Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kecemasan mempengaruhi intensitas nyeri yang dirasakan pasien pasca caesar. Jika dibiarkan, maka akan berpengaruh terhadap proses penyembuhan pasien dan lama rawat di rumah sakit. Perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan perlu memperhatikan aspek bio-psiko-spiritual pasien. Intervensi SEFT diyakini dapat mempengaruhi ketiga aspek tersebut dan memiliki efektivitas dalam mengatasi kecemasan dan mengurangi nyeri pasca SC. Tujuan: melakukan intervensi SEFT untuk mengatasi kecemasan dan nyeri pasca SC. Metode: Studi ini merupakan studi kasus deskriptif dengan metode asuhan keperawatan pada ibu pasca SC dengan masalah keperawatan kecemasan dan nyeri akut, lalu diberikan intervensi SEFT satu kali dalam sehari selama tiga hari dengan analisis hasil menggunakan instrumen Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) untuk menilai tingkat kecemasan dan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) untuk menilai tingkat nyeri.Hasil: Setelah diberikan intervensi terdapat penurunan tingkat kecemasan menjadi 15 (kecemasan ringan) dan tingkat nyeri yang dievaluasi perharinya selalu mengalami penurunan yang dimana evaluasi hari terakhir menunjukan skala 3/10 (nyeri ringan). Kesimpulan dan Saran: Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukan bahwa intervensi SEFT (Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique) ini berpengaruh pada penurunan tingkat kecemasan dan tingkat nyeri yang dirasaka ibu pasca SC. Pengaplikasian intervensi ini direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan secara rutin selama kecemasan dan nyeri masih dirasakan oleh ibu pasca SC.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh leverage, intensitas modal, dan profitabilitas terhadap effective tax rate (studi empiris pada subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 data. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage, intensitas modal dan profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap effective tax rate. Secara parsial leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap effective tax rate, intensitas modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap effective tax rate, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap effective tax rate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Penerapan Manajemen Risiko pembiayaan pada Bank syariah. Pembiayaan berdasarkan Prinsip syariah adalah penyediaan uang atau tagihan yang disamakan dengan berdasarkan persetujuan atau kesepakatan antara bank dengan pihak lain yang mewajibkan pihak yang dibiayai dengan imbalan atau bagi hasil (UU No.10 Tahun 1998 Pasal 1, ayat 12. Penelitian ini tipe yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kualitatif. penerapan manajemen risiko pada pembiayaan di Bank syariah yang fokus penelitiannya terfokus pada penerapan manajemen risikonya pada pembiayaan danperspektif hukum islam. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada Bank syariah dalam menerapkan manajemen risiko pembiayaan menggunakan beberapa langkah atau tahapan seperti, tahapan identifikasi, tahapan pengukuran, tahapan pemantauan dan tahapan pengendalian dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang baik bagi nasabah. Dalam penanganan saat terjadi risiko padapembiayaan Bank Syariah menggunakan prosedur-prosedur guna kebaikan kedua belah pihak. Mulai dari teguran hingga memberikan solusi yang baik untuk nasabah tersebut.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan intensitas aset tetap terhadap manajemen pajak pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen pajak, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak, intensitas aset tetap berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen pajak, dan profitabilitas, leverage, dan intensitas aset tetap secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap manajemen pajak.

Abstract

This study analyzes the slang used by Twitter users during the Millennial era. The research aims to identify and classify the types of slang words and their functions. It employs qualitative methods, gathering slang data from tweets by Twitter users. The analysis is based on two theories: Abdul Chaer's theory, which categorizes word forms, and Patridge's theory, which explains the functions of slang on Twitter. The study identifies and classifies slang into four categories: basic words, derivative words, acronyms, and abbreviations. In total, 65 slang words were found, including 21 basic words, 6 derivative words, 9 acronyms, and 28 abbreviations. The study also identifies five functions of slang on Twitter: for jokes or fun, to appear unique and modern, to enhance readability and aesthetics, to avoid formalities, and to expand vocabulary.

