Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the money supply, investment, consumption, and economic growth variables have a significant effect on inflation. To find out whether the variables of government expenditure, unemployment, and inflation have a significant effect on economic growth. The data analysis model in this study is simultaneous regression. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative method. Data were processed from the Central Bureau of Statistics from 2007 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that based on the estimation results, the t-count value is obtained, the money supply variable has a significant effect on inflation. The investment variable has no significant effect on inflation. The consumption variable has no significant effect on inflation. The economic growth variable has no significant effect on inflation. The government expenditure variable has a significant effect on economic growth. The unemployment variable has a significant effect on economic growth. The inflation variable has a significant effect on economic growth. In order to reduce the inflation rate to a low level, Bank Indonesia should use monetary policy to reduce the money supply.

Abstract

Businesses run by actors in the village still have many problems such as marketing and poor facilities to tourist attractions. Air Betung Berseri tourism is located in Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency. This research focuses on Increasing the Visit of Air Betung Berseri Tourism in Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. Air Betung Berseri tourism is a superior product of Sumber Rahayu village. However, the number of visitors is only crowded at certain times. This is what causes the number of visitors to decrease day by day. The results of this research are active and social networking. The object studied here is Air Betung Berseri Tourism which is driven by actors. The actor is the manager of Air Betung Berseri Tourism. Researchers see that the strategy that must be done is to actively promote to social media and utilize the social network owned by each actor or manager of Air Betung Berseri Tourism. The research method used is qualitative research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of convergence of economic growth in Sumatra Island from 2015 to 2021. The data used are secondary data sourced from the Central Agency. Statistics. The analysis used in this research is Regression Test Analysis, Partial Test (t-test), and Simultaneous Test (F test). The third model is used to see the level of convergent beta on the island of Sumatra. The results of data analysis show that both per capita PDRB and PDRB growth show the level of convergence that occurs is greater than zero (> 0). This means that the growth of PDRB per capita and PDRB between provinces on the island of Sumatra tends to diverge. Economic growth in poor areas is still relatively slow compared to rich areas. The results of research conducted in 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra for the period 2015-2021 have an absolute convergence speed (economic growth) of 0.587670 which means that there has been a convergence speed of economic growth at absolute convergence on the island of Sumatra.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the review of employee motivation at the Hotel Arborbiz Makassar.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, in which the author describes the results of observations and direct interviews with employees at Hotel Arborbiz Makassar. Writing this Final Project is the result of research conducted from June to July 2022.The results showed that the work motivation of employees at Hotel Arborbiz Makassar was seen from several factors that influenced employee motivation, such as promotions, work performance, the work itself, awards, responsibilities and recognition from superiors.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine how much influence unemployment and poverty have on the level of income inequality in North Sumatra Province. This research is a quantitative research using data analysis techniques Panel Data Regression with Random Effect Model. The data period used in the study is from 2017 - 2021 sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics for North Sumatra Province. The results of this study are that unemployment has a positive and significant effect on income inequality in 33 districts/cities of North Sumatra province. Poverty has a negative and insignificant effect on income inequality in 33 districts/cities of North Sumatra province. Unemployment and poverty have a significant effect on income inequality.

Abstract

The tourism sector has an important role in increasing the economy in each region, therefore the government is given the right and authority to take advantage of the natural availability in the local area. The tourism industry, not only has an impact on regions but can also improve the Indonesian economy because income and the state increase. According to BPWS (Suramadu Tourism Development Agency), the island of Madura has an open opportunity as a tourism area. Madura has several advantages as a tourist destination, namely assuming the socio-cultural conditions of the Madra people, there are tourist objects of natural beauty that are quite interesting, have arts that are still growing and developing in society. Studies on the feasibility analysis of Blue Beach can assist in providing information regarding the feasibility of Blue Beach by analyzing management aspects. By analyzing one of these aspects, the feasibility of Blue Beach can be known and the results of this research will be beneficial to provide relevant information so that in the future the tourist area will be better and more focused and this area can be known more widely and attract local and outside tourists from Madura Island. . In this study, a qualitative research method was used, a descriptive approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out new activities regarding consumer behavior attitudes to make a purchase decision due to the marketing strategy that applies in the digital era. For the research method using a study through library research. With a literature review, it can describe and explain that the digital era is proven to be able to influence all areas of life, including the business world. The digital era has produced renewable and up-to-date ideas for consumers or marketers or also for other users. Marketing strategies that are always developing can influence consumer behavior because they are starting to switch habits in shopping online through platforms on social media. The results of this study indicate that marketing strategies through social media have caused a shift in consumer attitudes and behavior from conventional or traditional activities to activities using digital or online technology. Marketers are required to adapt to changes in consumer behavior which is the key to success in being able to maintain the viability of the company through marketing strategies according to the era and changes in consumers. The ability of marketers or companies to be able to always understand consumer behavior is a strategy that is needed and considered because it is something that needs attention to achieve competitive advantage. By carrying out a marketing strategy that uses digital information technology devices, it will be easy to provide opportunities for consumers to find information about the products they will buy as well as testimonials from other consumers about consumer experiences after experiencing the benefits and success of consuming a particular product.

Abstract

(MSMEs) as a strategic force in accelerating regional development. In this connection, especially the micro business sector indeed occupies a strategic position in development as a safety belt, because the growth of MSMEs is increasing every year. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have an important position, not only in the absorption of labor and the welfare of the people in the regions, in many ways they become the glue and blocker of social problems. In this regard, efforts are needed to foster a conducive climate for the development of MSMEs in accelerating regional development. Placing micro, small and medium enterprises as the main target of development must be based on commitment and good coordination between the government, businessmen and non-business institutions and the local community by implementing an aggressive strategy based on economic networks (Partnerships); Developing micro, small and medium enterprises as a whole by how to provide positive and real support for the development of human resources (entrepreneurship training), technology, information, access to financing and marketing, Expansion of the export market, is an indicator of success in building a people-based business climate.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of financial literacy on saving behavior through financial technology as a mediating variable. Further, this research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. This research picked millennial workers in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, as sample of the research. Therefore, the results revealed that financial literacy directly has a significant effect on financial technology and saving behavior then, financial technology also has a significant positive effect on saving behavior. However, financial technology does not able to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and saving behavior significantly. This indicates that financial technology has not provided good facilitation for millennials, especially for helping them in looking the appropriate savings products their needed.

Abstract

This study plans to dissect the advertising edges and benefits of clove promoting which have been completed in Puulemo Town, Lembo Locale, North Konawe Rule. This study was carried out between March and April 2022. Farmers, or 20 percent of the population, were selected at random (simple random sampling). so that a total of 21 farmers participated in the survey. For an example of dealers in clove promoting comprising of 3 gatherers and 2 wholesalers, it was done in a (snowball) way as per data from the ranchers. According to the findings of this study, the following are cloves' marketing channels: Wholesalers, traders, collectors, and farmers At the collector level, the average clove marketing margin was Rp. 15,000/Kg, or Rp, at the wholesaler level. 20,000/Kg. Collectors and wholesalers make an average profit of Rp from distributing the results of their purchases of cloves. 6,758,5000.
