The research aims: 1) analyzed the effect of leadership and organization commitment as the determinant factor and development of human resource toward performance by employee; 2) analyzed the determinant factor such as leadership and organization commintment toward development of human resource; and 3) analyzed the both of determinant factor namely the leadership toward organization commitment. The location of research in Gorontalo City, in Instance of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport. Population and sample as amount 171 responden (full sampling). Data from questioner to analyzed with path analysis. The result of research to found: 1) the ladership have positive and insignificant toward performance of employee. The applied of leadership to actualization, unless insiginificant toward increased the performancey by employee; 2) the organization commitment have postive and significant toward performance by employee. The organization commitment have actualize suitable with the work routine in increasing of performance by employee; 3) the development of human resource have postive and significant toward performance by employee. The development of human resource is important in attempt of increased the performance by employee; 4) the leadership have postive and significant toward development of human resource. The leadership able to directed, moved and effected of the potency by employee in working; 5) the organization commitment have postive and significant toward development of human resource. The organization commitment to development of carreer oriented to inovation and technology which effected of development by human resource: 6) the leadership have postive and significant toward organization commitment. This research aims to find a strategy for family economic resilience through strengthening the form of the social capital networks in small industry enterprises (UIK) in Kanonang village. This is because the economic resilience of the family is the bastion of a strong and sturdy nation. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study whose data collection techniques use triangulation in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis using the Spradley step-by-step model. The results found in the field regarding the strategy of family economic resilience through strengthening the form of women's social capital networks at UIK were found through natural activities between women business owners and women workers in the field in terms of: (1) Collective spirit (2) Information disclosure (3) social cohesive maintenance (4) ease of accessibility to raw materials (5) Circulation of product marketing (6) Established good communication with the environment (7). Family and business financial management. Family economic resilience by strengthening the form of social capital networks should continue to be explored and maintained so that they can develop for the advancement of women as an active resource for family strength in small industrial enterprises in Indonesia.

Tourist satisfaction is becoming an increasingly salient topic and has drawn significant attention from academics and practitioners as it is the key factor in winning market share in the tourism industry. The aim of this paper is to provide empirical guidance regarding factors that influence satisfaction and its consequences on customer behavioral intention in tourism based on a systematic literature review. It is expected that this study will provide a better understanding of satisfaction towards a tourist destination, then a marketing strategy can be composed and implemented in order to increase tourist satisfaction. This article can be a reference for future studies on satisfaction and customer behavioral intentions in tourism.

Entering the ASEAN economic community today, Indonesia needs to develop the number of entrepreneurs, primarily comes from student graduate of the vocational high school. The curriculum on vocational education in Indonesia consists of entrepreneur subjects that developed the students with technical competence (hard skills) and non-technical competencies (soft skills). In this study, the authors construct a measure of entrepreneurial competencies consists of soft skill competence and hard skill competence. Participants were asked to assess own abilities in various competencies, according to the statements provided. The participants were 258 graduated vocational students from Yogyakarta and Jakarta. Researchers made 137 initial statement and in the end, took 24 best statement. Results of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were satisfactory. Future studies are needed to test the predictive power of the test tool to the success of students in entrepreneurship. Capital structure decisions are fundamental to the survival of the company. This study is to determine the effect of capital structure on company performance and the impact of stock market value from manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Data obtained from the company's annual reports from 2015 - 2019, descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, with the sampling technique used by 10 companies using the purposive sampling method. As for the analysis tool using Path analysis, these findings reveal that each of the following (1) Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on Return on Assets. (2) Asset Growth has no significant positive effect on Return on Asset. (3) Debt to Equity Ratio and Asset Growth together (simultaneously) have no significant effect on Return on Asset (4) Return on Asset has no significant effect on Price Book Value. This study is expected to contribute to the company, improve company performance, and maintain good and efficient working capital so that investors are interested in investing in the company. Future researchers can carry out similar research in small and medium scale industries.Keywords: Performance, Company Survival, Stock Market Value, Capital Structure

This study aims to analyze the role of corporate social responsibility and support for tourist visitor loyalty which is mediated by visitor satisfaction in Karanganyar Regency. This research is a survey conducted in Karanganyar Regency. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling method used was purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used research instrument tests that included validity and reliability tests; linearity test and path analysis test. The results of this study indicate that social responsibility and positive ownership of visitor satisfaction. Social responsibility, satisfaction and satisfaction of visitors to visitor loyalty. The influence of corporate social responsibility and commitment to visitor loyalty is mediated by visitor satisfaction.

High rise buildings can be a safe place for activities when protected by a reliable fire protection system. Fire safety studies are generally focus on active and passive fire protection systems, life-saving and fire evacuation in a building. This study aims to examine fire protection systems from the fire safety officers’ perspective as an important part to ensure that the protection system can function properly and as an initial responder to fire. This study concludes the needs of fire safety officer in a multi-storey building that absolutely necessary as an element of managing the fire protection system and as an initial responder of fire to minimize the impact of property losses and casualties.

Leadership is a leader’s ability to influence an individual or community to reach an aim together. Leadership is a style, an act, or an attitude of a leader to its members. This study aims to analyze the leadership’s influence on job satisfaction and performance achievement at the University of West Sulawesi. This was conducted from October to November 2021 at the University of West Sulawesi. There were 60 participants involving 20 leaders, 20 staff, and 20 students. The participants were taken randomly or it is called random sampling technique with cluster technique. The data in this study was primary data and it was taken through participants’ responses to a questionnaire. The data were analyzed quantitatively with the inferential statistics method. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a variance-based approach or component-based approach through Partial Least Square. The result of the study shows that leadership influences significantly on job satisfaction and performance achievement at the University of West Sulawesi. The purpose of this study was to find out the problems of online learning faced by students and lecturers in the learning process. The Covid-19 Pandemic period has had an impact on learning changes, which usually take place in person or face-to-face, now learning is done only from home through online learning. But on the other hand, the readiness of learning activities at home with online learning has problems from a technical and non-technical perspective. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, documentation and questionnaires. learning process, students' difficulties in understanding the material being taught so that students are passive and cause the quality of each individual's task is not good and less than optimal.

Manado State University had applied Government Regulation No.71st 2010, but effectively in 2015. To understand the financial performance of the institution, financial statement during 2017 and 2018 could be examine and analyze with the realized budget. Quality financial statement have a trait that could be understand, relevant, comparable, and reliable. Other than that, quality of financial statement could be expressed with auditor’s opinion. Based on inspection result by Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia at March 2017, there is a flaw in internal control system for drafting financial statement at Manado State University. Mainly on administrating and account for the financial administration, also the application of the Government Regulation No.71 article 4th and 7th2010 about accrual base government accounting standard still not optimal. The focus on this research is that how the financial statement present by Manado State University is suitable with Government Regulation No.71article 4th and 7th2010 about accrual base government accounting standard? And how is the internal control system in the drafting of financial statement at Manado State University?
