Abstract

In order to increase net advantages for users of e-commerce applications in minimarkets, this research attempts to quantify the degree and influence of experience and trust on user pleasure. This research employs a quantitative methodology. Direct observations of e-commerce applications, literature reviews, and the online distribution of Google Forms-assisted questionnaires to application users via social media were the methods used to collect data. Both statistical and demographic analysis were used to analyze the data for this study. Users of e-commerce applications make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method employed for sampling. With a total of 180 samples, the non-probability sampling approach makes use of the PLS-SEM theory. The majority of respondents expressed high levels of satisfaction with the e-commerce application in minimarkets, according to the data processing results. Because perceived utilitarian's path coefficient and t-test values are below the threshold, the analysis of the aspects of user experience represented by perceived hedonic and perceived utilitarian shows that perceived hedonic has a significant effect on user satisfaction while perceived utilitarian does not. The user happiness variable is significantly impacted by the trust variable. Perceived hedonic value, trust, and ease of use are factors that significantly impact customer satisfaction with e-commerce applications in minimarkets.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the stages of implementing an integrated marketing communications strategy for MSMEs to build brand awareness through Instagram social media. The paradigm used is a constructivist paradigm. The research approach used is a qualitative-descriptive approach. The instruments for this research are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data processing is carried out by recording the results of observations, interviews and documentation studies, as well as identifying problems and planning. The data analysis technique used by researchers is a qualitative data analysis technique, referring to the technique proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely the interactive model. This technique consists of the following three components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. It can be concluded that in public relations and publicity activities, MSMEs do not have a public relations division. Therefore, all control is still held by the marketing division. As for publicity, MSMEs use Instagram as their main means of conveying information. Judging from the conclusions that the researchers have presented, there is a match between the concept or theory regarding integrated marketing communication strategy and the marketing communication strategies that SMEs implement in the field. However, there is one element that is not implemented, namely the public relations element, because it is still part of the marketing division, but regarding publicity, SMEs use Instagram as their publicity medium.

Abstract

Through the development of a signature pattern recognition program on SBC Beagle-bone Black, this research seeks to determine how to differentiate between real and false signatures. Three techniques of gathering data were employed in this study: interviews, observations, and a review of the literature. The quick application development method is the approach that is applied. The rapid, efficient, and brief development cycle (RAD) is emphasized. This study uses a use-case diagram to illustrate the application's logic and data flow. In this study, OpenCV is used as a digital image processing library along with the C++ programming language and QT creator as an integrated development environment (IDE). This application was subjected to both accuracy and functional testing. The following conclusions are drawn from the findings of the investigation and testing that was done: Using the fast library approach for approximate nearest neighbors (FLANN) and the speeded-up robust features (SURF) feature extraction method, the signature pattern recognition program on the Beagle-bone black SBC can differentiate between real and fraudulent signatures. Through the processes of generating image scale space, feature localization, and feature description, the SURF approach extracts feature from signature images. This signature pattern recognition application is one of the digital image processing apps that can be run on the Beagle-bone Black single board computer. This indicates that the specifications of the SBC Beagle-bone Black for digital image processing are good.

Abstract

Finding out which factors financial knowledge, accountability, returns, religion, and digital platforms have the biggest effects on investing interest is the goal of this study. The general public is the study's population. In this study, random sampling was the method of sampling. 200 data points made up the sample size for this study, which employed the Roscoe theory sampling technique. This study employs a quantitative research design. Software called SPSS was used in this study. Primary sources were gathered for this study via questionnaires, and secondary materials were gathered through documentation studies. The study's findings demonstrate how investment interest is simultaneously influenced by the following variables: digital platforms, returns, accountability, financial literacy, and religiosity. Interest in investing is unaffected by financial literacy. Accountability has no bearing on interest in investments. Investment interest is not influenced by religiosity. Interest in investing is unaffected by return. Investment interest is influenced by digital platforms. The digital platform variable is the main factor impacting investment interest in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how consumption patterns and transaction utilization have changed for young people when using e-wallet transactions. The research conducted by the author used a qualitative approach. In this research, the samples obtained by researchers used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100. This research used data collection techniques, including interviews, documentation, and a literature study. The raw data has been collected using interview and documentation data collection techniques, which the author then processes and analyzes. Based on research results, it was found that urban youth have currently experienced evolution or changes in the essence of consumption patterns. Consumption, which is actually a common life phenomenon that will never be replaced, has begun to shift in essence from the motivation of consumption to survive and fulfill needs to consumption to satisfy desires and lifestyle. The presence of digital transactions is here to meet these changes in consumption patterns. In a way, both of them have a mutual influence between consumption patterns, which are increasing in purchasing primary and secondary goods, and the high use of e-wallets, which is proven by the high circulation of money from year to year.

