (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi pegawai tentang pengawasan pimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wonogiri (thitung > ttabel atau 2,283> 2,023) (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan teamwork dan persepsi pegawai tentang pengawasan pimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wonogiri (Fhitung > Ftabel atau 15,321>3,23).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of dynamic and static filing applications in the Service Section at Pratama Tax Office Karanganyar. This research was conducted at Pratama Tax Office Karanganyar. The sampling of this research is using purposive sampling and snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained by triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses interactive model data analysis. The results obtained: (1) the application of dynamic and static filing applications facilitates file storage to be neatly organized in one system, facilitates file retrieval, and makes it easier for officers to monitor files, (2) obstacles in implementing dynamic and static filing applications are unstable computer servers and application menus need to be added, and (3) the efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing dynamic and static filing applications are coordinating with system administration for server repairs and submitting proposals for adding file application menus.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research were to find out 1) the effects of self-effficacy toward student’s interest in entrepreneurship program office administration SMK Sukawati Gemolong, 2) the effects of social economics status of the parents toward student’s interest in entrepreneurship program office administration SMK Sukawati Gemolong, and 3) the effects of self-efficacy and social economics status of the parents together toward student’s interest in entrepreneurship program office administration SMK Sukawati Gemolong.This research used a descriptive metods with quantitative. The population in this research were all student of class XI and XII program office administration SMK Sukawati Gemolong which amounted to 79 students. The sample in this research amount to 66 students, taken with stratified proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and document. The data analysis technique using multiple regression, t test, and F test. The conclusions of this research is that there are positive and significant  effect of 1) self-effficacy toward student’s interest in entrepreneurship program office administration SMK Sukawati Gemolong with tcount  amount 8,079 (α = 5%, 2) social economics status of the parents toward student’s interest in entrepreneurship program office administration SMK Sukawati Gemolong with tcount  amount 3,029 (α = 5%), and 3) self-efficacy and social economics status of the parents together toward student’s interest in entrepreneurship program office administration SMK Sukawati Gemolong fcount amount 45,412 (α = 5%). The variable of self-efficacy gives relative contribution amount 82,78%  and effective contibution amount 48,84%. The variable of social economics satus of the parents gives relative contribution amount 17,36% and effective contibution amount 10,24%.  Keyword: Self Confidence, Social Class, and Desire Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) pengaruh persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar atau SMK Batik 1 Surakarta, (2) pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar atau SMK Batik 1 Surakarta, (3) pengaruh persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama pada hasil belajar mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah semua siswa kelas Manajemen Perkantoran di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. Sampel 82 siswa adalah teknik sensus yang dipilih. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 23.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian: (1) pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dalam hasil belajar, (2) pengaruh yang signifikan dari tampilan pembelajaran pada hasil belajar, (3) persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Kontribusi efektif persepsi siswa tentang pengajaran mengajar guru (X1) sebesar 10,12%, kontribusi efektif disiplin belajar (X2) sebesar 26,87% dan kontribusi relatif persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru (X1) sebesar 27,35%, kontribusi relatif belajar pembelajaran (X2) sebesar 26,87% dan kontribusi relatif persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru (X1) sebesar 27,35% 72,64%.Kata kunci: keterampilan mengajar guru, disiplin belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine:  (1) the influence of student’s activeness; (2) the influence of learning facilities on the learning outcomes; and (3) the influence of student activeness and learning facilities together toward the learning outcomes at twelveth grade of Personnel Administration subject at SMK N 1 Banyudono Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The sample taken were 60 students, using Slovin formula, and random sampling technique. The results of the research indicate: 1) significant positive effect of student activity on student’s learning outcomes, t_count> t_table (5.303> 2,00030) significance (0,000 <0.05); 2) significant positive influence of learning facilities on student’s learning outcomes, tcount> ttable (5,071> 2,00030) significance (0,000 <0,05); 3) significant positive effect of student activeness and learning facilities together on student’s learning outcomes, evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (59,209> 3.15) significance (0,000 <0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha received; and 4) multiple linear regression equations obtained Ŷ = 30.955 + 0.199 X1 + 0.387 X2. These results indicate that the higher activeness and complete learning facilities together, the better student’s learning outcomes achieved by students at twelveth grade at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Academic Year 2019/2020.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate the collaboration of the cooperative learning model of the NHT type andthe PBL learning model to improve the learning activeness and resultin the Public Relation and Protocol subject matter of the students inGrade XI Office Administration 2 of State Vocational High School 1of Boyolali in Academic Year 2015 / 2016. This research used theclassroom action research method with two cycles. Each cycleconsisted of four phases, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation,(3) observation, and (4) reflection. Its subject was the students asmany as 32 in Grade XI Office Administration of State VocationalHigh School 1 of Boyolali. The data sources of the research were ateacher and the students. The data of research were collected throughobservation, test, and documentation. They were validated by usingthe data collection triangulation, and method triangulation, andcontent validity. The data were analyzed by using the descriptivecomparative model of analysis and the critical model of analysis. Thestudents‟ learning activeness in the visual aspect was 13.79% in Precycle. Then it became 62.50% in Cycle I and 87.50% in Cycle II respectively. Furthermore, the students‟ learning activeness in the oral activity aspect was 20.69% in Pre-cycle. Next, it became 62.50% in Cycle I and 90.63%in Cycle II. In addition, the students‟ learning activeness in the listening activity aspect was 17.24% in Pre-cycle. Then it became 68.75% in Cycle I and 87.50% in Cycle II. Finally, the students‟ learning activeness in the writing activity aspect was 27.69% in Pre-cycle. Then, it became 81.25% in Cycle I and 100% in Cycle II. The percentage of the students who attained the minimum learning completeness was 46.87% with the average score of 84.74 in Precycle. Then, it became 75.00% with the average score of 85.63 in Cycle I and 93.75% with the average score of 96,25 in Cycle II respectively.