Abstract

Businesses should adapt to digital competition, anticipate consumer needs, and innovate to stay ahead. This study aims to examine the influence of business intelligence on enhancing marketing performance in the digital era, building upon previous research on the impact of social media on innovation. Further investigation is necessary to understand the effects of technology on marketing effectiveness. This paper used qualitative research to explore concepts in depth, collecting descriptive data through observation and analyzing events using intensive techniques. Data analysis involves organizing and categorizing data, recognizing patterns, and drawing conclusions. Business intelligence is an e-business app that converts company data into knowledge, enhancing competitiveness. Data analysis is crucial for boosting a company's business performance, converting raw data in the data warehouse into valuable information.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of professionalism and ethics in controlling the complexity of modern accounting practices at financial sector State-owned enterprises in Makassar City. The complexity includes the use of information system-based accounting technology, integration of financial data across units, and increasing pressure on transparency and accountability of financial reporting. The approach used was qualitative with descriptive methods, and data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants consist of internal accountants, auditors, and financial managers who are directly involved in the implementation of modern accounting systems. The results showed that professionalism plays an important role in encouraging adaptive attitudes, responsibility, and commitment to improving individual competence in the face of technological change. Meanwhile, ethics proved to be a moral foundation in making fair and independent decisions, especially when facing pressure or potential irregularities in reporting. Professionalism and ethics synergistically function as behavioral controllers capable of maintaining the integrity and quality of financial information. This research confirms the importance of internalizing ethical values and strengthening professional culture as part of the organization's strategy in managing modern accounting challenges in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The dissemination of information about crimes against women through social media has become an important issue in line with the increasing consumption of digital information among the public. ANTARA News, as a national news agency, utilizes the TikTok platform to reach a broader audience and effectively convey sensitive issues. This study aims to understand how ANTARA News uses its TikTok account @antaranews as a means to disseminate information and news related to crimes against women. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of uploaded content. The results show that content packaging strategies are carefully executed, taking into account journalistic ethics and TikTok's community guidelines. Meanwhile, the gatekeeping process involves pre-production, production, and post-production stages conducted collaboratively among creators, editors, and unit heads. These findings indicate that the successful dissemination of sensitive information on social media relies not only on technology but also on communication strategies and adaptive editorial policies. This study highlights the importance of the role of new media in supporting the safe and responsible delivery of information, especially regarding women's issues.

Abstract

Poetry is a form of literary work rich in meaning, symbolism, and aesthetics. One prominent example that embodies the power of poetic expression is “Doa” (“Prayer”) by Chairil Anwar. This poem not only presents a deeply personal spiritual longing but also reflects the existential anxiety of humanity within its socio-cultural context. This study aims to analyze “Doa” using structural and pragmatic approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of its meaning and function. The research employs a qualitative method based on literature review, focusing on textual analysis and relevant scholarly sources. Structurally, the poem is composed of simple yet powerful diction, religious imagery, and a style rich in symbolism and emotion. The central theme revolves around the search for the meaning of life and submission to God. Meanwhile, the pragmatic approach reveals how the poem evokes reflective and spiritual effects on its readers, demonstrating its interpretive flexibility across different social and emotional backgrounds. Therefore, “Doa” is a poem that is not only aesthetically beautiful but also spiritually and socially relevant across generations.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court Decision Number 62/PUU-XXII/2024, which annulled the presidential threshold provision in Article 222 of the Election Law, represents a significant legal event in Indonesian constitutional law. This study aims to analyze the Court's legal reasoning and its alignment with the principles of Islamic justice through the lens of Siyasah Qadhaiyyah. Employing a normative legal method with a statutory approach, case law approach, and comparative approach, the study draws upon primary legal sources and literature on fiqh siyasah. The analytical approach applied in this study is descriptive-qualitative, emphasizing a comprehensive understanding of the content and context of the data. The findings reveal that the Court deemed the threshold unconstitutional and in conflict with the principle of popular sovereignty. From the perspective of Islamic law, this decision reflects the values of al-‘adl (justice), al-maslahah (public interest), and al-musawah (equality), and illustrates the Court's role as a modern embodiment of wilayah al-mazalim.
