Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine effectiveness Learning Group Investigation Model Flashcard Media Helped Science Learning Results Material Resources Energy StudentClass III SDN Sawah Besar 01 Semarang. This type of research is quantitative research in theform of True Experiment Design. The population in this study is the overall grade 3 studentsSDN Sawah Besar 01 Semarang. The samples taken are 40 students from each class. ClassControl using Simple Random Sampling technique. The research design used is PretestPosttestControlGroupDesign.Thisresearchdataisobtainedthroughresearchinstrumentofpretest,posttest,documentation,test,interview.Basedontheanalysisresultof learningresultofcontrolclassandexperimentclassbyusingresultofttestcalculationobtainedtct=6,026.Fromthe t distribution list with dk = 40 + 40 - 2 = 78 we get 1.991. Because tcount 6.026>1,991 ttable then Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the average learning result ofexperimental class (82,1) is bigger than control class (70,6). Based on the results of classicalcompletion of learning in the experimental class after being given treatment using learningmodel group investigation assisted flashcard media obtained 95% learning mastery score, compared to control class only get 60%. So it can be concluded that the model of study groupinvestigation assisted flashcard media on the learning outcome of science class energyresources class III SDN Sawah Besar 01 Semarang effective.Keywords: group investigation, flashcard, learning result

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of the implementation of motivational strategies can improve the performance of teachers SD Negeri I Guwotirto DistrictGiriwoyo Wonogiri District Semester I Lesson Year 2017/2018. This research was conductedwith the design of School Action Research with the subject of the study is the teacher of SDNegeri I Guwotirto Giriwoyo District Wonogiri Regency Semester I Lesson Year 2017/2018.Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and field notes. Dataanalysis techniques use interpretation model by interpreting the facts obtained for further dataanalysis. The results show that there is an increase in the average value in each cycle. The detailsare from the pre-action stage to the first cycle there is an increase of 0.42, ie from 2.43 to 2.85.Next from cycle I to cycle II there is an increase of 0.51, ie from 2.85 to 3.36. Then the last fromcycle II to cycle III there is an increase of 0.86, ie from 3.36. to 4.22. based on the results ofresearch and supporting theoretical studies, then the conclusion of this study is the application ofmotivation strategies to improve the performance of teachers specifically for elementary schoolteachers.Keywords: Motivational strategy, teacher performance

Abstract

The objective to be achieved in this research is to know the influence of learning model of assisted individualization team toward critical thinking ability and mathematics learningresult of class V SD Negeri Sawah Besar 02 Semarang. This research is quantitative researchin the form of True Experimental Design with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design design.The study population is all students of grade V SD Negeri Sawah Besar 02 Semarangacademic year 2016/2017. Samples taken were 27 experiment class students and 27 controlclass students using non probability sampling technique. This research data is obtainedthrough test, documentation, and observation. Based on the results of the analysis of researchdata on the two tailed test critical thinking ability shows that t count > t table is 2.4514>2,0066 so Ho is rejected. The conclusion is that there is influence of learning model of teamassisted individualization toward critical mathematical thinking ability in class V SD NegeriSawah Besar 02 Semarang. Based on the results of the analysis of research data on two tail ttest the two learning outcomes show that t count > t table is 2.4514> 2,0066 so Ho is rejected.The conclusion is that there is influence of learning model of assisted individualization teamto the result of learning mathematics in class V SD Negeri Sawah Besar 02 Semarang. Basedon the results of this study suggestions that can be delivered is that the model of team assistedindividualized learning can be used as an alternative teacher in teaching.Keywords: Influence, Team Assisted Individualization Model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of IPA with learning modelSnowball Throwing in sixth grade students SDN 4 of Ngraho KedungtubanBlora. Thisresearch is classroom action research with sicth grader student research subects to 12students, consist of 5 male students and 7 female students. The research procedure uses fourstages of plan, action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study usesinstruments of data collection in the form of guidelines for observation, text guidelines,documentation and interview. Data analysis techniques in this study using the percentage ofstudent learning outcomes. The result in the study concluded of IPA with learning modelSnowball Throwing in sixth grade students SDN 4 of Ngraho Kedungtuban Blora.Improvement of learning outcomes can be seen from the increasing average of studentslearning outcomes and percentage. At pre cycle the average value of student learningoutcomes 56,7%, at I cycle the average value of student learning increasing become 59,2%,and at II cycle the average value of student learning increasing become 70,1%.The keys: The learning Snowball Throwing, learning outcomes of IPA

