Abstract

This research analyzes tourists’ revisit intentions at Indonesia’s Kulon Progo tourist attraction. Intention to revisit is predicted by smart tourism destination and destination image. The mediating effect of destination image on the intention to revisit is also analyzed in this research. This research is quantitative research using a survey of respondents. This study included 200 respondents who visited tourist destinations in the Kulonprogo area. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM. The research results show that the revisit intention model, influenced by smart tourism destination and destination image, is acceptable. Destination image affects directly to revisit intention. STD affects the destination image, and STD affects the revisit intention to Kulonprogo destination.

Abstract

Gender equality-based health promotion for Family Hope Program (PKH) beneficiaries in Sukoharjo Regency aims to address disparities in healthcare access and awareness. The primary goal is to enhance knowledge and consciousness among PKH recipients, particularly regarding the importance of health maintenance. By achieving this objective, the initiative seeks to reduce preventable illnesses and enhance healthcare accessibility throughout Sukoharjo. Additionally, the program strives to promote gender equality in health-related decision-making, emphasizing the empowerment of women in health matters. The expected outcomes include an increase in health literacy among PKH beneficiaries and a more equitable distribution of healthcare resources. Furthermore, the implementation of gender-aware health promotion is anticipated to contribute to sustainable development goals and community well-being in Sukoharjo Regency Recommendations for future implementation include the development of comprehensive health education modules with a gender perspective and the integration of gender-focused policies into the PKH framework. By prioritizing these strategies, the program can foster positive behavioral changes and foster a more inclusive and equitable healthcare system for all PKH beneficiaries in Sukoharjo Regency  .Keywords: gender, health promotion, PKH, Sukoharjo

Abstract

In today's knowledge-based economy, knowledge sharing is essential for organizations to be successful. However, knowledge sharing can be challenging due to a lack of trust, fear of losing power or status, cultural barriers, and lack of incentives. This study aims to create a conceptual model to understand better the relationship between social capital and the knowledge sharing process. We use a literature review approach to understand what comes before and after knowledge sharing. By looking at existing research, we want to find out the things that lead to knowledge sharing and the results of it. This helps us get a full picture of how sharing knowledge works and what factors play a role The study will examine how social capital dimensions (structural capital, relational capital, and cognitive capital) affect knowledge collecting and knowledge. The findings of this study will help practitioners and managers to create an environment that encourages people to share their knowledge, leading to increased innovation, productivity, and decision-making effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, electronic word of mouth and influencer endorsement on purchase intention. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, the data used were obtained from questionnaires collected from 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique in this research is statistical and quantitative analysis (multiple linear regression). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially the variables of brand image, electronic word of mouth and influencer endorsement have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention in Zalora Indonesia's e-commerce in Yogyakarta City. Therefore, it is important for Zalora Indonesia to maintain its brand image, maintain good responses from its customers through the products and services provided, and choose good endorsement influencers in order to encourage consumer buying interest in products sold through Zalora Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Financial Knowledge and Financial Experience on Financial Satisfaction with Financial Literacy as an Intervening Variable in Generation Z in Air Batu District. The population in this study were all Z generations in Air Batu District and the sample was 100 people. Data analysis and uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) model. The results show that Financial Knowledge has a significant effect on Financial Satisfaction, Financial Experience has a significant effect on Financial Satisfaction, Financial Knowledge has a significant effect on Financial Literacy, Financial Experience has a significant effect on Financial Literacy, Financial Literacy has a significant effect on Financial Satisfaction, Financial Knowledge has a significant effect on Financial Satisfaction through Financial Literacy as an intervening variable. Financial Experience has a significant effect on Financial Satisfaction through Financial Literacy as an intervening variable.

Abstract

In the reform era, the role of Human Resources (HR) has become increasingly crucial in various institutions, such as government, BUMN, and companies. Education and training are the main steps in efforts to improve the quality and productivity of human resources. Labor productivity is influenced by education and training which can develop knowledge and skills. Good HR management can be an important factor in the operational success of a company. The productivity of labor plays a crucial role in the economic advancement of a region. This research analyzes the influence of education and training on labor productivity in Indonesia, a literature review was employed as the methodology. The findings indicate a positive and substantial correlation between education, training, and labor productivity. The findings of this research can be utilized by the government to comprehend the significance of education and training in initiatives aimed at boosting labor productivity. allocations in the education sector can be increased, including formal education and skills training. The younger generation can also play an active role and take advantage of available educational and training opportunities to improve their knowledge and skills, such as taking courses, educational programs, or training that are relevant to their fields of interest.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Army Unites Building Villages (INAUBV) program as a social responsibility program carried out by the INA organization can be oriented as well as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program carried out by companies. The research was conducted in Sukoharjo Regency in 2021-2023. The research method is a case study. Sampling used Purposive Sampling. Research data uses primary and secondary data. Data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and documentation. Data validation uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model, which consists of: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results concluded that according to the perspective of the CSR concept, the implementation of the INAUBV program meets the following principles: (a) Accountability, as a form of organizational (INA) responsibility for community problems; (b) Transparency, involving related agencies and the community in program implementation and reporting; (c) Ethical behavior, trying to establish harmonious relationships with various parties, including society; (d) Respect for stakeholder needs, involving relevant agencies and the community; (e) Respect for legal regulations, because it is carried out based on the INA Law; (f) Respect for international behavioral norms by adopting CSR programs; (g) Respect for human rights, increasing equitable development, because it prioritizes disadvantaged areas. Keywords: INA, INAUBV, CSR.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human development index and road length infrastructure development, on the improvement of economic inequality as measured by general publicationh for the period 2013-2022. Secondary data is needed to provide an explanation or answer to the research question. The data analysis model used in this study uses a panel data model with a linear regression approach (OLS). The results show that HDI (X1) has a positive effect on improving economic inequality (Y), with a regression coefficient value of 0.003326, and is significant, with a value of Prob. = 0.0000 < 0.05. Road length (X2) has a positive effect on improving economic inequality (Y), with a regression coefficient of 0.00000143 or 1.43E- 06, but not significant, with a Prob. = 0.2974 > 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of trust, convenience, security and promotion on student decisions in using go pay either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study are all students who use gopay. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with 100 samples. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used Multiple Liner Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) software version 24.00. The results of this study prove that trust, convenience, security and promotion influence student decisions in using go pay either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence on the influence of financial literacy and financial behavior on the development of MSME financial performance. The research approach used is quantitative, and is located on Madura Island. The population in this study includes all MSMEs on Madura Island. While the samples taken amounted to 62 MSME samples covering four districts. By using the multiple regression analysis method, the results showed that: (1) The financial literacy variable has a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs. (2) The financial behavior variable does not have a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs.
