Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether reproductive learning-based counseling can form a true understanding of puberty and reproduction in elementary school children. The subjects were sixth grade students at three elementary schools representing urban, middle and periphery. The analysis showed 85% of urban elementary school students, 87% middle school students and 92% suburban elementary students have had knowledge of puberty and reproduction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning achievement Indonesian theme yourself on the grade 1 students of SD Negeri 2 Ngraho through thematic learning model with said card medium . This research was conducted in the 1st grade, School 2 Ngraho District of Kedungtuban Blora totaling 26 students , 14 female and 12 male students . This research was conducted in two cycles . Each cycle includes four stages: ( 1 ) planning , ( 2 ) implementation , ( 3 ) observation , ( 4 ) reflection . The results showed that the average value of the first daily test average of 51.92 student learning outcomes can be improved to 65.57 in Cycle 1 . In cycle 2 the average value of student learning outcomes increased to 78.46 . The conclusions in this study are Learning Through Thematic Learning Model Media Card Words can increase learning Indonesian Presentation Themes Yourself For 1st grade students Ngraho At School 2 Semester 1 Kedungtuban Blora District of Academic Year 2011/2012 .

Abstract

Interactive Learning programming is elective courses in Teacher Education courses and Elementary School Guidance and Counseling UPY with weights 2 credits . This subject is generally selected by students who are interested in learning computers . Applications used in this course is a Macromedia Authorware . To improve the quality of teaching and learning process by providing materials through project -based learning instructional model . Project Based Learning is a learning model which emphasizes student to be able to solve the problems actually encountered in the field . In this lesson the student will become a part of a professional who tries to solve problems in real life . Students create instructional media such as interactive CD learning . In making these media , students search for information related to the media being used in elementary schools that require interactive learning CDs . Through lectures by applying learning Project -based learning has produced instructional CD that can be used for learning in primary school . Through this learning process is not only the origin students make interactive multimedia instructional media , but the making of it is based on the results of an investigation of students . Through this course students are able to think creatively , independently and able to solve problems related to elementary school education.

Abstract

This Research aim to to get the evidence there is do not it him experience influence teach the teacher, and headmaster leadership to performance learn the SD of Subdistrict of Pity Bantul of either through by ex self and also together. Research population is teacher of SD of Subdistrict of Pity of Regency Bantul amounting to 130 people. Instrument which dugunakan in this research is enquette used to measure the variable of teacher performance, experience teach the teacher and headmaster leadership. Result of hypothesis examination indicate that: ( 1) experience teach the teacher have an effect on to performance learn the SD of Subdistrict of Pity of Regency Bantul, ( 2) headmaster leadership have an effect on to performance learn the SD of Subdistrict of Pity of Regency Bantul, and ( 3) by together experience teach the teacher, and headmaster leadership have an effect on to performance learn the SD of Assistive Regency Pity Subdistrict