Abstract

The learning of saints in the fifth grade in SDN Lebo Sidoarjo has not been optimal. When the resaercher did the first observation, the teacher tough saints by using visual mediatwo dimention without movement, so that the student felt difficult in creating opinion adn theycould not achieve the standart that had been decided. So, It is given the solution by using theanimation flash media to solve the low result of the learning in studying saints. The reseacrh methode is Classromaction research that consists two cycles. Thesubject of thie research is the student of SDN LEBO SDA that are 41 students. The data iscollected from observation, test and field note. The data of teacher and students observationin the class are annalized in the presentage score and the score of lerning objective. The datais annalized by taking the total the score and based on the presentage clasical learningcompletting. The fieldnote that is contained the problem in the field and the solution afterannalizing the problem. The result of research shows that in the first cycle has 75% and the score is 58. Thefirst cycle in the second meetting is 81%and the score is 70. The second cycle in thefirstmeeting has 95% and the score is 100. In The secind meeting has 100% and the score is98. The presentage of the students’ activities in the first cycle and the first meeting has 83%and the score is 55. Then in he second meeting has 92% and the score is 71. The second cycleand the first meeting has 100% and the score is 92 and in the secind meting has 100% andthe score is 97. The learning result of the students can improve 58% that is from 39% in thefirst cycle becomes 97% in the second cycle.Keywords: animation flash media, IPA, a simple machine

Abstract

The purpose of this research improves the student achievement of science (IPA) usingContextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) model in fourth grade students of SDN 1 NgrahoKedungtuban Blora Year 2017/2018. The type of research is Classroom Action Research(Penelitian Tindakan Kelas - PTK) with the research subject is the fourth grader of 14students and the research object is the implementation of learning to improve the studentachievement of science (IPA) by applying Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model.The results of this research concluded that learning of science (IPA) using CTL model canimprove student achievement. Before action, the average student achievement of class isequal to 57 with a mastery of 27%. After action in the first cycle, the average studentachievement of class is increased to 76 with a mastery to 67% and increased again in thesecond cycle to 86 with a mastery of 100%. Based on the results of this research can beconcluded that the average of student achievement has increased by 23.2%..Keyword : learning outcomes, Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)

Abstract

This study aims to improve achievement motivation and student learning outcomes by using snake streak on the theme of public places third grade SDN 4 Ngraho the first semesterof the school year 2015/2016. This research is a class act consisting of two cycles of the fourphases: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Instruments used in obtaining the data isin the form of tests, observations and achievement motivation questionnaire. Learning is doneby using the syllabus, lesson plan, teaching materials and worksheets. During the study,observation skills processes, activities, and student learning at the end of learning is done byusing a test to determine learning outcomes siswa.Hasil research shows that the hair testresults show improvement. Pre cycle of 57 to 66, in the second cycle, increased to 87, presikulus learning completeness reached 35% in cycle 1 reached 70.5%, in the second cycleincreased to 100%. The results of the questionnaires has increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2,from 78% in both categories increased to 96% with very good category. Based on theseresults it can be concluded that by using the method of successive snakes can increaseachievement motivation and student learning outcomes.Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Learning Outcomes, Public Places, Methods Snake Burst

Abstract

This study aims to develop English-based learning media macromedia authorwere 7.0 to determine the quality and effectiveness of learning media developed.Population in this research is all of second graders of elementary school in Bibis academicyear 2017/2018, with sample as many as 56 students. Sampling in this study usingNonprobability Sampling technique Data understanding of learning concepts collectedusing tests and interest in learning English was collected through questionnaires. Thisresearch uses ADDIE development design. Data analysis technique used is descriptivestatistic which analyzed by using t test. The results of product quality assessmentrecapitulation from media experts and material experts indicate that the developed productincludes good criteria with mean of 81 so it is feasible in English learning. The resultsshowed that the attractiveness of students and teachers based on responses showed a meanof 86 with very good criteria. The results showed that the attractiveness based onobservation in the trial was limited and the extensive test showed that the average of 80indicated good criteria. The average posttest class score is 88.50 and the average posttestclass score is 80.58. In the study showed t count of 7,730 and t table equal to 2,021. So ttestof posttest shows that t count > t table and significance value obtained 0,00 <0,05which mean there is difference mean of posttest English value between experiment classand control class where the average value of posttest class the experiment is higher thanthe average value of the control class posttest. Based on the results of this study can beconcluded that learning using media-based learning authorwere 7.0 proved more effectiveto understanding the concept and interest in English learning fourth grade students BibisElementary School.Keywords: Learning Activity, Macromedia Authorwere Interactive Media 7.0, LearningInterest.

Abstract

The government programs of Joko Widodo and Yusuf Kalla are contained in NawaCita, among others, to bring the country back to protect the entire nation and to provide a sense ofsecurity to all citizens, as well as improve the quality of life of Indonesians. But the reality is thathuman resources still exist that are involved in corruption, whether human resources from theexecutive, legislative, or judiciary. For that we need to be coaching, training, education anddevelopment for human resources so that truly become a quality human resources. In theimplementation of quality improvement need to use education, and in implementing education usingeducational technology. Educational technology plays a role in improving the quality of humanresources both on physical and health capabilities, intellectual ability, and spiritual (kejuangan). Therole of educational technology can be long-term ie educating students or learners so as to producecandidates for labor as a human resource later on. And also educational technology is used ineducating, training, and developing human resources so as to become a quality human resources,through education that implements educational technology. Educational technology plays a role inimproving the quality of human resources, both in the long term and short term.
