Abstract

The role of leadership in accelerating the handling of corruption in the era of digitalization 5.0 and social media. This research explores the role of leadership in addressing corruption in the era of digitalization 5.0 and social media and discusses the challenges and potential solutions. The objective of the research is to understand the role of leadership in addressing corruption in the era of digitalization 5.0 and social media and to discuss the challenges and potential solutions. The research methods used are a qualitative descriptive analytical document study to explain the situation being studied and document or text analysis to assess the readability of texts related to the topic. Key findings are not presented in the text. The significance of the research is to provide insights into how effective and integrity-based leadership, as well as collaborative and inclusive leadership, can help address corruption in the era of digitalization 5.0 and social media

Abstract

Islamic Education Curriculum Management based on Life Skills at the Aneuk Nanggroe Special School (SLB) in Lhokseumawe City. This study aims to describe life skills-based Islamic education curriculum management, starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The research approach is descriptive qualitative. The research location, Aneuk Nanggroe Special School (SLB), Lhokseumawe City. Data collection was carried out using field observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Model data analysis techniques developed by Miles et al, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: Life Skills-based Islamic education curriculum planning at the Aneuk Nanggroe Special School (SLB) in Lhokseumawe City by formulating the vision, mission and goals of the school. Through the results of the Identification Assessment for Children with Special Needs (ABK), Islamic education programs are adjusted to the abilities of ABK children in each disability, preparing lesson plans and individual mentoring programs. (2). Organizing is done by compiling an organizational structure, forming an Assessment Team, allocating time for religious learning (3). The implementation of the Islamic education curriculum at Aneuk Nanggroe State SLB is carried out through morning habituation activities, religious programs every Friday, life skills education is carried out according to the abilities of ABK students who have been programmed in special programs (4) Evaluation of the Implementation of Life Skills-based Islamic education curriculum management for children with special needs is carried out on a macro and micro basis by stakeholders, school principals and the school supervision team

Abstract

Management of Educational and Infrastructure at Madrasah Diniyah Taklimiyah Awwaliyah Nurul Hidayah Kertawinangun. Management of Facilities and Infrastructure is an instrument in improving the quality of students, as well as what was carried out at the MDTA Nurul Hidayah in Kertawinangun village. This study aims to determine the planning, procurement, supporting, and inhibiting factors for managing facilities and infrastructure at MDTA Nurul Hidayah, Kertawinangun village. The ability to identify a facility and infrastructure management can be seen from the planning, implementation, supporting, and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study were done through interviews, observation, and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis is done through data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that Planning for the Management of Facilities and Infrastructure for MDTA Nurul Hidayah in Kertawinangun village was carried out involving the MDTA Nurul Hidayah community in Kertawinangun village. The Madrasa implements a process divided into five stages: procurement, inventory, use, maintenance, and disposal. Supporting factors are human resources and committees, while inhibiting factors are limited costs, especially in adding areas and buildings

Abstract

Management of Student Talent and Interest Development at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya. The potential talents and interests students possess vary from one student to another. So that the gifted child's ability does not decrease, attention to the gifted child must be developed according to his talents and interests. Based on great expectations for talented children, it is necessary to manage the development of talents and interests. This study aims to determine the management of talent development and interests of students in MIN 15 Pidie Jaya and to find out the factors that influence the process of implementing talent and interest development in MIN 15 Pidie Jaya. This research uses qualitative research methods; the subjects of this study are the head, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, and data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the process of developing students' talents and interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya went through four stages, namely the planning stage carried out at the beginning of the school year, the organizing stage by dividing tasks by the competencies possessed and forming an activity development team, the implementation stage is carried out by carrying out activities according to a predetermined schedule. The evaluation stage is carried out by observing the implementation of talent and interest development activities. The activities for developing students' talents and interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya are in the form of extracurricular activities which are carried out during class hours by the subject, and extracurricular activities that are carried out, namely first the fields of art in the form of dance, calligraphy, literacy of the Qur'an and MTQ, the two fields of sports in the form of table tennis, badminton, and football, the third field of discipline in the form of scouting activities. Several factors support and hinder the smooth implementation of the talent development program and student interests at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya, namely keeping factors including the amount of teacher willingness to carry out development activities and the support of parents for the implementation of development activities, the inhibiting factors are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the absence of standard talent and interest development activity modules. Researchers hope related parties can compile an extracurricular activity module for Ibtidaiyah Madrasah students

Abstract

Professional Ethics of Leaders and Leadership Styles at SDN 15 Baringin.This article discusses the ethics of a leader in upholding justice and his leadership style towards specific communities and institutions. In every educational institution or company, a leader is needed. A good leader can provide trustworthy directions to his subordinates regarding the duties and responsibilities of a leader. Unsurprisingly, a leader requires ethics in carrying out responsible duties and functions. A quality leader can provide good direction and assignments for his subordinates. A leadership style triggers the nature of the leader. This style includes the types of leaders carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The urgency of a leader's leadership style will affect his performance in giving direction. In every institution and company, a leader holds the duties and responsibilities for the institutions he carries out. A leader has a high sense of authority to build his performance and quality

