Abstract

Batik is Indonesia's cultural heritage. Batik can be associated as an Indonesian brand. This research is aimed at examining the influence of the authenticity dimension which contains heritage, sincerity and quality commitment on indigenous product attractiveness. The research design used was expanatory. The number of samples in this study was 100 batik practitioners spread across 6 big cities in Central Java. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Processing using SEM techniques and using the Smart PLS tool. The findings of this research are that heritage and quality commitment influence indigenous product attractiveness. Sincerity is proven to have no effect on indigenous product attractiveness. These findings contribute to research on how to build indigenous product attractiveness by strengthening authenticity values.

Abstract

Gender equality-based health promotion for Family Hope Program (PKH) beneficiaries in Sukoharjo Regency aims to address disparities in healthcare access and awareness. The primary goal is to enhance knowledge and consciousness among PKH recipients, particularly regarding the importance of health maintenance. By achieving this objective, the initiative seeks to reduce preventable illnesses and enhance healthcare accessibility throughout Sukoharjo. Additionally, the program strives to promote gender equality in health-related decision-making, emphasizing the empowerment of women in health matters. The expected outcomes include an increase in health literacy among PKH beneficiaries and a more equitable distribution of healthcare resources. Furthermore, the implementation of gender-aware health promotion is anticipated to contribute to sustainable development goals and community well-being in Sukoharjo Regency Recommendations for future implementation include the development of comprehensive health education modules with a gender perspective and the integration of gender-focused policies into the PKH framework. By prioritizing these strategies, the program can foster positive behavioral changes and foster a more inclusive and equitable healthcare system for all PKH beneficiaries in Sukoharjo Regency  .Keywords: gender, health promotion, PKH, Sukoharjo

Abstract

Firms and financial statements are closely related. This study examine whether intellectual capital, managerial ownership, institutional ownership and firm size affect  the integrity of financial statements. This study uses the consumer goods sector firms that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. Purposive sampling is used as a method of selecting research samples and analyzed by multiple regression methods. The result show that intellectual capital, managerial ownership and firm size affect the integrity of financial statements. But institutional ownership does not affect the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

Accounting information systems (AIS) are performing better as information technology advances. The aim of the written research is test and obtain empirical evidence whether complexity in information technology, support for top management, formalization of system development, user involvement, as well as training and education programs influence the performance of the accounting information system in Regional Drinking Water Companies Denpasar City. The population of this study consisted of all 296 employees. This research used a purposive sampling method by selecting 71 people. Multiple linear regression is an analytical method for testing hypotheses. Research findings show that formalization of system development and user involvement have a positive effect on AIS performance. However, the sophistication of information technology, top management support, and training and education programs have no effect on the performance of accounting information systems. It is hoped that written research can improve the performance of employees using accounting information systems, therefore increasing the performance of information systems in accounting at Regional Drinking Water Companies Denpasar City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership behavior and employee commitment to work performance of employees in Maleo Unit Multi Nabati Sulawesi Corporation. The company faces the challenge of how to improve the work performance of employees. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to 94 employees who work in the company. This study consist of three variable Leadership behavior is measured by the ability to motivate, direct, communicate, decision-making, and responsibility. Employee commitment is measured by acceptance of organizational objectives, loyalty, compliance with organizational rules, work engagement, and acceptance of organizational values. Work performance is measured by cooperation, creativity, time utilization, quality of work, and quantity of work. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis are known that the value of 9.19 where is the value of F_test > F_tabel or 9,190 > 3,097, with a significant rate of 0.00 which means less than 0.05 or 0.00 < 0.05. This means there is a simultaneous influence between leadership behavior and work commitment to the work performance of employees in Maleo unit Multi Nabati Sulawesi Corporation.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the national economy is carried out by taking fiscal and monetary policies to allocate State Budget (APBN) funds for economic recovery. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the benefits of Direct Cash Transfer (BLT) and Village Cash Intensive Labor in Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with descriptive analysis techniques. The realization of the Village Fund is a follow-up to the government's program to develop and strengthen regions and villages aimed at improving welfare and equitable development through improving public services, advancing the economy, overcoming development gaps between villages and strengthening communities as subjects of development. In the pandemic era, economic growth has decreased, thus affecting the household economy. Village Fund Cash Transfer and Village Cash Intensive Assistance are assistance in the form of money and work to beneficiary families in the Village sourced from Village Funds to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