Abstract

Robot seni tari Engang ITK yang berpartisipasi dalam Kontes Robot Seni Tari Indonesia (KRSTI) saat ini belum dapat secara akurat mengidentifikasi zona warna di arena lomba. Kekurangan ini mengakibatkan robot menampilkan gerakan tarian yang tidak tepat sesuai lokasinya. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan kontrol otomatis yang menggunakan sensor warna TCS3200. Sensor TCS3200 akan memperoleh informasi mengenai komposisi RGB secara akurat melalui perhitungan frekuensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa robot seni Engang ITK berhasil membedakan zona dengan memanfaatkan warna putih, biru, merah, hijau dan biru muda dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 80%. Ketika robot mendeteksi warna yang sudah ditentukan untuk setiap zona, secara otomatis robot akan menampilkan gerakan tarian yang telah diprogram sesuai dengan zona. Ketika robot berpindah ke zona dengan warna yang berbeda, robot akan menghentikan gerakan menari pada zona sebelumnya dan memulai gerakan menari yang sesuai dengan zona yang baru. Meskipun demikian, terdapat banyak gangguan (noise) saat melakukan pengujian sehingga nilai RGB yang digunakan untuk mengatur gerakan tarian berubah-ubah, sehingga robot tidak responsif terhadap perintah yang dimasukkan ke dalam program. Nilai RGB yang stabil diperoleh ketika kondisi badan robot tegak lurus terhadap zona warna. Nilai inilah yang digunakan sebagai acuan untuk gerakan menari yang sesuai.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan istilah teknologi yang mencakup seluruh kegiatan yang mampu mempermudah aktifitas manusia dalam hal mengolah data, memproses, hingga memanipulasi data. Perkembangan teknologi juga memberikan dampak signifikan khususnya untuk aktifitas pelayanan publik. Salah satu contoh bentuk penerapannya adalah rancang bangun buku tamu digital. Buku tamu merupakan pelengkap penting dalam proses administrasi. Namun perekaman data tamu masih dilakukan secara manual belum terdigitalisasi. Sehingga, perekaman dan pengelolaan data tamu belum dilakukan secara efisien. Selain itu, kemungkinan kehilangan data tamu juga semakin besar karena faktor human error tidak dapat terhindarkan jika segala aktifitas perekaman data masih bersifat manual. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian dengan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi buku tamu digital dengan menerapkan metode Personal Extreme Programming (PXP). Metode PXP dirasa cocok diterapkan dengan melihat situasi proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang hanya melibatkan pemrogram tunggal. Penerapan metode PXP juga mampu menangani masalah pengembangan sistem dengan ruang lingkup skala kecil yang membutuhkan kecepatan dalam pembuatan serta mampu memperkecil resiko yang timbul selama pengerjaan berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melalui 7 tahapan, yakni 1) Requirement, 2) Planning, 3) Iteration Initialization, 4) Design, 5) Implementation, 6) System Testing, 7) Restropective. Dibuatnya buku tamu digital diharapkan mampu mengefisiensikan aktifitas administrasi yang telah berlangsung saat ini.

