Abstract

This study aims to analyze what economic sectors are the base sectors and contributions of the regency/city economic sector and classify competitiveness between regions of North Maluku province. Descriptive Methods Research. The object of research for regencies/cities in North Maluku. The data used are secondary and primary, Pdrb constant prices of regencies/cities, and North Maluku including in 2015-2019 constant prices. Techniques used Location Quotient, Shift Share Analysis, and Cluster Analysis. Research results. the district/city base sector has a competitive economic structure in North Maluku, there are Ternate cities, and there are 11 economic sectors that are based, while the Shift Share results have regional competitiveness; alternate the number of regional competitiveness in the sector as many as 12 sectors, East Halmahera the number of regional competitiveness in the sector as many as 10 sectors, Morotai Island the number of regional competitiveness in the sector as many as 7 sectors and. West Halmahera Regency Cluster Grouping Has the most cluster proximity to the region in North Maluku province. Abstract

Social commerce is growing rapidly in Indonesia because of the ease of use of social media applications. The online shopping feature on social media has caused some e-commerce users to start switching to using social media for shopping. Several social media now provide paid features and shopping features such as Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, and TikTok Shop. This is part of social commerce which has the basic function of social media with a trading function. Qualitative methods are used in this study. The object of this study was 200 users, namely three online food delivery e-commerce users, social media users, and e-commerce marketplace users. The purpose of this research is to analyze perceptions about social media marketing by e-commerce online food delivery users, social media users, and e-commerce marketplace users. The findings of the study were (1) 200 respondents always looked for information and product reviews on social media before shopping on e-commerce marketplaces and social media. (2) Social media is a business opportunity for influencer marketing and selebgram in the influencer industry. (3) Social media has the potential to become a promising buying and selling platform in the future, and has a great opportunity to become social commerce.

Abstract

Financial statements have the objective of presenting information related to financial condition and position, performance and changes in financial position that provide benefits to a large number of users of financial information, particularly profits that have been obtained. Finance is information that shows the company's achievement in generating profits. Earnings information is a part / component of the company's financial statements that aims to inform management performance, helping to estimate representative earnings capacity in the long term. This study aims to determine the effect of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership, Auditor Quality and Profitability on earnings management in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is a causal quantitative research located on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which is accessed through www.idx.co.id with a sample size of 5 companies during the 2015-2019 period using panel data linear regression analysis. The results showed that through the Chow and Hausman tests the fixed effects model (FEM) was used. The results of the t test show that partially the Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership, Auditor Quality have an effect on Earning Management. Simultaneously the Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership, Auditor Quality have an effect on Earnings Management.

Abstract

Hospitals need adaptation to environmental changes and demands that change rapidly and dynamically. Digital transformation contributes to reducing costs, increasing speed and transparency. The purpose of the research is to describe the implementation, identify the determinants and digital transformation strategies. The method uses a qualitative approach with informants from structural officials, heads of installations, staff, and patients with a total of 15 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the hospital implemented digital transformation refers to the Generic Process Transformation Model Theory by adding cooperation in the operative stage. The reason for the dominant digital transformation is the need for officers and patients as well as superior services. Impacts include increasing speed, efficiency, transparency, and accountability. The determinant factors include officer competence, teamwork, market strategy, regulation, and cooperation. The dominant inhibiting factors are the comfort zone, sectoral ego, and lack of literacy. According to Albukhitan, there is an update on the digital transformation strategy with the appearance of working together and cultivating innovation.

Abstract

Research using the ARDL Panel Model includes Inflation, Gross Domestic Product, Total Money Supply, Exchange Rates, Consumption, Investment, and Interest Rate in Asia's Three Emerging Markets namely India, China, and Indonesia which aims to boost the economy. This study uses secondary data with a quantitative research type using ARDL Panel Regression, the software used is Eviews 10 with cross-section data for 3 Emerging Market Countries, namely India, China, and Indonesia time series data for 2001-2020. The research results show that Exchange Rates, Investments, and Interest Rates can also be leading indicators to support price stability in Indonesia, China, and India, but their positions are unstable in the long run and short run. The main leading indicator in optimizing the variables in controlling price stability in the Three Emerging Markets Asia is Consumption seen from the stability of the short run and long run, where the long-term and short-term interest rate variables are significant in controlling price stability.

Abstract

Business performance is something that must be considered by SMEs, including millennials. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the role of the environment, the use of social media marketing and entrepreneurial orientation towards the performance of Millennial SMEs in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative study using data from the distribution of questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study found that the family environment, the useof social media marketing and entrepreneurial initiatives can partially improve the performance of Millennial SMEs in Makassar City. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information-based management systems computers and finger print presence systems on employee performance at Kualanamu International Airport. The study was conducted on 130 employees using the Structural Equation analysis tool.Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS version 20.0. The results showed that the management information system and the finger print presence system had a positive and significant effect on employee performance Kualanamu International Airport.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the income of MSME traders during the Covid-19 Pandemic is approximately what factors affect the income of MSME traders. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods using CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and Multiple Linear Regression. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of interviews, questionnaires and documentation, and the data used were primary data. The results of the study using show that the factors that affect the income of MSME traders, namely the Old Business Factor (X1), Capital (X2), and the Use of Technology (X3) and Income (Y), of these three factors the Old Business Variable does not have a significant effect on the income of MSME traders shown by the Sig. X1 to Y is 0.284 > 0.05 and t count 1.083 < t table 2.006 so it can be concluded that H1 is rejected which means there is no effect of Business Length (X1) on MSME Merchant Income (Y ), furthermore, the Capital Variable has a significant effect on the income of MSME traders which is indicated by the Sig. X2 to Y is 0.004 < 0.05 and t count 3,051> t table 2,006 so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means that there is an influence of Capital (X2) on Income (Y) and also Variables The use of Technology has a significant effect on the income of MSME traders as indicated by the value of Sig. X3 to Income (Y) is 0.029 < 0.05 and t count 2,240 > t table 2.006 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means that there is an effect of Technology Use (X3) on Income (Y). The conclusion is that the Business Duration does not have a significant effect on the income of MSME traders, while capital and the use of technology have a significant effect on the income of MSME traders. Traders should pay more attention to factors that affect income in order to increase the income of MSME traders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design and determine the relationship marketing strategy at Share Tea Sun Plaza Medan. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis (qualitative), the triangular method, the internal factor matrix (IFE), the external factor matrix (EFE), and a matrix of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to create a relationship marketing strategy for the Share Tea Sun Plaza program. Medan. The results of research at Share Tea Sun Plaza Medan show that by using a matrix of internal and external factors and SWOT analysis, a relationship marketing strategy program can be produced that consists of Fresnack Cards, Big Day Sale, and Fresouvenir Cards that will be used in relational marketing.
