Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class VIII H students of SMP Negeri 1 Turi with the Make a match type of Cooperative Learning model on straight-line equations. The Make a match type of Cooperative Learning Model is one of the Cooperative Learning models where students work together to find their respective partners. This research consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Collecting data using field notes, observations, tests and interviews. Data collection tools are observation sheets, interview guidelines, and questions. Data analysis in this classroom action research uses descriptive analysis techniques.The results obtained in this study: cycle 1 was carried out for 2 meetings with the results of the percentage of students whose scores were above the KKM as much as 53.33%. Cycle 2 was conducted for 2 meetings with the result that the percentage of students whose scores were above the KKM was 76.67%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Make A Match Cooperative Learning Model could improve the learning outcomes of 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Turi.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang relefansi Reward dan Punishment dalam proses Pembelajaran. Fokus yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini ialah; 1) bagaimana proses penggunaan Reward and Punishment di sekolah, 2) sejauh mana relevansi penggunaan reward an punishment dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini ialah; 1) Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa proses penggunaan Reward and Punishment di MTs Nurul Jadid Sidayu Gresk sudah tergolong sudah baik dan rutin terprogram dalam penggunaanya siswa maupun siswi meraa termotivasi dan tertarik dengan menggunakan Reward and Punishment dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. 2) Penggunaan reward dan punishment saat ini masih tergolong relefan dan sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran, namun perlu diketahui tidak semua permasalahan yang terjadi di sekolah/kelas haris diberikan melalui punishment, melainkan melalui kegiatan positif yang lain seperti membaca qur’an dan sholawat

Abstract

This researcher measures the effectiveness of discovery learning on reading descriptive text at eight grades of SMP Diniyah Al Falahiyah Lamongan in academic 2020/202. The discovery learning method strategy works for the students' mental, easy to interact (actively) and new information independently. The method of the research utilized a quantitative experimental method by using a pre-experimental design. Conducted the sample of the study was at VII-A class with 30 students. The instrument of collecting data used try-out and test (pre-test and post-test). The test had utilized to know students' abilities before and after the experiment run. The result of the research showed the mean score in the pre-test was 57.33, and the post-test was 74.50. The result was that the post-test was higher than the pre-test. The analysis using the SPSS based paired sample t-test formula produces a significance value of sig. (2-tailed) had 0.000 at the critical value for the 5% level (0.000 < 0.05). The obtained t-test had -21.908, and the t-table was 2.042. So, the test score was higher than the t-table (-21.908 > 2.042). It means rejected Ho and Ha is accepted. It can conclude that the discovery learning method has significant and effectiveness to reading descriptive text.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence employee job satisfaction at PGRI Adi Buana University (UNIPA) Surabaya PSDKU Lamongan has. Job satisfaction is an individual's emotional state that can be expressed in feelings of happiness and positive emotions and this comes from an assessment of a job or work experience which can later affect performance performance, either directly or indirectly. This research is descriptive. The population and samples used were employees at UNIPA Surabaya PSDKU Lamongan, from BAAK (Bureau of Academic and Student Administration), and BAUK (Bureau of General Administration and Finance). The results of this study indicate that employee job satisfaction is not only about the salary received but there are several factors that influence it

Abstract

This study uses qualitative research conducted by the author directly to see the reality of the field directly, with the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The author's data processing or analysis technique uses descriptive. This study uses the ACTORS theory of empowerment proposed by Sarah Cook and Stave Macaulay which is intended in this study to understand the meaning behind the actions of Mrs. Hj. Yusi Repelitawati related to the empowerment of the Khoirunnisa taklim congregation, Babat Lamongan. As for the results of this study are: first Mrs. Hj. Yusi Repelitawati, who was born into a Christian family, at the age she was an adult, decided to convert to Islam. He was born into a well-to-do family, but he has a principle that he does not want to trouble his parents until he pioneered his career until he became a successful person and was able to establish a business and a taklim assembly. Mrs. Hj. Yusi lives on Jl. Gotong Royong No. 6 Tripe Lamongan. Second, the feeling of wanting to spread the religion of Islam aroused his enthusiasm to preach to the community, his da'wah strategy by building a taklim assembly while empowering his congregation was well received by the surrounding community even though he was a convert. It has been his goal so that many people can study Islam more broadly, he also wants to help the economy of the congregation of the taklim congregation by empowering the congregation of his taklim congregation into his own business.