An individual with a strong presence on social media, known as an influencer, has the ability to bridge the gap between a company and its target audience by conveying a favorable brand image to the audience. Social media influencers have the ability to shape brand image and customer engagement, which can then influence the interest in purchasing that brand. Tasya Farasya is a beauty influencer who often shares reviews about Makeover products. Her posts have created brand image and customer engagement among Makeover's audience. Compared to other beauty influencers, Tasya Farasya is one of the top 10 beauty influencers in Indonesia, with a high figur of followers and engagement rates. However, the Makeover product that Tasya Farasya reviewed is not the top cosmetic product in Indonesia. This can affect the brand image, customer engagement, and interest in purchasing Makeover. This study aims to assess how Tasya Farasya, a social media influencer, affects consumers' purchase intent for Makeover brand, focusing on the influence of brand image and customer engagement factors. In this study, a quantitative approach was employed, whereby data was gathered via a questionnaire. To analyze the data, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was utilized through the use of the SmartPLS software.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the financing of Islamic Financial Institutions, namely slamic Microfinance Institutions, Sharia Financing Companies, Sharia Pawnshops, and Sharia Venture Capital on the SDGs Agenda in Indonesia from 2017 to 2022. This study used secondary data, and the data analysis method used was panel data regression analysis using the Random Effect Model with the help of Eviews 10. The results of this study indicated that poverty in Indonesia can be explained by Islamic Microfinance Institutions, Sharia Financing Companies, Sharia Pawnshops, and Sharia Venture Capital by 18.91% (R2). Then the regression coefficient showed that (1) financing from Islamic Microfinance Institutions did not have a significant effect on the 5% real level with a probability value of 0.8734 and was negatively related to the coefficient value obtained of 0.018714, (2) Financing from Islamic finance companies did not have a significant effect at the 5% real level with a probability value of 0.8956 and positively related to the coefficient value obtained of 0.018269, (3) Sharia pawnshop financing had no significant effect at the 5% real level with a probability value of 0.9348 and was  negatively related to the coefficient value obtained at 0.025233, (4) The variable of  Sharia Venture Capital financing had no effect at the 5% real level with a probability value of 0.9854 and was negatively related to the coefficient value obtained of 0.000151. Furthermore, poverty in Indonesia was significantly influenced by these variables at 10.85% (F-Statistic).

Abstract

This comparative study aims to explore and analyze the attitudes of postgraduate students towards investment decision-making in the contexts of India and Nigeria.Through a survey conducted among 181 postgraduate students in both the countries, this research investigates their perceptions, preferences, and approaches when making investment decisions. By employing a structured questionnaire, the study assesses factors influencing investment choices, risk tolerance, information sources, and overall financial literacy levels. Drawing on the psychological, social and economic distinctions between India and Nigeria, the research seeks to identify similarities and differences in investment attitudes among the two populations. The findings not only contribute to the literature on factors affecting investment behavior but also provide insights for financial educators, policymakers, and financial institutions to tailor strategies that enhance the investment decision-making skills of postgraduate students in both nations. Finally, this study shows the importance of educational background in shaping individual investment preferences and choices.

Abstract

This research discusses the impact and implications of digital transformation on employee performance and skills at Port services business sector 2 Cirebon. By using quantitative research methods and simple linear regression, the results of this research show that factors such as motivation, ability, knowledge, and expertise, as well as digital transformation, have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Factors such as effective use of information technology, resource empowerment, work culture, teamwork, employee empowerment, training, information technology, knowledge management, innovation, and creativity also play an important role in improving employee performance. Employees at this company are considered to have the ability to work as a team and complete tasks responsibly and on time. The suggestion from this research is that it is important for leaders and decision-makers to design and implement effective digital transformation strategies, as well as increase understanding of the role of organizational culture and leadership in supporting digital transformation.
