Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Life Balance and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. This research uses quantitative research methods. With the population in this study are field employees of PT. North Bengkulu Agricinal, with the sampling method using the Purposive Sampling method in conducting the research the respondents were obtained randomly, totaling 112 people. In this study using data collection methods by way of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using an instrument test, analysis of respondents' responses, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the formulation Y = 3.877 + 0.863X1 + 0.279X2 Coefficient of determination R2 = 0.639 or 63.9% while the remaining 0.361 or 36.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research. work-life balance (X1) obtained that the value of t count for tcount > ttable (9.896 > 1.659) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. the work environment variable (X2) is 4.961, this means tcount > ttable (4.961 > 1.659) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that work-life balance and non-physical work environment partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction Keywords: work-life balance, non-physical work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work culture, work environment and leadership on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection methods are carried out by using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sample in this study were 35 employees at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis test. The results showed that work culture has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. The work environment has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. Leadership has a positive effect on employee motivation at PT. Sinar Commerce Prosperous. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Mukomuko district group, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including work stress, work motivation and work discipline. The objects in this study are employees of PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Group Mukomuko district, totaling 84 people. This type of research is quantitative research, in this study the authors used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study, using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, then work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So, from the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that work stress, work motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

Based on data analysis using SPSS 26, the multiple linear regression equation is as follows: Y = 1.634 + 0.565x1+0.221x2 + e Value. The correlation coefficient above shows if the correlation coefficient interval is at 0.799 - 0.1000 Service Quality (X) and Store Atmosphere (X2) has a strong influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Coefficient of Multiple Determination (R Squere) R2 = 0.591 or (59%) where the value of the coefficient of multiple determination means that together Service Quality (X1) and Store Atmosphere (X2) contribute to influencing Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Po . Binter 88 Travel Bengkulu City by 59% % while the remaining 41% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Known the value of t test Sig. for the effect of Service Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) is 0.000> 0.005 and the t-count value is 9.499>1.984 t table. so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the variables of Service Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Given the value of Sig. for the effect of Store Atmosphere (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) is 0.004 > 0.005 and the t-count value is 2.963 > 1.984 t table. so that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between Product Quality (X2) variables on Purchase Interest (Y). it can be seen that the results of the F test are f = 68,620 with a significance of 0.000 while the f table is f = 3.938 with a significance of 0.05. From the information above, f arithmetic > f table can be stated Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and it can be concluded that simultaneously there is an effect of Service Quality (X1), and Store Atmosphere (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of facilities, trust and service quality on customer satisfaction at Hotel Kusuma (Case Study on Kusuma Putri Hijau Hotel Employees, North Bengkulu). This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The population used in this study are consumers who rent or stay at Hotel Kusuma. The number of respondents in this study were 85 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 1.247 + 0.119X1 + 0.133X2 + 0.106X3 and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that facilities have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit> t_table (2.497 > 1.989) and (sig α = 0.01 <0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_table (2.437 > 1.989) and (sig α = 0.03 <0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_table (2.510 > 1.989) and (sig α = 0.01 <0.01). Facilities (X_1), trust (X2) and service quality (X3) together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Kusuma Hotel, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of F_count>F_table, namely (27.554 > 2, 72) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Keywords: facilities, trust and service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Research on Pasar Seluma Beach visitors has the following problem formulation, how does the location, tourist facilities and promotion influence simultaneously on Pasar Seluma Beach tourism? This study aims to determine the effect of location, tourist facilities and tourism promotion on the Tourism Attractivenessof Pasar Seluma Beach. The sample used was calculated using the Lemeshow formula (Lemeshow, 199) based on predetermined criteria totaling 161 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using the SPSS 25 formula.Based on the regression results it is known that the significant value for the effect of X1, X2 and X3 together on Y is 0.00. The F-count value is 70.899 and the F-table value is 3.90. Thus, the F-count value (70.899) > F-table (3.390) with a significant value of 0.00 > 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. It can be concluded that X1, X2 and X3 have a significant effect on Pasar Seluma Beach Tourism Attractiveness. Keywords : Location, Facilities, Promotion and Attraction

Abstract

User interest is the desire of consumers to use a product or service. Several factors that influence user interest include advertising attractiveness and brand trust. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising attractiveness and brand trust on user interest in Maxim online transportation services. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of this study were all students of the Management Study Program class of 2019. The number of research samples was 65 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially the attractiveness of advertising has a positive and significant effect on user interest in Maxim online transportation services and brand trust has a positive and significant effect on user interest in Maxim online transportation services. Simultaneously, there is an influence of advertising attractiveness and brand trust on user interest in Maxim online transportation services. Keywords: User Interest, Advertising, Brand Trust

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and service quality on the decision to visit Kampoeng Durian Bengkulu Tengah tourism, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was 170 respondents, the data collection method used was Accidental Sampling. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression.The tcount value for the Digital Marketing variable for the Digital Marketing variable is 4.869 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.050, which means that there is a positive influence between Digital Marketing and the Decision to Visit Kampoeng Durian Bengkulu Tengah Tourism. The tcount value for the Service Quality variable is 7.164 and the sig value is 0.000 <0.050, which means that there is a positive influence between Service Quality on the Decision to Visit Kampoeng Durian Bengkulu Tengah Tourism. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS, to test the coefficients as a whole, the F test is used using a significant level of 0.05 to obtain a Fsig of 0.000 while the calculated F value is 68.820, so it can be interpreted that Fsig < α (0.000 < 0.050) this shows that Ho rejected and Ha accepted thus overall the influence variables namely Digital Marketing and Service Quality have a significant and positive influence on the Decision to Visit Kampoeng Durian Bengkulu Tengah Tourism. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Pt Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Central Bengkulu, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was 85 respondents, the data collection method used was Total Sampling. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. The tcount for the Leadership Style Variable for the Leadership Style variable is 9,305 which means that there is a positive influence between Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. Work Environment Variable The tcount value for the Work Environment variable is 2,342, which means there is a positive influence between the Work Environment and the Decision to Visit PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS, the F test was used to test the coefficients as a whole by using a significant level of 0.05 to obtain a Fsig of 0.000 while the calculated F value was 49,241, this indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus the overall influence variable namely Leadership Style and Work Environment have a significant and positive influence on Employee Performance at PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. Abstract

The Covid-19 case first appeared in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019 the spread of this virus pandemic was so fast from human to human, from one country to another, that it spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. This study aims to find out how the company's sales were before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Is there a significant difference from the company's operations?. Can good and efficient or effective company sales contribute positively to the company? Based on the results of research that has been done about Analysis of Differences in Company Sales PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic can be summarized as follows: 1. In 2019 before the covid-19 pandemic the total sales of PT Pinus Merah Abadi's wafers amounted to 3,929 (million rupiah) with an average annual sales of 327.41 (million rupiah). 2. Whereas in 2020, after the Covid-19 pandemic, PT Pinus Merah Abadi's total sales amounted to 3,554 with an average annual sales of 296.16 (million rupiah). There is a significant difference between the sales of the company PT Pinus Merah Abadi, both before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of the research using the different t test above, it is proven that there is a significant difference between sales results in 2019 and 2020. This based on the test results, namely t count = 3.31 > t table 1.782 at a significance level of 5%. Keywords: Company Sales, Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic.