Abstract

Tujuan analisis Novel Cinta 2 Kodi karya penulis ternama Indonesia, Asma nadia adalah untuk melihat konsep Istri Shalihah dalam gambaran dari sebuah Novel. Novel ini berkisah tentang gambaran Istri shalihah yang sabar akan ujian berumah tangga dimana tidak semua istri dapat melewati cobaan hidup dengan baik. Novel Cinta 2 Kodi juga menyajikan kisah teladan kehidupan dan bagaimana seorang istri menyikapi permasalahan rumah tangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis wacana model Teun A Van Dijk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat dua konsep istri Shalihah yakni 1. Memilih Pasangan Setara 2. Sikap Bijak Istri Shalihah; a). Mengalah, sabar dan Diam. b). Kontemplasi Diri; Mengurangi Kebersamaan. c). Berprasangka Baik Terhadap Suami. d). Ikhlas Mandiripada Persoalan Nafkah Lahir. d). Tulus; Quality Time untuk Keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to test how much influence parental attention has on the ability to memorize the Qur'an of students at SMK Ar-Rahma Mandiri Indonesia Pasuruan. In addition, this study aims to identify and create new media, and is expected to provide input and evaluation for the learning process of the Qur'an both in schools and other Qur'anic institutions. And add a new discourse to be able to develop the scientific repertoire of Islam. This research is a type of experiment research with a quantitative approach with true experimental design research. The results obtained by the researcher that there is a significant difference in the level of influence of parental attention and BTQ strategy on the memorization ability of the students of SMK Ar-Rahma Mandiri Indonesia Pasuruan with a value of Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05, i.e. 0.002 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the level of influence of parental attention and the BTQ strategy on the memorization ability of the students of SMK Ar-Rahma Mandiri Indonesia Pasuruan. And the magnitude of the effect based on the R Squared value of 0.739 lies at (0.71 0.90) with a "strong" interpretation.

Abstract

Novel Hijrah Itu Cinta yang menceritakan seorang anak perempuan bernama Senja yang sedang melakukan proses hijrah setelah mengetahui masa lalu suram yang dimiliki ayah dan ibu nya. Dan seorang laki-laki bernama Satria yang keadaanya saat itu mirip dengan ayah Senja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari makna dari kata atau kalimat tersebut, dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi yang digunakan untuk menelaah isi dokumen dari novel Hijrah Itu Cinta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Makna Hijrah dalam novel Hijrah Itu Cinta terdapat dalam penyampain surat wasiat ayah Senja yang telah melakukan pertaubatan secara tulus di kampung Hijrah yakni 1) Kesungguhan Taubat 2) Kesadaran Diri Ingin Menjadi Manusia Yang Lebih Baik 3) Petunjuk Allah bagi Hambanya (Hidayah) 4) Ketentraman Jiwa 5) Cinta Hakiki.

Abstract

This study examines the Islamic moderation and the religious sects of pluralism. Considering Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lil Alamin. Then, so far Islam is a peace solution to the problem of intolerance. The theory used in this research analysis uses the thoughts of several experts including Quraish Shihab, Yusuf Al-Qardhawi, Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) and Nucholis Majid. This research is a qualitative research study of literature with an interpretive philosophical approach. In obtaining valid data and supporting this research, the author uses the documentation method to collect data. Then the data analysis technique used is deductive analysis, namely drawing conclusions based on general conditions, or there are special findings from general ones. The results of this study illustrate that Islam does not consider all religions to be the same, but Islam treats all religions equally by prioritizing tasamuh (tolerance), deliberation between religious believers, and having a musawa (non-discriminatory) attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine students' communication skills before applying the Probing Prompting Learning Model in Civics lessons for fifth grade students, 2) determine students' communication skills after applying the Probing Prompting Learning Model in Civics lessons. fifth grade students, 3) improve students' communication skills in Civics material after applying the Probing Prompting learning method for fifth grade students. This study uses a Classroom Action Research approach. The data collection techniques in this study are observation and tests. The results showed that: 1) Through the Probing Prompting learning model there was an increase in the communication skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 101390 Batang Pane 1 in Civics learning. 2) Students' communication skills were obtained through the application of the Probing Prompting learning model, namely the average score of students' communication skills in the first cycle was 76.88 and increased by 94.75 in the second cycle. The Probing Prompting learning model has been implemented according to the learning scenario in class V at SD Negeri 101390 Batang Pane 1.
