Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Luas Lahan, Modal dan Tenaga Kerja terhapat Pendapatan petani garam tradisional. Hipotesis penelitian ini terdapat hubungan signifikan anatar variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, dengan populasi penelitian ini 116 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 58 orang. Jenis adata yang digunakan data kuantitatif dan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknis analisis data regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil peenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Secara simultan variabel Luas Lahan, Modal dan tenaga Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam tradisional di Desa Badarai. (2). Secara parsial variabel Luas Lahan, Modal dan Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam tradisional di Desa Badarai.

Abstract

Latarbelakang peneltian adalah laba rugi merupakan laporan sistematis tentang penghasilan, biaya dan laba rugi yang diperoleh perusahaan selama periode tertentu (biasanya satu tahun). Usaha adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan memperoleh hasil berupa keuntungan, upah atau laba usaha, secara sederhana arti wirausaha (entrepreneur) adalah orang yang berjiwa berani mengambil resiko artinya bermental mandiri, tanpa diliputi rasa takut atau cemas sekalipun dalam kondisi tidak pasti, kegiatan wirausaha dapat dilakukan seseorang diri atau berkelompok.IKM adalah usaha produk barang atau perusahaan kecil. Dikatakan sebagai perusahaan kecil karena jenis kegiatan ekonomi ini dipusatkan dirumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis laba rugi dan skala usaha kecil frementasi anggur di Desa Napan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari pemilik usaha dan karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa laporan laba rugi IKM Suka Maju mengalami peningkatan keuntungan dari tahun 2021-2023. Rata-rata keuntungan pada tahun 2021 sejumlah Rp. 10.410.000, pada tahun 2022 sejumlah Rp. 15.210.000, dan pada tahun 2023 sejumlah Rp. 19.560.000 pertahun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemanfaatan  Teknologi Informasi (PTI) Memoderasi Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Desa (KAD), Sistem Pengendalian Internal (SPI), terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa (APDD), di Desa Sifaniha. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Desa dan Sebagian masyarakat di Desa Sifaniha. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Outer Model, Inner Model, dan Uji Interaksi Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi aparatur desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Sedangkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan kompetensi aparatur desa, sistem pengendalian internal terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, employee behavior, and internal communication on organizational culture and employee performance at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. In addition, the study also examines the effect of organizational culture on performance. The research population consists of 18,120 employees, with a sample of 100 respondents determined using a probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling method, based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data analysis conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy, employee behavior, and internal communication have a positive and significant influence on organizational culture. These three variables also show a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on performance. These findings suggest that improvements in self-efficacy, positive employee behavior, and effective internal communication can strengthen organizational culture and directly contribute to enhancing employee performance within the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.

Abstract

Amid the rapid currents of globalization and technological advancement, the success of an organization greatly depends on the quality of its employees, whose performance can be enhanced through strong motivation, proper training, and inspiring leadership. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, training, and leadership on employee performance at PT Anugrah Multi Kreasindo. The research population consisted of 250 employees, with a sample of 100 respondents determined using a probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data analyzed using SPSS version 20. The results of the study indicate that motivation, training, and leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that improvements in motivation, effective training, and strong leadership can enhance the performance of employees at PT Anugrah Multi Kreasindo.

Abstract

Inflation has long been an economic issue in Indonesia, where this phenomenon is significantly influenced by several factors such as the Rupiah exchange rate, the BI interest rate, and foreign exchange reserves. When maintained at an appropriate level, inflation can stimulate economic growth in a positive direction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous relationship between the Rupiah exchange rate, the BI interest rate, and foreign exchange reserves on the inflation rate in Indonesia during the period 2002–2023. This research employs a mixed-method approach, using the Error Correction Model (ECM) for analysis. The data used consist of secondary data in the form of time series, while the primary data were obtained directly from informants through interviews. The partial results indicate that the exchange rate has a significant effect on inflation in both the short and long term; the BI interest rate also significantly affects inflation in both the short and long term. Meanwhile, foreign exchange reserves have a significant effect on inflation in the short term but do not have a significant effect in the long term. Simultaneously, in both the short and long term, the Rupiah exchange rate, BI interest rate, and foreign exchange reserves have a significant effect on inflation in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of salary increase and loyalty on the performance of members at the Pusdik Polair Lemdiklat Polri Work Unit. The phenomenon that underlies this study is the finding of Polri members with suboptimal performance levels, even though the policy of salary increase and performance allowances has been implemented. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. A sample of 50 respondents was determined through a simple random sampling technique from a population of 100 members. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, salary increase and loyalty have a positive and significant effect on member performance. This study emphasizes the importance of compensation management and loyalty development as a strategy to improve institutional performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of organizational climate on employee work enthusiasm at Bank BNI Fatmawati branch office, To determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the work environment, the influence of compensation on employee work enthusiasm, the influence of organizational climate, work environment and compensation on employee work enthusiasm at Bank BNI Fatmawati branch office. This study uses a quantitative approach using descriptive and associative research types. The population studied was 200 Bank BNI Fatmawati branch office employees. The sampling technique in this study was the total sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study was the SPSS version 20 program, by processing classical assumption test data including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests, followed by hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis and partial tests (t-test). The results showed that there was an influence of Organizational Climate on Employee Work Spirit at Bank BNI Fatmawati branch office, as evidenced by the tcount value> ttable (3.066> 1.971). There is no influence of organizational environment on Employee Work Spirit at Bank BNI Fatmawati branch office, proven by the calculated t value > t table (0.002 < 1.971). with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, while the Adjusted R Square value of 0.209 or 20.9% of the variables Organizational Climate (X1), Organizational Climate (X2) and Compensation (X3) simultaneously (together) influence the variable Employee Work Spirit (Y) and the remaining 79.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pollution is a serious issue that must be addressed in the field of environmental science. Therefore, it is necessary to have monitoring mechanisms to determine the extent to which pollutants have harmful impacts on the environment. This paper discusses a mathematical model for the pollutant dispersion system in a lake, the determination of equilibrium points (fixed points) to understand the balance within the model, a stability analysis to find eigenvalues, and the subsequent solution using the Variational Iteration Method (VIM) to determine the amount of dissolved pollutants in the lake.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing mix and SWOT analysis in the marketing strategy of used motorcycle sales at the Muhshi Motor Showroom using a descriptive-qualitative approach. Based on the Marketing Mix method by Philip Kotler and Gary Armstrong, the marketing mix is defined as a set of controllable marketing variables that a company combines to elicit the desired response in the target market. The SWOT analysis systematically identifies various factors to formulate company strategies. This analysis is based on the logic of maximizing strengths and opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and threats. The results of the study using SWOT analysis of internal and external factors indicate that Muhshi Motor Showroom is positioned in Quadrant I (aggressive). This is a very favorable position, where the company has both opportunities and strengths, enabling it to maximize existing opportunities. Therefore, Muhshi Motor Showroom can implement strategies that support aggressive growth policies.