Abstract

Leadership Roles in the Multieduhealthainment 5.0 era. Advances in information and communication technology have affected how we learn, stay healthy, and enjoy happiness for the gifts of Allah SWT, which are given with gratitude. Practical and flexible leadership is critical in dealing with difficulties and taking advantage of the possibilities provided by the 5.0 Digitalization era. Consequently, the authors were motivated to study leadership function in the Multieduhealthtainment 5.0 age. This period is different with multi-integration, education, health, and entertainment in one platform. Literature studies are utilized as a research tool to understand leadership in the Multieduhealthtainment 5.0 era. According to the study's results, leaders of this century must possess the skills and expertise needed to manage multifaceted educational, health, and entertainment systems effectively

Abstract

The Leadership of the Madrasa Head is Democratic in the Education Governance System at MTs Wahdah Islamiyah Bone Bolango. This study aims to determine the leadership style of the head of the madrasah in the education governance system, which includes several aspects, including the head of the madrasah as a leader, the head of the madrasah as a motivator and innovator, the role of the head of the madrasah as a supervisor, the role of the head of the madrasah as a manager, and the role of the head of the madrasah as an educator in educational institutions. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wahdah Islamiyah Bone Bolango. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The research object was the head of the madrasah and all teachers in the Tsanawiyah Wahdah Islamiyah Madrasah Bone Bolango. This study used a sample of teachers who taught at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wahdah Islamiyah Bone Bolango, with as many as ten people. The results showed that the leadership of the head of the madrasah in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Wahdah Islamiyah Bone Bolango is a democratic type of leadership so that in his leadership, a madrasah head always receives various kinds of suggestions and solutions, even criticism from multiple parties and seeks the best solution according to mutual agreement. The research results are expected to provide information and input materials for the madrasah, which is the place of research, as reference and evaluation material for other educational institutions, especially madrasahs in Bone Bolango.

Abstract

Otimalization of Human Resource Management for Lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sjech M. Djamil State Islamic University, Bukittinggi. This study aims to explain the management of lecturer human resource management, analyze patterns of optimizing the performance of lecturer human resources, transform challenges in managing lecturer human resource management, and describe the constraints/obstacles in managing human resource management for lecturers of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTIK) UIN Bukittinggi. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Lecturer HR management was carried out through several stages, namely the planning stage, the organizing stage, the actuating stage, and the controlling stage. 2) Patterns of Optimizing the Performance of Human Resources for Lecturers of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Sciences (FTIK) Bukittinggi State Islamic University include: optimizing the pedagogical competency aspect, optimizing the personality competency aspect, optimizing the social competency aspect, and optimizing the professional competency aspect. 3) Challenges affecting lecturer HR in optimizing organizational performance at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTIK) Bukittinggi State Islamic University. The research results have a positive impact, namely 1) Lecturers and Education Staff can evaluate organizational performance at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) Bukittinggi State Islamic University. 2) Forming solidarity between lecturers, educational staff, and leaders of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTIK) Bukittinggi State Islamic University. 3) Optimizing the performance of lecturers' human resources in managing higher education institutions. The negative impacts are 1) There are still difficulties in optimizing facilities and the welfare of lecturers due to a lack of funding, and 2) it is still in the development stage where lecturers still need a lot of guidance and support. 3). some lecturers need time to adapt after the performance evaluation

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa dimana manusia mencari jati diri mereka sendiri. Banyak dari mereka yang tidak dapat menemukan jati dirinya akibat dari beberapa pengaruhnya hingga saat ini kerap kali ditemukan berbagai macam bentuk kenakalan remaja. Akan tetapi, sulit untuk menghilangkan bentuk risiko perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh remaja saat ini karena hal ini dipengaruhi oleh teman, keluarga, orang tua ataupun sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sekolah dapat mengelola risiko terhadap kenakalan remaja pada peserta didiknya. Dengan penelitian yang dilakukan secara kualitatif ini memberikan hasil bahwa sekolah mengelola risiko kenakalan dengan melakukan pembinaan seminar, pengarahan dari guru BK dan lain sebagainya. Jika, didapatkan peserta didik yang melanggar maka pihak sekolah memberikan peringatan terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan tindakan lanjut yaitu, mengeluarkan mereka dari sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode Time Cost Trade Off pada proyek pembangunan gedung baru di SMK Plus Al-Ghifari. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan waktu dan biaya proyek dengan mengevaluasi hubungan antara durasi proyek dan biaya yang terkait. Data penelitian diperoleh dari PT. Alkantara Jaya Konstruksi selaku kontraktor pelaksana proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Time Cost Trade Off berhasil menghasilkan durasi proyek yang lebih singkat sebesar 25 hari dari kondisi normal 300 hari menjadi 275 hari. Meskipun terjadi penambahan biaya langsung sebesar Rp 28.944.400,- akibat percepatan proyek, pengurangan biaya tidak langsung sebesar Rp 29.540.972,- mengakibatkan penurunan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp 5.965.720,76. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi percepatan proyek dengan menerapkan metode Time Cost Trade Off dapat memberikan keuntungan signifikan dalam efisiensi waktu dan pengelolaan biaya proyek. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktis mengenai pentingnya strategi percepatan proyek dalam konteks konstruksi dan menawarkan panduan yang efektif bagi manajemen proyek di masa mendatang.