Abstract

This study is a class action consisting of 2 cycles. The subjects were 20 fourth grade students of SD Negeri Yogyakarta Keputran A. Object of this study is the overall process of learning math by using role playing in SD Negeri Yogyakarta Keputran A. The instrument of this study is the observation sheet implementation method of learning mathematics with role playing, observation sheets of students' ability to solve problems story, interview, test and test cycle 1 cycle 2. Results showed that the application of the method of role playing to improve Elementary School fourth grade students Keputran A Yogyakarta in solving mathematical word problems through the stages of (1) preparation, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation. The ability of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Yogyakarta Keputran A in solving mathematical word problems by using role playing to increase. This is shown by an increase in the ability to solve math word problems that students achieved before the measures in cycle 1 and after the action in cycle 2 by using role playing on learning mathematics, including, (a) the ability to write the data is known and ask questions based on the increase 61.91% to 82.95%, (b) the ability to plan a solution based on a matter increased from 5.48% to 68.35%, (c) the ability to solve problems increased from 42.86% to 60.98%, (d ) the ability to re-examine the truth of the answer is that it can interpret the answers that have been obtained in the context of the problem increased from 0% to 61.5%. In general, the ability of fourth grade students barnacle N 2 in solving mathematical word problems increased from an average of 50% prior to action on the cycle 1menjadi 70% after 2 cycles of action on the method of role playing on learning mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effect of school leadership on teacher competence, 2) the influence of teachers' attitudes toward the competence of teachers, 3) the influence of the school environment to the competence of elementary school teachers, and 4) the effect of principal leadership, teacher attitudes, and school environment together the competencies of primary school teachers. This study is a survey research. Population in this research is a primary school teacher Kepil District of Wonosobo regency school year 2013/2014, some 300 teachers. Samples were taken with a proportional random sampling technique, a number of 161 teachers. The data was collected using a questionnaire. Normality Test requirements analysis done by observing the value of skewness of the data used. Test linearity and multicollinearity with regression techniques. The analysis technique used to test the hypotheses is multiple regression with three predictors. The results showed: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of school leadership on teacher competence, with t = 2.670 and p = 0.008 (p <0.05). (2) There is a positive and significant effect of teacher attitudes towards teacher competence, with t = 3.362 and p = 0.001 (p <0.05). (3) There is a positive and significant impact on the school environment teachers' competence, with t = 2.612 and p = 0.010 (p <0.05). (4) There is a positive and significant impact of school leadership, teacher attitudes, and school environment together the proven competence Elementary School teacher with F = 9.652 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). Competence of teachers affected by school leadership, teacher attitudes, and school environment of 15.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation learning models of group investigation and problemsolving using video Media in civics courses on multicultural material . Additionally this research also aimed to determine student learning outcomes civics after applied learning model group investigation and problem solving by using video media courses on multicultural material. The method used in this study is in accordance with the design of lesson study. Data collection techniques with tests and questionnaires. Data collection instruments by using LKM and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results of this study were ( 1 ) the implementation learningmodel of group investigation and problem solving using video media is attract the attention of students , making students active , working together , dare to express opinions and understand the material that being taught. ( 2 ) Results of student learning as applied learning model group investigation and problem solving using video media on multicultural material that looks very good on average each cycle has reached the KKM , completeness percentage of students also were above 80 % in each cycle and the percentage affective value of multicultural students also is above 70 % .

Abstract

This study aimed to determine 1) Effect of regrouping and motivation to learn the social studies achievement of grade IV, V and VI SDN 2) The effect on learning achievement IPS Regrouping grade IV, V and VI SDN 3) Effect of Motivation on social studies achievement of students class IV, V and VI SDN. The study population was all students in classes IV, V and VI SDN Subjects in this study were all students of classes IV, V and VI of the number of students as many as 104 students. The whole subject of research as respondents, so this study is a population study. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. The method of data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this study it can be concluded 1) There is a significant positive effect on learning achievement IPS regrouping grade IV, V and VI SDN (2) There is a significant positive effect on achievement motivation to learn social studies grade IV, V and VI SDN and (3 ) There is a significant positive effect regrouping and motivation toward learning achievement of students kelasIV IPS, V and VI SDN. Regrouping pisitif contribute to the social studies achievement of 10.953%; while learning motivation contributed 23.197%.

Abstract

Research aims to improve Creativity and Learning Achievement IPS through the Progressive Learning Model. This type of research is action research (Classroom Action Research). Subjects in this study were Grade 3 Tunjungseto SDN, Sempor, Kebumen Academic Year 2013/2014, amounting to 15 students. Research procedure includes four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection methods used observation, questionnaires, and tests. Analysis of the data in this study using quantitative descriptive techniques. Research results show that 1) social studies Creativity can be enhanced through progressive learning. This is evidenced in the pre-cycle students' creativity percentage of 60.6%, an increase in the first cycle to the mean (68.5) and the second cycle of 86.5. 2) The results of social studies can be enhanced through progressive learning. This is evidenced in the pre cycle with an average value of 61.66%, in the first cycle increased to 72.33% and the second cycle increased to 85.00%. Progressive learning model can improve creativity and student achievement.

Abstract

Research aims to improve social studies learning about environmental awareness and achievement of learning through contextual approach. Bervokus action research on increasing awareness ingkungan and social studies achievement. The technique of collecting data through observation interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method. The results of the contextual approach ikesadaran students pick a good learning environment and achievement. Increased environmental awareness pre cycle reaches 56.25%. 62.5% first cycle, second cycle 81.25% pre silkus Improved performance value - average grade 7.1, 7.5 Cycle I and Cycle II 80, students completed. So concluded the increase in environmental awareness and achievement of learning through contextual approach, students achieve KKM 75.
