Restrictions on social activities during the Covid-19 pandemic have made students have more free time at home. To fill their free time, students become more diligent in seeking information digitally, one of which is about investment and stocks. Digital literacy and investment motivation make students have an interest in investing. The awareness of students as the younger generation to invest arises because they see that most people struggle not to have investment funds when they lose their jobs during the pandemic. This research aims to determine the effect of investment motivation and digital literacy on investment interest among university students. The samples were 380 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar, were obtained using the stratified random sampling method. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result showed that investment motivation and digital literacy significantly affected investment interest (sig. 0.00; Adjusted R2 = 0.475). According to the result, investment interest will be increased if students have higher investment motivation and digital literacy. Keywords: Investment Motivation, Investment Interest, Digital Literacy

Every company will always be faced with uncertain situations that may support or hinder the company in achieving its goals. To be able to determine an attitude or take a decision in the face of a situation full of uncertainty, managers/managers need a variety of information. Good decisions can be made by managers at every level of management, if efficient, precise and direct information is available. How information is presented to managers depends on the merits of the management information system of the company. To discuss these problems, literature research and field research were carried out at PT. Indonesian Trading Company Medan. The results of research and discussion explain that a good management information system will have the ability to process data from all company activities into useful information and take over the management decision-making process. Although the supporting factors are adequate, there are still system errors and weaknesses in the design and implementation. These weaknesses are like processing data into information which takes a lot of time because information is processed in every part of the company so that it requires continuous supervision from the leaders. Information is distributed based on levels according to the organizational structure from superiors to subordinates. If circumstances force, the distribution of the information will no longer take place based on the level but directly to the superior, because the superior is obliged to make decisions that are exceptions to the problem.

This study analyzes the service quality of BNI café banking at Manado Town Square. This research is using gap analysis method between consumer expectation and perception towards the service quality of BNI café banking at Manado Town Square. The café banking is the first digital banking service in Indonesia that combines the concept of banking services with café outlet. This research is a descriptive study that uses a quantitative approach. This research uses accidental sampling techniques where 100 respondents are given questionnaires. It contains 22 question items that represent five dimensions of service quality (tangible, reliable, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy). The results obtained are the score of a positive gap of 0.3 for the total of five dimensions. It means that, overall, the service quality of BNI café banking is felt by customers to exceed their expectations. Especially in the dimensions of tangible, reliable and assurance quality, these dimensions get positive gap score. The dimensions of responsiveness and empathy still do not meet the overall expectations of consumer because they get negative score. The result of this study can be an input for the management of BNI café banking at Manado Town Square, so that the quality of existing service can be improved.

This study also intended to see if the cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy, as well as appropriate focus strategy to improve the performance of SMEs. This study employed a survey design in which researcher conducted a survey to managers or owner of 68 SMEs of Karawo handicraft in Gorontalo city. This study also employed the structural equation or PLS approach using warpPLS application to analyze the data. The finding of this study showed that the ability of the human capital owned by the SMEs had not yet maximized in improving its performance. The role of the mediation business strategy (cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy) have been appropriate and matched the ability of the human capital to improve the performance of SMEs. The result of this study enriches the body of knowledge related to the resource based theory and the development of strategic management of the human capital investment for the implementation of business strategy to achieve good performance and system. This study also offers practical benefit for managers or owners of SMEs, and government in developing the business. The data were collected using cross sectional strategy by analyzing the opinions and perception of the managers or owners of the business. Future researchers are encouraged to expand this by involving bigger number of sample and broader scope of study. Future researcher may also develop this study using mix method research design to verify and take action on the interesting result of this study related to the implementation of focus strategy based on the ability of the human capital which has been confirmed to have the highest coefficient path, yet did not have significant effect to the improvement of the performance without the involvement of mediational variables such as the combination of focus-cost strategy or focus-differentiation strategy. Building projects with private ownerss have high level of payment issues (late payment, underpayment, or non-payment). The purpose of this study is to develop a risk-based contract management strategy to avoid late payment from private ownerss to contractors. The research data consisted of literature reviews, questionnaires, and qualitative risk data analyses. The risk analyses identified 10 highest risks as the dominant risk factors from 37 risk variables. The risk response to dominant risk variables was used as a strategy for developing a contract management system. Risks affecting late payment were largely due to contractual clause and contracting clients with less financial capacity due to lack of analysis in the pre-contract phase.
