Abstract

This study examines the relationship between swift guanxi and customer engagement in live streaming commerce and customer trust. The focus of this study is the trust in broadcasters, community members, and products on Indonesian platforms such as Shopee Live, TikTok Live, Lazada Live, and Tokopedia Play. An online survey was used to gather quantitative data from 270 active users, and Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for analysis. This study offers a thorough model, indicating that trust in broadcasters and community members significantly enhances customer engagement, while trust in product does not directly influence engagement but positively impacts swift guanxi. Furthermore, the PLS-SEM results prove that trust in broadcasters as the central anchor in the live streaming ecosystem greatly transfers trust to both community members and products. Ultimately, swift guanxi plays a pivotal role in driving customer engagement.

Abstract

This study examines social media as a student-centered learning space and its moral implications in a nonformal education context, specifically at PKBM Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq. Previous studies have largely focused on the instructional effectiveness of social media, while limited attention has been given to its ethical and character-related dimensions in nonformal learning environments such as community learning centers. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving eighth-grade students as primary informants and teachers as supporting informants. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that social media functions as a flexible and interactive learning space that increases access to learning materials and student participation. However, it also creates moral challenges, including excessive gadget use, limited content filtering ability, and changes in digital communication ethics. These results highlight the need to strengthen digital literacy integrated with religious-based character education to balance academic benefits and moral risks in nonformal education settings.

Abstract

This research aims to map teacher readiness profiles in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and evaluate the impact of formal training on these profiles. Using the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) as a soft clustering approach to identify natural and flexible groupings of teacher characteristics, data were analyzed from a convenience sample of 67 primary school teachers in Magelang Regency. Three distinct profiles were identified: Low Readiness, Moderate Enthusiast, and High-Adaptive Readiness. The results show that the majority of teachers (80.6%) belong to the High-Adaptive profile, characterized by high literacy and positive attitudes. Furthermore, Chi-Square analysis and Cramer’s V (V=0.1120) revealed no significant relationship between training history and readiness profiles (p=0.6567). This suggests that current formal training has a marginal practical effect. Policy recommendations emphasize the need for differentiated training and structural support to enhance AI integration effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze errors in ablution (wudhu) practices among middle-level Islamic students and to examine the factors contributing to these errors from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. A qualitative descriptive case study design was used, with data collected through structured observations and semi-structured interviews based on the obligatory and recommended elements of ablution described in classical and contemporary fiqh literature. The findings show that most errors occurred in obligatory parts of ablution, especially incomplete washing of the elbows and insufficient wiping of the head. Students also frequently neglected recommended practices, such as inhaling water into the nose. These errors were mainly influenced by incorrect habits formed at an early age and limited individual supervision during practical learning. The study indicates that mistakes in obligatory elements may affect the validity of ritual worship. Therefore, learning of Islamic jurisprudence should place greater emphasis on practice-based instruction supported by closer supervision during ritual training.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ethical leadership on employees' adaptive performance with work ethic as a mediating variable in the Kairatu District Office, West Seram Regency. The research approach used is quantitative, associative with survey data collection with cross-section data types. The population used in this study were all employees of the Kairatu District Office, West Seram Regency, totaling 46 people. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. The sampling method is full sampling. Data were analyzed by path analysis. The results of the study concluded that ethical leadership was proven to have a positive and significant influence on the adaptive performance of employees in the Kairatu District Office, West Seram Regency, both directly and through work ethic as a mediating variable. In addition, ethical leadership also has a positive and significant effect on employee work ethic, which in turn directly improves their adaptive performance. This shows that ethical leadership not only encourages a high work ethic but also strengthens employees' adaptability in facing changes and challenges in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategy for improving the quality of public administration services through the use of VLAN for information traffic at the Maluku Police ICT work unit. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were members of the police at the Maluku Police ICT Work Unit. In addition, the author conducted in-depth interviews with key informants, namely the Head of the Maluku Police ICT Work Unit. Based on the results and discussion, it is concluded that the strategy implemented in improving the quality of public administration services through VLAN at the Maluku Police ICT Work Unit must focus on strengthening network security, improving HR competency, optimizing infrastructure, and mitigating cybersecurity risks and technical constraints. With a systematic approach and support from various parties, the use of VLAN can be an effective solution in improving efficiency, security, and transparency in public administration services in Maluku.

Abstract

This study explores the role of e-SAKIP (Electronic-Based Government Performance Accountability System) digitalization in supporting the economic and political transformation of Palembang City amidst the Industry 4.0 era, utilizing a literature review approach. The research synthesizes data from credible sources, including official government documents, academic journals, news reports, and case studies focusing on transparency, accountability, efficiency, and planning optimization. That e-SAKIP enhances governance through real-time data access, improves public service delivery, and boosts regional competitiveness, as evidenced by Palembang’s 2024 SAKIP Award (BB predicate). However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, low human resource competency, and dual reporting systems hinder full implementation. The study aligns with Industry 4.0 trends, emphasizing the need for integrated technology and workforce development to sustain economic-political growth, offering practical insights for policy reform and academic contributions to digital governance literature.

Abstract

Lahat Regency has significant economic potential in the mineral and coal mining sector, which is a major contributor to regional income and plays a crucial role in driving economic growth. This study aims to analyze the mining sector's contribution to improving community welfare in Lahat Regency by incorporating the policy implementation framework proposed by George C. Edward III. The research method employed a qualitative approach through literature study and secondary data analysis sourced from the Lahat Regency Government's Notes to Financial Reports (CaLK) and data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results show that the mining sector contributes the most to regional income, with a significant increase reaching 36.49% in 2023, and per capita income rising to Rp65.83 million per year. However, this increase has not been accompanied by a decrease in the poverty rate, with Lahat Regency still ranking second in terms of the number of poor people in South Sumatra Province. This condition indicates that the mining sector has not provided an equitable economic impact on the community.

Abstract

Public participation in public policy is a fundamental element in democratic governance, yet its implementation in Indonesia often remains procedural and has limited influence on policy outcomes. Strengthening meaningful participation is therefore essential to ensure that public policy reflects the interests and needs of society. This research aims to analyze community participation in public policy by examining its role in supporting democratic and inclusive governance. This article employs a literature review method by analyzing data from books, academic publications, and relevant reports discussing public participation in policy processes. The results indicate that increasing meaningful participation in policy formulation and implementation can improve government accountability and ensure that public policies better represent the interests of the broader community.

Abstract

Stunting remains a major public health problem in Indonesia, including in Gowa Regency, requiring cross-sector collaboration. One strategic initiative is the DASHAT (Healthy Kitchen to Overcome Stunting) program, which emphasizes community empowerment and multi-stakeholder involvement. This study analyzes collaboration among actors in stunting prevention through the DASHAT program using the collaborative governance framework of Emerson, Nabatchi, and Balogh (2012). The research applies a literature review method by examining policy documents, scientific articles, and official reports related to stunting policy, collaborative governance, and the DASHAT program. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis to identify actor roles, coordination patterns, and governance dynamics. The findings show that collaboration involves local government, health institutions, community organizations, and the private sector through shared planning, communication, and coordinated service delivery. Program effectiveness is influenced by institutional commitment, resource sharing, and community participation, although coordination at the local level remains a challenge. These results indicate that the success of the DASHAT program depends on the quality of collaborative governance among stakeholders.
