Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Converse brand shoes (Case Study of the Community of Sawah Lebar Baru Village, Bengkulu City). This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study was the Sawah Lebar Baru Village Community, Bengkulu City, with the sampling method using the Purposive Sampling method. In the implementation of the research, 110 respondents were obtained randomly. In this study using data collection methods by way of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using an instrument test, analysis of respondents' responses, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 Based on the results of multiple linear regression, Y = 4.313 + 0.889 (X_1) + 0.404 (X_2). The coefficient of determination R2 contributes 0.626 or 62.6% to purchasing decisions while the remaining 0.374 or 37.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. The test results have been carried out, it can be seen that the brand image variable is thit> ttable (9.936 > 1.659) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), lifestyle variable (X2) is thit > ttable (4.152 > 1.659) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), obtained Fcount of 88.691 with a Ftable value of 3.08 namely (88.691 > 3.08) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050). From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that brand image and lifestyle partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Free Shipping Prices and Promos on Online Purchasing Decisions on the Shopee Application (Study on Management Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu). This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 110 respondents, using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. Price X_1 and Free Shipping Promo X_2 have an influence on Purchase Decision (Y), this can be seen in the F test which states the value of F_count>F_table, namely (248,282 > 3.930) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.000), so you can it can be concluded that H_3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously the Price variable (X_1) and Free Shipping Promo (X_2) have a significant influence on online purchasing decisions (Y). From the results of the research conducted, the research conducted in this study showed that the X_1 price and the X_2 free shipping promo had an effect on online purchasing decisions (Y) for Management Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, users of the Shopee application. It is intended from the Correlation Coefficient and Determination that this study has an influence value of R = 0.526 and a determination of R2 = 0.277 where in this research there is a variable that is not examined at 0.277 or 27.7%. keywords: Price, Free Shipping Promo and Purchase Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is based on the identification of the problems stated above, then the purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service, products to customer satisfaction Dapur Mama IA Bengkulu. The sample of this study amounted to 160 which were determined proportionally. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the Quality of Influence has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Dapur Mama IA Kota Bengkulu, the better the Quality of Service provided the better it will be for the development of Dapur Mama IA Kota Bengkulu. With good Service Quality, it will create Customer Satisfaction by itself. Together, Service Quality and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction In Dapur Mama IA Kota Bengkulu, the better the Quality of Service provided and the Quality of Products offered will increase Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

Research at PT. Daihatsu Bengkulu with the formulation of the problem How is the influence of Work Life Balance on Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables, the population and sample in this study are all consumers at PT. Daihatsu Bengkulu amounted to 35 respondents. The sampling technique used convenience sampling based on predetermined criteria totaling 35 respondents. Observation data collection techniques, and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using SPSS 26. Based on the results of research and analysis of the influence on the variables Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. the following conclusions can be drawn: Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction have a partial positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Daihatsu Bengkulu, and Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction, have a significant effect simultaneously on Job Satisfaction at PT Daihatsu Bengkulu. Abstract

Turnover intention is the intention or desire of employees to leave the company where they currently work voluntarily and consciously. Some of the factors that influence turnover intention are job stress and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti (NSS) Bengkulu City. The number of research samples was 63 people. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 23.125 + 0.298 X1 - 0.336 X2. The results of the analysis show that partially job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (tcount = 5.619 and Sig = 0.000) and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (tcount = -6.407 and Sig = 0.000). Simultaneously, there is an effect of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention.nIt is recommended to the management of PT. NSS Bengkulu City to be able to reduce the level of turnover intention in employees by reducing the level of job stress and increasing employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Research at PTPN VII (Persero) Padang Pelawi with the formulation of the problem How is the influence of Teamwork, Compensation, Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PTPN VII (Persero) Padang Pelawi and The purpose of this research is to find out Teamwork, Compensation, Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PTPN VII (Persero) Padang Pelawi The population used in this study were all employees of PTPN VII (Persero) Padang Pelawi totaling 110 respondents. The sampling technique used total sampling based on predetermined criteria totaling 110 respondents. Observation data collection techniques, documentation and questionnaires. The data that has been processed is analyzed using the SPSS 24 formula. Based on research and calculations using the SPSS 26.00 program from the table it is found that: From the variables Teamwork (X1), Compensation (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) the most dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at PTPN Nusantara VII Seluma Regency, namely the results of research conducted are Teamwork and Compensation factors that have a relationship a significant value of 0.000. This indicates that from the variables Teamwork (X1), Compensation (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) which affect Employee Performance (Y), PTPN VII (Persero) Padang Pelawi Seluma Regency has a very significant relationship. Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence of Interior Design on Consumer Purchasing Decisions (Case Study on Lavenrice Bengkulu Restaurant Consumers)” just in time. This research influences the importance of purchasing decisions, several factors that influence purchasing decisions are Interior Design. This study aims to analyze the influence of interior design on consumer purchasing decisions at the Lavenrice Bengkulu Restaurant."Th e research method used is a quantitative method with an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of the Lavenrice Bengkulu Restaurant. The number of respondents in this study were 110 people. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires.Based on the results of simple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 11.108 + 0.377 (X1) The results of the research and hypothesis testing show that Interior Design is t hit>t table (6.216 > 1.659) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), this states that there is a significant influence of Interior Design on purchasing decisions at Lavenrice Bengkulu. Abstract

This type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is employees at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Bengkulu City. The Sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental Sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Data collection method using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that career development (X1) has a positive effect on employe performance (Y), Motivation (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance(Y), Emotional intelligence (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y), Then career development (X1), Motivation (X2), Emotional intelligence (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of free shipping, cash on delivery and consumer trust on online purchasing intentions with a special study of Management Study Program students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bengkuu Muhammadiyah University. The method used is quantitative method and uses descriptive data analysis. The data analysis technique is a step that has been taken by the researcher. Sampling uses the Simple Random Sampling technique. to infer the meaning of the data that has been collected. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of research that has been done on the effect of Free Shipping, Cash On Delivery and Consumer Confidence on Buying Interest at Online Shops in Bengkulu City based on the correlation coefficient test obtained the value of R = 0.871 and the coefficient of determination R^2 = 0.758 value means that Free Shipping (X_1), Cash On delivery (X_2) and Consumer Trust (X3) contributed 0.758 or 75.8% to Purchase Interest (Y) at Online shops in Bengkulu City while the remaining 0.242 or 24.2% was influenced by variables others that were not included in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and individual Characteristics on organizational effectiveness in the subdistrict office of padang city.The population in this study was 32 people. The technique used is the data analysis used is t-test, f-test, multiple linier regression, and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 23. The results of calculations using SPSS show that there is an influence of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness, the influence of individual characteristics on organizational effectiveness, and the influence of organizational culture and individual characteristics on Organizational effectiveness.