Abstract

Finding out what variables affect users' acceptance of server-based electronic wallets is the goal of this study. A quantitative methodology is used in this investigation. Using a questionnaire, a survey was conducted in order to collect data. Users of server-based electronic wallets make up the study's population. The purposive sampling strategy was employed by the author in this study. It was successful for the author to get 100 responses. Statistical analysis and demographic analysis are the two subcategories of data analysis. Using IBM SPSS, the author first analyzed demographic data. Second, SmartPLS was used by the author to perform statistical analysis. The following are the factors that affect user approval, according to the research findings: The impact of effort depletion on behavioral intention is substantial. An important factor influencing behavioral intention is social influence. The impact of perceived trust anticipation on behavioral intention is substantial. Behavior intention is significantly impacted by perceived risk anticipation. Encouraging circumstances behavioral intention is significantly influenced by expectations. Use behavior is significantly impacted by facilitating situations. Behavioral intention is significantly impacted by habit. The way we utilize things is greatly influenced by our habits. The intention behind one's behavior greatly influences how they use things. In the meanwhile, performance expectation has no discernible impact on behavioral intention, and the following criteria do not influence user approval. There is no discernible impact of hedonic motivation on behavioral intention. On behavioral intention, price value has no discernible impact.

Abstract

Teknologi push notification merupakan aspek krusial dalam aplikasi modern, yang memungkinkan pengiriman informasi secara instan kepada pengguna. Dua protokol komunikasi yang sering digunakan untuk mendukung fitur ini adalah Web Socket dan MQTT. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis komparasi antara kedua protokol ini untuk memahami karakteristik, efisiensi, dan responsivitas masing-masing. Web Socket, dikenal karena koneksi dua arahnya (full-duplex), menyediakan kanal komunikasi persisten antara client dan server. Protokol ini memungkinkan pengiriman pesan secara real-time antara client dan server, sehingga sangat cocok untuk implementasi push notification yang membutuhkan responsivitas tinggi. Di sisi lain, MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) dirancang khusus untuk keperluan Internet of Things (IoT). Fokus utama MQTT adalah pertukaran pesan terdistribusi, yang memungkinkan komunikasi efisien antara perangkat IoT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dan pengukuran kinerja untuk mengevaluasi efisiensi dan responsivitas kedua protokol dalam mengirimkan push notification. Salah satu aspek yang diukur adalah kecepatan pengiriman pesan, yang melibatkan waktu delay dan waktu respons dari kedua protokol. Selain itu, penggunaan sumber daya seperti penggunaan CPU juga menjadi perhatian dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Web Socket cenderung lebih efisien dalam mengatasi push notification dalam skenario aplikasi real-time. Protokol ini menunjukkan waktu delay yang lebih rendah dan waktu respons yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan MQTT. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Web Socket mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih responsif dalam menerima push notification. Namun, MQTT menunjukkan keunggulan dalam pertukaran pesan terdistribusi pada lingkungan IoT. Protokol ini dirancang khusus untuk efisiensi dan kehandalan dalam komunikasi antara perangkat IoT. Dalam konteks penggunaan IoT, MQTT dapat memberikan performa yang lebih baik dalam mengirimkan push notification pada jaringan yang terdistribusi. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Web Socket lebih efisien dalam mengatasi push notification dalam skenario aplikasi real-time, sementara MQTT unggul dalam pertukaran pesan terdistribusi pada lingkungan IoT. Pemilihan protokol yang tepat harus didasarkan pada kebutuhan dan karakteristik aplikasi yang ingin diimplementasikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how consumer interest is impacted by service quality and promotion. Quantitative research methodologies are employed in this study. Questionnaires are a tool used in this survey-style research study. Probability sampling combined with the proportionate stratified random sample method was the sampling strategy employed in this study. There is one hundred in the research sample. Descriptive statistics are used in the data analysis technique. The study's findings indicate that promotion has a big impact on consumers' levels of interest. Customer interest is significantly influenced by the quality of the services provided. Promotion and service excellence have an impact on customer interest. The findings of descriptive statistics, which show an average score of 72.5, a minimum score of 32, a maximum score of 90, the highest percentage value of affirmative responses to questionnaire statements at 70%, and a R square value of 0.53, or 53%, for the quality variable service to consumer interest, all support this. These findings indicate that the variable of service quality has a stronger effect on affecting customer interest. This research focuses on service quality variables because there is a gap with previous research where service quality has no effect on interest. Apart from that, consumer interest variables have not been widely used, so this can differentiate previous research that refers to interest in using e-wallets.
