Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi internal, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Gratia Karya Mulya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya loyalitas karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, khususnya pada sektor logistik yang memiliki dinamika operasional tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Gratia Karya Mulya, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik sampling yang sesuai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25, dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi internal, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,555 menunjukkan bahwa 55,5% variasi loyalitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan loyalitas karyawan di PT Gratia Karya Mulya dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, peningkatan kualitas komunikasi internal, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baik secara teoritis maupun praktis dalam pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of geometric flannel board media on the learning outcomes of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on spatial geometry material for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 128 Palembang. The research method used is a quantitative approach using the True Experimental Design method with a Pre-test - post-test Control Group Design. The sample consisted of classes V A (experimental) and V B (control) selected randomly. Data were collected through test instruments (pretest and posttest) and analyzed using the t-test (Independent Sample T-test) through SPSS 22. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental class with an average posttest of 81.25, much higher than the control class which was only 56. The results of the hypothesis test showed a value of  (5.196) >  (2.024) with a significance of 0.000 <0.025. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara pemahaman materi lingkungan jadi rusak dengan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 53 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 53 Palembang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes pemahaman materi lingkungan jadi rusak serta angket sikap peduli lingkungan. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,837 berada pada kategori hubungan positif kuat, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pemahaman siswa terhadap materi lingkungan jadi rusak, maka semakin baik pula sikap peduli lingkungan yang dimiliki siswa. Sebaliknya, jika pemahaman siswa rendah, maka sikap peduli lingkungannya cenderung lebih rendah. Selain itu, diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Dengan demikian, H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman materi lingkungan jadi rusak dengan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 53 Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work programs and evaluations on the performance of employees at the Archives and Library Service of OKU Regency. The study population consisted of 37 respondents. Quantitative methods were used, using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results showed that the t-value for each variable, Work Program (X1), was 9.081 and Evaluation (X2), was 3.391. These values ​​were greater than the critical t-value of 2.032, indicating that all variables significantly influence the performance of employees at the Archives and Library Service of OKU Regency. The calculated F-value of 245.883 was greater than the critical F-value of 3.28, indicating that the Work Program and Evaluation together significantly influence the performance of employees at the Archives and Library Service of OKU Regency. The coefficient of determination (R-squared) is 0.935, indicating that 93.5% of employee performance (Y) can be explained by the Work Program (X1) and Evaluation (X2) variables, while the remaining 6.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and leadership of the principal on the performance of teachers of SDN 04 OKU. The population of this study consisted of 32 respondents. Quantitative Method Tools using multiple linear regression analysis as an analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that the t value for each variable Motivation (X1) is 8.813 and Principal Leadership (X2) is 3.003. These values are greater than the critical t value of 2.045, indicating that all variables have a significant influence on the performance of teachers of SDN 04 OKU. The calculated F value of 215.999 is greater than the critical F value of 3.33, indicating that motivation and leadership of the principal together have a significant influence on the performance of teachers of SDN 04 OKU. The coefficient of determination (R-squared) is 0.937, indicating that 93.7% of teacher performance (Y) can be explained by the variables of motivation (X1) and principal leadership (X2), while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer satisfaction, and service quality on customer loyalty at Toko Riska, a retail business located in Batu Alang Village. Toko Riska sells various women's products, including clothing, hijabs, bags, beauty products, and accessories. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. Given the population is not precisely known (infinite population), the proportion formula at a 95% confidence level and a 10% margin of error resulted in a minimum sample size of 96 respondents, which was rounded up to 100 respondents, and selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The t-test results show that CRM has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty (β = 0.312; t = 3.847; sig. = 0.000), customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence (β = 0.284; t = 3.521; sig. = 0.001), and service quality has a positive and significant influence (β = 0.341; t = 4.193; sig. = 0.000). The F-test yielded an F-value of 42.315 (sig. = 0.000), which confirmed the significance of the simultaneous. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.568 indicates that 56.8% of the variation in customer loyalty is explained by the three independent variables. This study recommends that Toko Riska strengthen CRM practices, increase customer satisfaction, and improve service quality to encourage long-term customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar masih menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa akibat penggunaan model pembelajaran yang belum optimal dan cenderung berpusat pada guru. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi kalimat anjuran dan kalimat larangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III SDN 13 Kikim Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian berjumlah 28 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes berupa pretest dan posttest menggunakan instrumen 10 soal pilihan ganda yang telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 38,21 pada pretest menjadi 83,57 pada posttest. Hasil uji hipotesis memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III SDN 13 Kikim Timur.

Abstract

Religious moderation and civil servant professionalism within Indonesia’s Ministry of Religious Affairs are complementary dimensions in building an integrity-based bureaucracy. This study addresses the controversy of religion’s role in human resource management policies amidst changing religious practices and eco-spirituality trends. The 2022 Religious Moderation and Professionalism Index (IPMB) survey revealed that around 40% of civil servants still face professionalism challenges. Using a quantitative approach based on Computer-Assisted Test (CAT) IPMB results in Kupang City, the analysis shows that religious moderation has a positive and significant effect on civil servant professionalism and can serve as an instrument for transforming religious human resource management.
